Taro's eyes narrowed as he stared at the purple-haired girl. "Oh she's....." his voice trailed off.  The silver-haired vampire's head tilted up and down, eventually settling on her semiexposed breasts.  "THE TITTIE GIRL!  She's our newist addition to our violent little family.  I heard all about her and her..."

He squinted as he tried to come up with the words to describe the new girl.  "BIG OL BOOBIES!"

Taro's head practically snapped to the right as he saw Forest at the doorway.  "Forest!" he said, picking up his pink haired idol lap lady and placing her next to him.  "Come on in!  Its already been 5 minutes since I shoved my thick cock in your wet pussy and I already miss you!  Oh wait, this is supposed to be professional...."

And so, among all the angry ladies, the proud duke wore a jovial smile, his hands on his hips and his arm outstretched to Forest as if he had just saved the day.

The blonde had the urge to hide her face in her palm at Taro's words as he greeted all of the women here.  Heat did fill her cheeks at his words.  And the fact he revealed their relationship to everyone in the room.

The statuesque lady with the gorgeous hair just looked uncomfortable, and Forest had a feeling that her overly tight corset was just part of that.  She did tilt her head at Baroness Edelfeldt.  "So, Valerie is wanting to add warriors to her cadre," she mused aloud as she did walk over to Taro's outstretched hand.

Oh, you remember me being wet but not tight? Forest sent to the Duke with a slight frown.

Sakura glared at her. Her disdain was evident, and she chuckled. "Before, but that's hardly material to anything now is it?" She turned to face the disgusting pervet of a man, ignoring the pinkette for the time being. "So? This is a strategy meeting right? What do I need to do?"

Taro's crimson eyes began to glow as he slammed his hands on the table, glaring directly at Sakura.  "Yes this is a strategy meeting where we will discuss the nature of this invasion.  However, I advise against any sort of fake laughter or foolish human politics fledgling.  Valarie enjoys those sorts of games much more than I do.  No one has to get along but if you want things to go smoothly, you listen to me."

Forest, he sent to his new body guard.  Can you do me a favor and keep track of Sakura's thoughts?  As i'm sure you know, I am not the trusting type and today I need everything to go smoothly.

Taro sighed.  "The fact of the matter is that this will be the simplest invasion I have ever participated in, and the most fun.  All you need to know is how to fight with honor."

Forest

Her cheeks turned even more pink at Taro's sending.  Of course she remembered him inside her.  Oddly gentle kisses and sweet praises in his weird Taro way.  Even with his bloodthirst and all of his weird quirks, Forest liked the vampire Duke.

And I remember you being sweet and gentle, and holding yourself back because Valerie was there, she sent back with a quirk of her eyebrow.

Aloud she said to him, "Women generally don't like it when you praise their breasts or other sexual parts when you're not romantically involved with them.  That's probably why she thinks you're a pervert.  Women do like it when you complement their hair, clothing, or makeup.  Generally.  And so what if it's a dye-job?  That's a bang up dye job and she should be proud of it.  Hell, if she got it at a salon I'm going to ask her who her stylist is."

To the pink girl's comment Forest smirked but it didn't reach her eyes.  "Sweeting, aren't you a monster too?" she asked with a cant of her head, "And Taro might be a monster, but he's my charge and I'm responsible for him.  Quirkiness and all."

She did reach down to fluff Taro's head at that, knowing that he'd enjoy the contact.

I'm scanning both of them.  Baroness Edelfeldt thinks you're a disturbing perv so you might just want to tone it down a notch.  She seems like the sort that I wouldn't want to piss off.  She carries herself like a mage, Forest sent to him.

Forest did smile to Baroness Edelfeldt and held out one hand.  "I'm Forest, it's a pleasure to meet you."

"Will you please shut the fuck up Lord Taro... Who gave you the right to speak in place of her Majesty during these gatherings? I will not tolerate any more more infringements on the right of the Elders. First you sit in that mansion of yours and pretend you are the executive power and not merely our representative...And... The arm rest of her chair snapped under the pressure of her clenching fist, her face flushed just as red as her eyes with indignant rage.

"You dare impose onto the order of this most sacred gathering. You are not the speaker of this council and you never will be. If the other Lords were here they'd string you up on a cross for this you bloody bastard."

Sakura smiled, and took a step back, knowing her place within this hierarchy. She bowed out behind the pinkette, who she suddenly had a much greater impression of than a moment before. Instead, she focused on the only other adult in the room. "Then, you should control him, or else he's liable to get destroyed when he upsets the wrong woman."

She would be killing him right now for these insults and degradations if not for her loyalty to her mistress.

"I am not speaking on behalf of her majesty, merely on behalf of myself," he said, shaking his head.  "  I would not dare speak on behalf of our great lord Valarie.  However, I don't take too kindly to some fledgling vampire dishing out orders.  Moreover, when the meeting starts, I intend to propose a strategy that is sure to ensure our victory.  Lets not get so riled up here Emilia.  This is the first true warriors battle I have been able to participate in what feels like eons.  I do not wish to spoil it."

Well I suppose thats something I can deal with.  Everyone knows I am a disgusting perv, he sent back to Forest.

Hera Greenmore

"It is a shame.  This loyal knight would leap at the chance to crucify the pampered Taro."

Standing at the door was a young woman clad in armor with a cold stare.  There was a natural radiance of chivalry that oozed from her every word.  One could literally taste the sheer level of chivalry radiating off of this woman.

"It is a shame I arrived a moment too late.  One day you shall fall Taro and I will take your place as our royal queen's right hand woman!"

She froze as she stared at Sakura.  "MY WORD!  What a fair enchantress!  I.... feel very conflicted.  Is this a new baroness?"

She then turned to Forest.  "And... who is this?  Yet another rival!?"

The woman stared at Forest's chest, then back at Sakura's.  No this wasn't a rival, but a kindred spirit.

Forest

Forest looked at her charge and lover and sent to Taro, Keep quiet for a moment, please.  I'd bet five quid that Baroness Edelfeldt is a battle mage of some sort. Even if I couldn't smell the magic on her, I've seen enough powerful battle mages and how they carry themselves to know that the Baroness isn't someone you want to piss off.

And then the Pink Lolita threatened Taro.

She moved so she was between Taro and the other women; the intent clear.  She was his shield.  The two would be able to overpower her, but they wouldn't be without casualties either.

Then another vampire this one clad in full plate stepped into the room.  She also threatened Taro and Forest gnashed her teeth as she praised Edelfeldt.  Then her crimson eyes locked on Forest and then her chest.

"You can be on Valerie's Right Hand all you want; she's fun but not exactly my type," she said with a shake of her head and a sigh.

She looked around the room and held up her hands.  "Look, if we're going to work together let's stop the pissing contest, introduce ourselves, and get to the bloody matter at hand."

She looked at Taro and said, "Please."

The only reason Baroness Edelfeldt hadn't just outright nuked you with a spell yet is because she knows you're important to the King, Forest sent to him.

Emilia

"You what..... You-you brought a bodyguard here..." Then the second armrest snapped from her barely contained fury. If her fangs hadn't been noticeable before, now they were completely extended and ready to tear him to shreds.

"Is there no tradition you won't break Taro?" She omitted the lord part on purpose, he was hardly deserving that at the moment, and it was one of the gravest insults here at the council.

"And you-"

Her attention snapped back onto the tall blonde bodyguard.

"Lord Taro is in direct violation of the standing order. This council will not commence until such a time the Lady Speaker has deigned it appropriate. Since she is not even here yet, I deem it utterly shameful to bring forth points of order at this point. The behavior exhibited by Lord Taro is nothing short of disgraceful."

Sakura Edelfeldt

After she had a moment to adjust her emotional state and fix her expectations, she felt a lot better. Thinking of them as just another set of eccentric mages, and Taro is the most revolting of the lot, she really felt as if she were happily at home.

She frowned at Forest's display of dominance and attempt to take control of the situation. She clicked her tongue in annoyance and sat down in the chair next to her lady's spot, staring dismissively at the other fledgling vampire.

"Is there ever a shameless moment for one such as him?" Sakura quipped, raising her eyebrow as she glowered at him. Her distaste was palpable, and if her looks could kill, he'd be dead.

Rin was on edge, ready to lash out from her hidden location on Sakura's person, keeping an eye on the entire room at once. She didn't like any of them, and her protective instincts were screaming at her.

On the surface, Taro ignored Forest, instead sending, Sorry but its not that simple here.  The politics of this council are built on this sort of behavior.  Although, its nice to know my queen's grace protects me from such behavior.

Turning to Emilia, he chuckled, placing his fingers under her chin.  "We both know that all that matters is our queen's will.  Tradition is merely the flow that our lord prefers.  That is why my bodyguard is here."

He leaned in and whispered, "We can break as many traditions you want."

"You slimy brute," Hera screamed.  "Will your games never cease?!"

The knight walked over to Forest, grabbing hold of her hand with two of her own.  "I apologize for his behavior.  You must have had such a rough time as his loyal guard.  One could say you were his knight."
