Roderick
Heat filled his cheeks as the lovely blonde grabbed him and pressed her lips against his. His eyes widened and he was left blushing as Brutae separated from him only to deliver a wicked right hook to Olgamally's smug face.
Then something the "Servant" said made Roderick frown.
"Wait, she withdrew her support of you? Is that not dangerous for you? What a careless Master," Roderick said with a sigh before looking her in the eye. "I thank you for your assistance and I apologize if it seemed I was ignoring you, that was not my intention."
The trip to their new "base" was without incident, but it left a lot to be desired. As Grigori spoke with Olgamally, he walked around, casting Mend and Prestidigitation, slowly yet carefully cleaning and restoring the place to what it once was. He had a feeling that none of the three women he was currently with would do "mundane" tasks such as this, plus he needed to something or he would find himself in a shouting match with Olgamally.
Gabriel
Gabriel eyed Annabeth and said, "This person isn't a 'fellow', but my Godmother."
From how he said "Godmother", the tone of his voice and the infliction of the word, it sounded as if he actually "Mother" instead.
"On her world she was a very and dangerous predator in an increasingly shrinking and familiar pond. Like an orca in a koi pond I suppose. Here she is a small fish in a rather dangerous and deep ocean filled with monsters," Gabriel said, one hand clinching into a fist. "She's having trouble coping and has gotten in to trouble. She has saved me innumerable times in the past; this is the least I can do to repay the favor."
Rin
Rin offered Joe a weak smile as he poked her shoulder.
She knew Sakura approved of him. She wondered if Sakura would approve of him because he was someone who liked her, someone who kept Rin from being the Spinster Christmas Cake. A sigh escaped from her lips.
She wouldn't want him anyway, Rin thought. One thing was that Joe wasn't Sakura's precious Sempai. Another thing was Joe wasn't from their world. As in he wasn't a magus.
If this went anywhere, Rin would have to keep constant vigilance on keeping Joe safe if Joe tried to run in the same circles she did. Another thing was the thing that hung above her like the Pendulum in that Edgar Allan Poe story, the fact she needed an heir to the Tohsaka line to past the crest too.
Joe wasn't a magus. He didn't have any circuits or the like. Even though chances were at will that Rin inherited the "super womb" that silly twit that gave birth to her did, it was better to have two exceptional parents instead of just one. Which meant that Rin would have to find a donor and go through that mess.
Sorry Joe, unless you get a surrogate, if you're with me, you can't have your own kid . . .
Instead she sighed and said, "It really is suffocating. Especially . . . she has a Servant that . . . well a version of was mine. It kind of hurts seeing someone who had your back and die for you kind of treat you with teasing indifference at best even if you know it isn't the same person."
Forest
Forest grinned at Marcus's comment as she felt him poke her rear end with his length. She tilted her head at his thoughts and said, "Copying my regeneration can be fun and whatnot, but yeah, that part is gonna get annoying. And you might regret it tomorrow if you're dehydrated."
Then she flicked him on the nose with a grin. "Don't be so quick to ditch your virtue. I still wish that I had a choice in the matter."
