Umbra of Chaos:
Francesca

"Oh, fine. I was thinking of boiling them alive and serving them in the tea first, but your sense of humor still seems pretty terrible. It'd be a shame if we had to go and kill each other after so long!" She waved her hand and the kettled tilted forward, spilling water and civilians all over the ground. Roughly deposited certainly but alive.

Aiden:
Yamada

He stood firm as his people spilled forth, disoriented and demoralized, and quickly crawled and scrambled their way toward the exit behind him. "I see your manners haven't improved much either." Once everyone was gone the old man allowed himself to sigh, and moved to retrieve one of the pots that was most certainly not a prison for his people. "Perhaps a few wrinkles would have done you some good after all, then?"

The First Chief took a seat across from his ancient nemesis, and began preparing his own tea.

Umbra of Chaos:
Francesca

"How rude! My manners are impeccable. I didn't even serve you up those people in the tea. You should learn to appreciate me some more, Yamy." Francesca tapped her fingers against the table, the lightest touch making the entire illusory realm shake. "But we have business to talk about, don't we? You've let some scavengers set up shop on top of my baby."

Aiden:
Yamada

The frown that had settled upon the First Chief's face deepened as Francesca spoke on. "That is a remarkable improvement on your part, I will admit." He finished preparing his own cup of tea and allowed it to sit for a moment - he even timed it so the shaking that his old enemy had produced served to aid in the proper mixture of the tea. "But you still have much to learn about being a proper young lady."

Yamada took a sip from his tea, and appeared to seriously consider the grievance presented unto him by even her. Then at last he sighed, and looked up from his tea. "What particular child do you mean, Miss Prelati?"

Umbra of Chaos:
Francesca

"Oh, they call it the Omphalos or something silly like that. I don't know why you didn't just build your base back on top of it. Now a bunch of gremlins are running around thinking they can use it to do magic tricks!" Her voice rose but with a snicker rather than a shout. Then soon the woman was shaking in her chair, clutching her belly as her zipper literally bust open with her laughter. The writhing things joined her in irreverent guffawing.
