Forest

Forest raised her right eyebrow at Taro and said, "Love, you're already stuck in my mind.  I highly doubt I'll ever forget you."

She bit the inside of her cheek as Valerie slapped her rear again.  Her eyes narrowed slightly, but she didn't yelp or jump this time. 

At Valerie's words she said, "But you're a clever king.  I'm pretty sure you could tease him because he's so pent up.  And I really don't see why he's so randy with me just standing here."

Taro

Taro smiled, rubbing his back on her leg like a cat.  He completely forgot he was a dog.  Although, his tail still wagged like he was happy and he was making anxious moans.

Finally remembering the second half of Forest's statement, he yelled, "She does!  Sometimes, she drops by just to tease me with her body.  Forest, its awful!  I once punched a hole in my desk with my dick!"

Then, he began to smile, that trademarked wide smile.  He crept up, hid head level with hers.  "Its your power," he whispered.  "It also tortures me!"

Valerie

"Just once? That's funny Taro. How about you lead us back to your mansion, I have an offer I wanna make to cute Forest here." Valerie said as she begun rubbing the other blonde's back in tandem with Taro's ministrations of her leg.

"I think you'll find it interesting."

Forest

I might need to ask Mal about this "power" Taro keeps talking about, Forest thought.

Forest raised her eyebrow at Valerie's words and asked, "What sort of offer?"

Duke Taro

The Duke rose from all fours to a standing position, right beside Forest.  He placed one hand on Forest shoulder and looked at her, thinking to her, I have no idea what she is offering.

Then, he jumped over Valarie, squatted down behind her and grabbed her thighs.  "What is the offer?!"

Valerie

"Oh nothing big, just to turn you into on of us and then make you a noble." Doing something like that was quite easy for her, she could turn almost any kind of supernatural into one of her kind, even other types of 'vampires'. It was almost as easy as dealing with her dog, who's shoulders she sat down on right after he landed behind her.

"It's quite unbecoming for Taro's new secretary to not at least hold the rank of Baroness. That way you may officially court him in the future if you so desire~"

Forest

Well, that's good to know, Forest thought back to Taro.  The thought wasn't malicious or upset, if anything she seemed a bit relieved that he was in the dark.

Then at Valerie's words her other eyebrow lifted and Forest asked, "What do you mean, change me into one of you?  Maybe we should go somewhere and talk."

To Taro she asked, Court you?!

Duke Taro

Duke Taro nodded in agreement with Valarie.  It would be unbecoming, just like she said.  Although, most of what she said worked out anyway, so he usually didn't question her nonesense.  Besides, she trusted in his.

Oh yeah!  She did mention that!  She wants me to FUCK you, real hard.  She likes it hard.  Wait no, she wants you to be my partner, like someone to warm my heart I think....
 Maybe both?  Its alright, I won't force you to do anything Forest.


Taro guided Forest and Valarie into the mansion.  Of course, his mansion was just his office.  That city hall was where he lived.  At first, he told Forest they were going to stop by his job on the way home, but the second they walked in the office, he turned around, smiled and said,

"Welcome home!  I made sure no one would come in to bother us, so you guys can talk about whatever your hearts desire!  All electronics in the room are off as well!  Is this to your taste my master, Forest?"

He bowed at the end.

Valerie

She walked over to the newly made desk that had replaced the old one she'd broken and sat down on it.

"I need more people helping me who has less ties to this world T
There's a threat looming over all of our kind and I nerd people I can trust, people who I know aren't spies and you fit that bill perfectly. But what would you gain from it? How about feeling live once more, with all the benefits that comes with it."

Forest blinked at Taro's admission and Valerie's matchmaking plans.

She reached out and squeezed the Duke's shoulder and sent back to him, Thanks, Taro.  That . . . actually means a lot to me.

The Duke lead them back to town hall, and Forest wasn't surprised that he lived here as well.

She listened to Valerie's words and eyed her.

Feeling alive again . . . Damn it.

She sighed and asked, "And what about my other abilities?  I rely a lot on my regeneration and telepathy.  Not to mention, another reason I wanted to talk to you Taro, Elizabeth asked if I could work for her part time tonight."

Taro

Duke Taro tilted his head.  "You want to work for Elizbeth?  While she is an ally for us, she has her own interests.  Remember how you were stuck between two loyalties when you came to me?  You may find yourself in the same position."

His words were completely devoid of their usual quirkiness.  He wasn't playing around this time.  "However, if you feel as though you need the job, I won't stop you.  But I ask that you pledge loyalty to us over her, if the need arises."

He turned to Valarie.  "Ma'am.  I must ask that you consider her stance before fully extending this offer.  As much as I adore Forest, I value your saftey and ambition.  If possible, we can save both by considering one another's worldviews before acting.

[Bern]

Valerie

"OH old Lizzie? She's not a big threat, I've already dealt with her..." Valerie said while scratching her head like she was remembering something. "There's no need to be so serious about it, she can for Liz all she wants."

Then she turned her attention back to Forest.

"You'll keep them, if mages do it, I don't see how your telepathy as for the regeneration, perhaps a demonstration would be in order."  She leapt off the desk and went for one of the walls were some ceremonial swords hang, the blonde vampire then pulled one of them down and-

Chopped her own arm off.

"Yikes, that hurts like hell every time."

Forest

I knew there was more in your head Taro, Forest thought as the duke was being understandably cautious.

She looked at Valerie and thought, And you're being rather reckless, Your Highness.

Then Valerie chopped off her hand.  "Are you going to reattach it or grow a new one?" Forest asked with a tilt of her head.

To Taro she sent, I want to work for Elizabeth because it would make feeding a lot easier.  Plus my bite's orgasmic and apparently that would sell like gangbusters.

For the first time since Forest met him, Taro's stream of consciousness became clear, focused.  Feelings of frustration flowed into his chest, enhanced by his admiration for his master.  Sometimes I wish she wasn't so bold.

"If that is your wisdom then it is not my place to argue...."

The next thoughts were directed at Forest.  Don't take me for a fool, he sent, still tinged with the frustration from before.  You can get plenty of food here in this district, especially as a noble.  Why do you really want to work for her?

There was a pause before he sent back, No that's not my place.  As is Valarie's command, you already have permission to work for Elizbeth.  You don't have to justify it to me if you do not want to.

Valerie

"AHAHAHAHAHA!

Swirls of blood burst out of her amputated arm before the stump could even hit the floor. Dark red liquid intermingled with an ancient power even older than herself, older than civilization itself.

"Behold my power, puny mortals!"

The swirls of blood gathered in the shape of a new arm, and then they burst apart revealing a pristine and perfectly looking normal arm, just like her old one. The arm on the ground then withered away into a could of red dust.
