Ryan laughed and said, "More like somewhere that we won't hear Mary scream. I'm surprised she didn't show up earlier actually."
It didn't take long for them to pass the parking lot. The area around the complex was a small business district, restaurants, cafes, gas stations, all owned by shady business owners, many of which were out of the district.

At the very least, his boner had faded from him diverting his attention. However, he was still on edge. His head constantly went back and fourth, his pupils darting around to find it, the old matress shop. It supposedly had closed down a while ago, buissness owner paid his bills in blood, literal blood to his vampire landlord. Eventually even that wasn't enough.
"We are going to go somewhere you can rest."

At last he found it, the shop. All the windows were bordered up with wooden planks, the door latched up tight. All it took was a single punch from Ryan to send the door flying. It was knocked back so hard it actually shot through the back wall, essentially creating another "door" through the newly formed hole. "Its not my apartment, but its got beds..."
