Moveset
Superhuman Physique: Through the use of his incredibly natural strength and enhancing himself with Seithr (which he substitutes with latent mana in Nexus City), Kagura can easily lift and throw a large car.
Magical Ability: Like any fighter of the BlazBlue universe, Kagura uses the Seithr in the air to enhance his strength and activate Ars Magus. While he has considerable skill in this, his Ars Magus aptitude isn’t particularly high and for that reason, he focuses on physical strength.
Strength of the Dragon: Kagura’s moveset revolves primarily around attacks of a Draconic nature. For this reason, he receives the weakness against Dragon Slayers or their Anti-Dragon weapons that Dragons would, and deals increased damage against those who have a weakness towards Dragons.
Scanner Eyes: Through simply looking at a woman, Kagura can analyse and accurately measure their B/W/H measurements. This works even against Robots or people he doesn’t know are male (“Not another dude…”).
Sword: Kagura’s unnamed sword, a gigantic black sword that he wields with a single hand. Unlike most swords, it is incredibly flexible and bendy, which Kagura uses to his advantage.
Fafnir: Kagura’s motorcycle, a beast of a vehicle the size of a small car, with a top speed of 700 KM/H, powered by Seithr. The bike is absurdly tough and can be used for ramming attacks.

The head of the powerful Mutsuki family known as the Black Knight, Kagura is the representative Novus Orbis Librarium officer in the 5th Hierarchical City of Ibukido who is secretly a disciple of Tenjō Amanohokosaka and entrusted to care for Tenjo’s son Homura. He is of a supremely high rank (General) and is the Leader of the NOL Praetorian Guard, the elite among elites in the organization.

But being raised as a spoiled brat who failed to achieve any meaningful milestones in his life, Mike remains regressed in Chuunibyou even in his 30's. The Second: The second magic, Sakura mastered this magic to leave her burned out world. She rarely uses this due to the advanced prana cost.
Origin: Post Fate Sakura was left behind and due to Zouken's experiments was forced to deal with Angra on her own. Slowly she learned to suppress the power and master it, at the end of five years she mastered it but found Shirou, Ilya and Rin dead. While gaining all the powers of Dark Sakura and retaining her sanity Sakura was outraged at the inability to confront her sister for leaving her. Investigating Sakura found out the truth and in the process annihilated the Mage Association. Sakura then mastered the second magic to find a place to call home and left her world.

Currently she can replicate the weapons contained within the gate of Babylon, Kanshou, Bakuya and Caliburn as well as a lesser Excalibur and Berserker's Axe Sword.
Origin: After HF and the events of Heaven's Failure Shirouko accepted her position as a woman and began a relationship with Sakura (or rather continued it) and five years later her world was destroyed by a great calamity, rescued by Zelretch she took up residence at "The universe's end" apartment complex and there met Satoshi and Archerko (Ilya) and left with them on numerous adventures. Eventually she moved in with Archerko in Satoshi's world in an apartment in the newer part of town.
