Cross Effects: Rebirth (2.0) The RP
Alice:
Rin
--- Quote from: Lancer ---"Wait, that asshole betrayer actually sacrificed himself to help you? Last thing I remember him doing is . . ."
"Heh, if I saw that cheating bowman I'd wipe the floor with him before making him apologize at your feet."
--- End quote ---
Rin blinked. "Wait, in your war, he betrayed me?!" Her eyes widened. "He was rebellious, that's for sure, but a traitor... how much do you know? Tell me everything you can."
Elf:
"Oh, well first he fucking left your side to join Caster. Then he killed that bitch and her Master. Oh, and he kidnaps you to use against the kid I stabbed," Lancer said before taking a long draw of harp.
His eyes narrowed and his voice deepened to a growl. "Then he leaves you in a chair bound and helpless to let that little shit Shinji do what ever he wanted to. Well until I punched the little asshole."
Puck-Chan:
--- Quote from: Elf on July 19, 2014, 08:25:18 AM ---Forest eyed Lucas and said, "I can get him stabilized, but it's pretty bad. Luckily the bloke's immortal and can regenerate. Just . . . yeah, he's got a lot of everything but the kitchen sink in him."
--- End quote ---
"I understand. I'll be there as soon as possible," Henry nodded as he latched the seat belt in, "Try to see if you can get some people in the garage. I'm bringing in some other equipment I'm working with, I'll need some extra hands. I'll see you as soon as possible. Take care."
He promptly disengaged the conversation. With the phone put away, the engine purred as he switched the ignition on. Henry pulled down the brakes and started to drive towards the direction of the vampire's abode.
Brahmastra:
--- Quote from: Knick on July 19, 2014, 05:46:43 AM ---Amy
“Aww, you don’t want me to take a bath with you?” Amy sighed in an exaggerated fashion as she picked up the clothing that proxy had cleaned for her. “Your so mean Fiore. I was hoping we could spend some quality time. Well, I guess there is always time to do that later.”
And with that she left to let Fiore bath in peace.
--- End quote ---
Before Fiore could even speak up, her speech halted by a mix of stammers and hesitation, Amy had left the room, leaving Fiore to her business.
"I didn't mean it like that...", she pouted, speaking to herself.
Taking a brief moment to just simmer in the warmth of the bath, Fiore began to clean herself off, scrubbing skin and tending to her light brown hair. She looked like a princess in some forest lake.
As she scrubbed herself in the last few places, her hand accidentally glided past her reddened nub, getting a brief stir and a whimper out of her. Her mind addled by the warmth giving her some funny ideas before she shook her head, her reddened cheeks growing outright sanguine at the realization of what she was about to do.
'Nonononono, NOT while Amy is outside. She would be on me about it for a long time. Not to mention, Mille is probably waiting', her voice of reason breaking through.
"Um, Amy? Can you come in? I'm finished", she half-shouted, loud enough for it to be heard through the door.
"Well, if he is not bothered by this much, I can take of some of this before Henry gets here", stated the white-haired man, before immediately acting.
His hand grabbed on to Lucas' left arm before a bright, cleansing flame erupted around it, burning out the parasitic growth rapidly, while also scorching the skin to an extend. It was an aesthetic damage, something he doubted the oddball creature would be bothered by even if it didn't regenerate rapidly.
Daiki:
--- Quote from: Ramesses ---Ants do not dominate the Beasts of the Gods by being ants, you degenerate eunuch. And yet here I stand. No King greater than I exists, and seeing as you are no king, I see not how you can prove me wrong", he snarled, "for no eunuch peasant shall tell me I am not supreme in all my glory!
--- End quote ---
Enkidu shook his head as fiery rain fell on him with no apparent damage. "How pitiful, you are but a puppet still dancing in the palm of your own delusions. A King must not let anyone, above or under the Heavens dictate his conduct, for Gods were not meant to rule over men."
The green-haired hero raised an arm as he aimed for the ophidian's heads entangled with tree branches. His own limb grew, twisted and flattened in the shape of a sword far exceeding the scale of what a human body could manipulate. With this unnamed blade, one the size of a skyscraper, Enkidu slashed horizontally with the intention of getting rid of the numerous heads and attacking his heroic opponent in one swift and powerful movement.
"Proof is, the Gods are long dead and so is their era. Your taming of their previous pets does not impress me, Impostor. For I battled the Bull of Heaven itself and, alongside my old friend, emerged victorious."
It hadn't been a mistake to rebel against the Gods, Humanity had no need for their guidance.
A beam of sheer destruction fell on the false king as the creation of gods launched his own attack, the source being the embodiment of the sun, an elemental of fire and for many, an inspiration for many legends. Enkidu felt a familiar radiance from above and felt his soul resonate with the phoenix's cry.

--- Quote from: Wynn ---You look well, Kyle.
--- End quote ---
The werewolf didn't look surprised when it was Wynn who opened the door. Her fragrance had been the first indicator of course, but she was someone who liked to know who visited what she considered her own. From what he knew, Forest didn't like this aspect of their relationship but copped with it. You couldn't maintain such an old relationship without some compromises.
Kyle always thought of her as an interesting person. Sure, she was cold, condescending and rather pragmatic at times, but if you considered the fact that she was born Unseelie, it was pretty obvious she was rather warm. Still, he wouldn't want to end up as her enemy, most wouldn't survive that long to boast about it. And even if he did, who would want to live in fear from shadows at all time?
Still, good thing, she had not been around earlier on when he was still under the bite's effect. With such a figure, his mental fortitude would have been placed under quite the stress. His gaze naturally attracted to her figure, delaying his answer slightly.
"So do you, Lady Umbra. As usual, your presence illuminate my day." He gave her a wink as if they were best buddies, dropping out all pretence to act in such a dignified manner any longer. "Just passed by to check on you guys. Seeing if everything's alright and stuff. I suppose you got some interesting peeps in there." He sniffed the air and he detected spices, an overuse going by his standards. He glanced over Wynn's shoulder for an instant. "May I come in? I don't plan to bother you too long. Even more so if that yobbo clairvoyant is around."
