During a heat wave I reached out to a trusted HVAC provider to deal with a problem at my school! Thermostat was not responding. and I started searching on my phone right away.
The biggest takeaway for me was that response time is everything when your AC goes out!
Came across a dependable HVAC hotline that works around the clock nationwide! Communication was excellent and they showed up exactly when they said they would!
The best part was they answered the phone right away even on a weekend.
