"Hmph, oh well." He shrugged before leaving. Truthfully, he didn't care if she accepted or not, but this did make things easier. "Oh, and sorry for kicking you." He added as an after note while leaving.
The warrior was walking along the streets of the city, merely observing as usual. How dull, even if his rage had finally subsided the bitterness of his heart still ached. No, it was more accurate to say it was annoying. This city was annoying, its people were annoying, and the fact he was obsolete was still and always would be annoying. Eons of annoyance, and for what?
Even he didn't know where his path led, but what could he do?
But suddenly, he noticed someone, and for the first time in a long time, he noted. That man's gaze, his gait, his posture... it was odd, but he could feel something similar to how he felt, exuding from his concealed intent. He walked past him, not so mach as glancing at him, but the throbbing of his heart was no different than the stranger's, and without even uttering a single word he spoke.
You must have lived an uselessly long life, to walk with the weight of such age.

"Awww, who'se a good doggy? You're a good doggy!"
