Bern:
Valerie

Bop.

Valerie chopped the top of Sakura's head without hesitation, there was more than enough power behind the smack yo be painful for the girl and that was the point of it. She pushed out of the girls hold easily and turned around on her lap to face her. Valerie was no longer relaxed, instead she was shooting Sakura an annoyed glare.

"Do not prwsume you can so casually deman all men in front of me, I understand you have preferences but that is no excuse for you to trample on all the people who have strived to make this a wonderful and all the people who are still working towards it. Such sexism is beneath us. Drop it or I will drop you."

yinsukin:
Roman

Roman's fingers tightened into a fist.  Valarie didn't want them to fight, but he couldn't help but when she was calling all men worthless it was hard not to take it personality.  Especially when she was right.  As far as he was concerned, that was something men did, picked fights to prove their worth.  He did it.  He was doing it now but...

She actually started the challenge...  It was her that started it first.

In other words, it was as he thought.  It wasn't men who sought to preserve their own dominence by crushing others, it was just people.  Everyone in this car was asserting dominance in some way.  The strangest thing was this vampire girl.  Why didn't she seem to care about any of that?  Was it because she was so powerful that it didn't matter anymore?

"I don't see the point in living for one women if you can just attract as much as you want.  In the end, thats all that matters to people.  Power, sex, status: thats what drives people.  The one with the most of these things gets to leave their mark on the world.  Man or women, we all do it by pushing down everyone else, just like your trying to with me right now."

SINIB:
Sakura Edelfeldt

Sakura stared back at Valerie, her gaze at first stern and resentful, but after a few moments had wavered to quiet acceptance of her words. In her master's rebuke, she'd heard her sister's intructions ring out through her mind. "An Edelfeldt must always carry herself with a noble elegance. An Edelfeldt should always strive to be polite. So she accepted the pain she was feeling, it was a fair and just punishment for her ill deeds.

Sakura, you mustn't judge people for their origins, but on their own merits." She'd said. Sakura remembered her sister petting her head, comforting her after her first week in England. She bit her lower lip and nodded. "You're right." She replied quietly, "I'm sorry for generalizing like that." She said while facing Roman. "I got heated by your insinuations about myself and said something I shouldn't have." She took a deep breath before saying, "Please, accept my apology, Roman. It won't happen again."

She collapsed into her seat, suddenly tired. His was a sad, pathetic outlook on life that only looked for surface-level self-fulfillment and pleasure. He wanted strength for strength's sake, and he would never understand the importance of the journey. Strength on its own was meaningless. She turned to look back at her master, preferring to do anything but dwell further on Roman's impetuous feud with her. "Valerie, I'm sorry as well. It was unbecoming for a lady of your court to say such things."

YOLF:
Valerie

This was Sakura's business, and she was addressing it as she deemed appropriate. Edelgard told herself that when defensive words rushed to the back of her throat, bumping confusingly against each other. The conversation this moment was beyond her. Only the right choice would help Sakura save face.

"King," she began, lifting her gaze to Valerie. It stirred something painful deep in her chest, which rose and fell with measured, deep breaths between the words that followed. "Whatever... you ask of Sakura, I will keep her safe."

She hit the bottom of the vehicle with the butt of her weapon, adding the emphasis of a light thunk.

Bern:
Valerie

Pat Pat...

Valerie's hand came down on top off Sakura's head again, only this time it was much gentler as she fluffed her cute little minions hair in return. The ruffling of hair was her business and hers alone and she would make Sakura understand by being all excessive and territorial about it. "It is good that you know to be polite Sakura but see to that it never happen again."

The last statement however from the tanned 'bodyguard' got her attention and she switched her attention appropriately. "It is not her safety I am concerned with, but rather her behavior. You however do possess a most peculiar smell, could it be that Sakura has been feeding on you?"
