Emily
With their little outing ruined, the changeling couldn't really blame Liseth for retreating back into the NEET Fortress. For that matter, she found herself tempted to join her girlfriend there, but she knew she couldn't afford to fall to temptation, strange as it sounded to the Spring courtier in her. Nonetheless, she managed to resist the temptation to hide away at home and decided to go for a nice walk herself. In light of the warmer weather, Emily had decided to stick with a light spring dress with a light floral print, not something that would stick out too much.
Well, not that the changeling had to try to stick out. Handy at some times, a pain at others.
Leaving her hair loose, the changeling opted for simple sandals as she went on her way, not caring too much about the stares she ended up drawing on the way there. All the same, the changeling found herself holding back a laugh as she wondered just how Liseth would feel about it. She seemed all too happy to make liberal use of a can of mace drawn from her pocket the last time someone came onto her when her girlfriend was around.
Managing to put that memory aside, the changeling made her way to the nearest park, not bothering too much to cover up her Mantle. After all, in a place like the Nexus, an attractive woman with the scents of spring and rejuvenation about her leaving the ground unusually verdant where she walked was hardly out of the usual, though the flowers did get a bit annoying at times. Like, that was just a bit too much.
Allowing a small sigh as she finally reached the park, the changeling made her way to a bench a decent way in, nice and secluded, at least as much as could be managed in a place like this. Relaxing at the bench, she found herself wondering about the curious turns her life had taken since she'd gotten here.
