I figureed that there are still humans there, mainly those that can't really live anywhere or are being treated like slaves. The mostly hide, steal and scavenge.

Well, Rider is the only one I intended to have go with Lantz anyway. I think the main change is that I'll probably send Rider in with Kiyoshi like I did last time. I'm not sure where yet, though.
