"Then what do you want to do?" He asked simply.
Count Greyskull
Despite his compromised position, the skeleton lord still managed to remain as theatric as always. "Of course! I, the great Count Greyskull am the greatest and most powerful lord of all time!! My words need to be powerful to inspire my legions of darkness!!!"
Sakagami Kenzo
The oni remained silent for a while, just standing there without moving or making a noise. His finger twitched while the edges of his vision turned black, and before he knew it, he had already grabbed his blade. It was as if he had completely lost control of his body, now possessed by a blade driven by hate, anger and bloodlust.
He watched as he hacked and slashed wildly with clean deliberate strokes, turning what were once well shaped humanoid forms into mere chunks of cleanly sliced flesh, first their arms and legs, their torsos and bellies afterwards and finally their heads. Violently, their bodies split and separated with laughable ease as if they were nothing but butter before his sword. And before the two piles of meat stood a demon, smiling from ear to ear at the good work well done.
But suddenly Kenzo snapped back to reality, unable to hold back a stifled horrified gasp at the gruesome scene that had unfolded before his very eyes. And yet, he soon realized that their bodies were in fact whole and in one piece, and that his sword had in fact never been unsheated. His hand was simply trembling as if attracted by its sheath, but he had not caused a single cut upon them.
Under normal circumstances, he would have sighed in relief, but the demon was anything but that. Why did he see such a thing, with such vivid detail that it almost felt real. He hoped that it had been an illusion, or a mirage.
However, deep down Kenzo knew that it was no dream, but something far, far worse.
"Hahahahahahahaha! Alright, alright. Sorry, I didn't mean to be rude." He laughed it off cheerfully, bowing deeply to apologize as if what he just saw never happened. But as he lowered himself before them, he couldn't help but feel his sins crawling down his back.
"Well, see ya!" He added before waving goodbye and leaving. and so the demon walked as far away as possible, carrying nothing but a blade and a terrible, unspeakable hunger.
