Irisviel

"Some apartment building." Irisviel answered, sighing at the ridiculousness of the situation. Everything had gone to shit. She shook her head, only to be accosted by a familiar girl with blue hair and a new, completely unfamiliar blond. They claimed they had an issue, but Irisviel wasn't sure what they wanted from her.

Regardless, she'd help them without question.

"What is it, and how can I help you?" She asked them.

Petra

She stopped concerning herself with what she would drink today as her loony fellow got triggered by her like the immature jackass he was. She didn't have any second thoughts about saving him back there, it was a right thing to help someone dying. But she wouldn't regret putting into hospital someone who actively invited trouble.

"Better discard this dinky knife. You don't want me angry..." Petra gave Garou last chance before she would proceed to be the one who would punish him. If she was pushed too far she wasn't above cutting off body parts. She kept her violent nature in check, but nobody was perfect.

Kuro

As Mordred went to change, Corbin started tellng the story of how he got recruited, apparenlty the guy who scouted him was eaten, not that she was too surprised, this place was crawling with supernatural beings. She kept smiling as he tried so hard to sound cool with his weight lifting. "I prefer swords more." She suddenly said, not elaborating more on what she meant.

Then Mordred returned, dressed in a sports bra and shorts. Corbin gave a low whistle and said, "Well if we spar, I'm sure as hell going to be distracted." Kuro looked her over as well. "Ogling her already. What a shameless pervert." She teased him.

Emily

"Can't say I'd blame her," Emily mused, taking a quick look herself, "Besides, I'm going to be getting a far better look soon enough."

They arrived at the room soon enough, though, and Emily couldn't help but look around the room with a hint of wonder at the style of the room.

"Wow..." she said at last, "I don't actually think I've seen anything like this before."

The Changeling glanced between the bed and the desk chair where Gabe had just laid his coat, wondering for a moment, before deciding to ease herself onto the bed facing the window.

"I suppose I won't be needing this anymore," Emily admitted, slipping off the sweater, leaving only the blue blouse underneath, and placing it off to the side. Long red hair draped down her back as she took in the mountain view for a few moments before turning to Gabe.

Mordred

"Damn, we really should spar? That wasn't my original intent." Honestly, fighting all those idiots within last few days made her hesitant about fighting unless she absolutely had to. Or someone compensated her for going all through the trouble. Corbin complimented her looks, which honestly was flattering as he was quite a handsome fellow as well.

"Don't tease him too much, guy probably cannot help it." She smirked in response to Kuro's comment. "You won't change either, Corbin?"

Duke

Duke sighed and looked over at Moirrey.  The Fae sighed and nodded, her lips moving silently as she continued to wait tables.  She hit certain places of the room, tapping her foot on them as she continued to soundlessly move her lips.

Gunther walked over, carrying broom with a scowl on his face.

Duke sighed and said, "Kid, don't be such a Drama Queen and drop your shiv."

Rin

Rin groaned as Garou started threatening Petra and literally ended his tirade with, “Let’s turn this place into a slaughter party.”

Then Petra had said, "Better discard this dinky knife. You don't want me angry..."

Rin frowned and sipped her cocktail, thoughtfully tilting her head.  Garou's no slouch physically, but Petra saved him from something and is pretty calm about the whole situation.

She also threw out a line for the name Saber and knows about Magecraft.

So, what the hell are you, Petra?

Then Rin was aware of this peaceful feeling flooding the room.   It was subtle at first, generally relaxing even, but this didn't feel exactly like magecraft.  It felt different, more natural, and a lot more subtle.

She wondered if Garou would feel it, and if it's workings were started at his benefit.  Yet the magus stayed silent, not wanting to get into this mess unless absolutely necessary.

Forest

Forest smiled as well and said, "Well, you're already making a fabulous impression.  But clothing would be good, because indecent exposure is a thing, and even if doesn't really harm you, I'd bet you'd feel it.  The cold I mean, because it is cold.  Outside."

Foot insert yourself into my mouth before I say something else.

Gabriel

Gabriel took off his boots as well, watching as Emily shrugged out of her sweater.  Again, it was a very interesting movement that showed off her curves to their atmost advantages.   He sat beside her, watching the light gleam like liquid rubies on her fine hair.

"Well, it is comfortably warm in here.  I wouldn't want you to get too hot," he said before leaning over and whispering, "Yet."

Corbin

"If you don't wanna spar, I'm perfectly fine with it," Corbin said with a grin at Mordred before giving Kuro a look.

"Oh, me, a pervert?  Let me introduce you to this pot.  He's black," Corbin said, shaking his finger at Kuro.

Numina

A pleasant laugh slipped out of the redhead's mouth at the child's description of her mother. She really was cute. As she descended down some stairs towards the larger stores she said, "Well, I'm sure you'll be able to spot her just fine if you remember so much about her."

Still there was some amount of unease. If she couldn't find this girl's mother there would be issues. She couldn't just get rid of her but they couldn't stay together. Her work wasn't for little kids.

Alarice

A surge of bitterness nearly overcame her at Greyskull's kindness. Didn't he realized how far she had managed to fall in mere seconds because of her break in composure! There was no shame greater than what had just been threatened. Death would be a more acceptable outcome than being branded Forsaken.

The paleness did not depart from her skin but her breaths steadily slowed. Perhaps this was a warning? Preparation for what else could happen in this place? This blunder, her failure  in composure, she couldn't afford to let it happen again. She would lose everything if she did.

The illusion of normality overcame her features and the steady, regal tone she had always used returned to her voice. "I already told you there is nothing to forgive, Lord Greyskull. I will be fine. Just let me remove these splinters from my hands first."

Erica

She paid little attention to his soul confection or whatever effect that it might have on him but when the man put the box of sweet looking delicacies between them Erica's attention was immediately gained. She observed them for a moment to check if there was anything wrong with them before nodding her head. "Very well."

Her dainty hand reached out and popped one into her mouth. And then another and another as she ate far faster than most would consider safe. But safety in regards to eating was irrelevant to her. There was only once place for them to go.

Oren

A (relatively) soft bellow was let loose from Oren's mouth as Breeze got on. Then all that was left was the rude one. The Great Stag trotted around under the tarp for a moment before moving up to the man. She breathed on his face and it smelled of sickeningly sweet poisons. Then she thumped her head against his and gestured for him to get on as well.

Count Greyskull

Despite the fact he did not have any eyes Greyskull was not blind. He could tell that despite her best efforts to hide it, Alarice was unwell. It was difficult and he could still not accept it, but if it was her decision he would not oppose it.

It was painful, but he eventually let go of the girl and released her. But before she could leave, he gently took hold of her shoulder, holding it with a soft yet firm grip.

“Take good care of yourself, Alarice. That is an order from your commander.” He commanded sternly, but with an almost fatherly kindness to it. He averted his gaze to her hands and suddenly realised that they were badly wounded.

“Oh, we must treat this immediately before they get infected! Follow me.”

And so, he led dragged her posthaste to the infirmary. They walked through the halls with a swift pace, but not overtly quick (as Greyskull was being extremely mindful not to strain her further).

Finally, they entered into what seemed to be a moderately sized chamber with a confortable bed and multiple drawers whose contents ranged from various medical equipment (sterilized, cleaned and secured by Greyskull's underlings with immense scrutiny) to medicine ranging from mundane prescriptions to exotic plants and infusions.

While one would have wondered why such things had not been raided earlier, the lord did not trouble himself with such things. He had greater concerns and more pressing matters to take care of. A skeleton eased her to the bed and made sure she was in a comfortable, relaxed posture while another set up th enecessary tools on a table, readying a wet towel with soap. Meanwhile, Greyskull pointed his bony fingers to her hands.

While he could not perform any healing magecraft, he could keep her arms from deteriorating further, overwrite her numbness and pain into a soothing feeling to ease the operation and stop their bleeding. However, it seemed that for whatever reason, the bone's magic immunity carried to her. By now, he would have frowned if he had the capacity to do so. And there was also the issue of her ribs...

"I will need to have your robes and armor removed. Is that alright?"

Michael

The immortal watched with some interest as the antlered girl proceeded to melt into some strange black goo before emerging as a large white stag. Of greater curiosity was the greenery that seemed to sprout up under it as Breeze got onto the Stag's back. The white deer then approached Michael, its breath carrying a scent that put the immortal on guard before millennia-old instincts kicked in, moving him out of the way of the headbutt on reflex.

"Well that's certainly one way to get around," Michael remarked, nodding in acknowledgement and moving around to get on Oren's back.

Garou XIII

Garou’s grip clenched further on his blade. For a second, his heart relaxed and he felt slightly calmer, only to fall further into the grips of rage. For even if this place could certainly calm a troubled man’s heart, his wrathful soul was simply too much. This was not a simple anger driven by some drunken impulse, but hate. Hate!

She didn’t know him; she didn’t know what he had been through.  Her kind could never understand, with their lives of indolence and plenty, they could never understand how he felt! The resentment of that hatred being planted in him that tarnished his soul and denied him the ability to live as a human being, the sense of futility when he realized what had been done, the regret of failing to protect the one he loved...

THEY COULD NEVER UNDERSTAND!!!

The monster didn’t drop the knife, instead clutching his face with a vice grip, and then he laughed, howled and wallowed in the hilarity that one can only compare to that of a madman.

“Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!! You, you guys really are idiots you know? I just... hahahahaha! Wow, this is just toooo good.”

Garou giggled further, his laughter growing weaker but lingering into the bar like poison. It was as if he had heard a very funny joke, and yet crimson eyes behind pitch black shades looked anything but amused. He relaxed and simply walked forward past Petra and Rin.

He did not as much as look back or turn around, but before leaving, just as he was about to walk off and disappear, he spoke one last time.

“Don’t let me see you again.”

Theodore

Compared to the girl, Theodore seemed to eat with much slower, methodical finesse. It was as if he was imitating a step by step guide, slowly making sure that each and every part of the process was meticulously completed. He had barely gotten his third when she already finished the whole box. Tears began to swell on his dead expressionless eyes and before long he inexplicably burst into tears.

Still smiling the white haired haired girl raised her right leg. "Let me introduce you to foot." And her foot hit Corbin's shin. "He wants to fight Mordred, he just needs to get some some tension out of his leg, right Corbin?"

Oren

The Great Stag adjusted to the weight a bit as Michael climbed on. One of her hooves pawed the ground a bit as she waited to make sure they were both settled and then they took off. Right out of the tarp, straight through the crowd, and right into the street. In mere moments Oren had to leap over a dangerously fast care as she made a swift turn straight into oncoming traffic.

It wasn't really faster in any way, but she was certain that it would be more fun. Some swerved out of her way but for other she got the chance to leap on top of them and bound from car to car with endless grace. Eventually, they moved out of the city and the paveway gave way to dirt roads. Then she really started to get fast. They turned into a white blur as Oren sped towards the forest, and only the wind could hope to catch up with them as it sang in her ears.

Then they neared the forest itself. It was large and foreboding. Ancient creatures called this place home and the air and earth shifted imperceptibly with the movement of the spirits. She sped over living roots and past patient predators without the slightest decrease in speed for she knew the forest as a man knows the back of his hands. Nothing here could trip her up or surprise her.

But, eventually, they halted at a place where the trees were blistered black and warm ash nourished young, white wood. She knew this place so well. It was here that she wrestled with fire as a dragon of earth and sang its beaten form into the ground of a being of a forest. Perhaps it would have destroyed lesser beings, but spirits were the forces of the land. Wild and adaptable. One had devoured the other and a wondrous duality had formed here. Some of the trees, ancient and dying, caught aflame and burned into a nurturing ash that new life would be born from. It had also shifted the hues of the flora into vibrant reds and oranges, as if it was a land trapped in eternal autumn.

However, she was not here to admire the scenery. The animals here had also been changed, even though it had not been long since the spirits had merged. Many were resistant to fire, some kept flame burning in their bellies only to release it as hot breathes of devastation. They also all tasted exceptionally delicious. Their flesh held a taste not unlike foreign spices. It was quite an experience to eat a few.

She finally stopped at a clearing filled with ashen sprouts and fittingly covered in ash. Then she reared back a bit so both her passengers knew that now was the time to get off. They had to get started quickly! The largest predators were most active during the day.

Alarice

The noble made no resistance as she was dragged to the infirmary and was rather impassive as the skeleton fussed and spoke, but a small smile spread over her face at his final statement. "I had no idea you were so eager to violate a young maiden's modesty, Lord Greyskull."

It wasn't really funny. Still, if there was some humor to be found in this mess it could never hurt. Regardless, she carefully took of her clothing without a fuss. It was never wise to trifle with a healer. There was more blood on their hands than any soldier, and they had little time for heroics or foolishness when there was something that needed to be corrected. And she had to admit that the dull ache of her entire body and the sharp pain of the countless splinters was beginning to wear her down.

Erica

As she finished Erica made sure to lick her fingers clean for any remaining traces of the treat. It was only after that was done that she cared to notice the tears of her companion. She stared at him for a moment and tilted her head to display confusion. "If you were not prepared for me to eat then you should not have offered me your food. You are also undoubtedly capable of making more. What is the point of your falsee display of emotions?"

Theodore

Theodore's tears just kept rolling like marbles, despite the fact everyone knows that devils never cry. And yet, despite his sorrowful state, the demon managed to smile weakly. Or at least try. It didn't really look like a smile...

"No, that's not it. These are tears of joy, it's been so long since a girl ate with me. I'm so happy."

And so, he kept weeping joyfully, eventually wiping his face with his sleeve. As soon as he did that, the tears and the crying stopped and turned completely silent before he revealed a completely clear impassive dull face like before.

"Well, that was a complete dissappointment. Did I try too hard?" He asked nonchalantly.

"Tch, it looks more like you want to get a fight yourself, kid." The changeling commented as Kuro teased Corbin for the heck of it, presumably. She must have been a school bully back in her place, possibly.

Petra

"Huh, okay then. If he wants to keep up his hostile act against everyone, he really shouldn't be surprised that he will bite more then he chews. I'm really, really sorry about what just happened." Petra apologized for the show that her former companion put on. She brought him there in the first place after all.
