"Maaan," Jack said, retreated back into his seat.
"Told you," Jones added, raising an eyebrow as the car flew off the roof. The rest of the car would feel gravity suddenly pulling them into the air towards the ceiling, especially if they didn't tighten their seatbelts like Jones. Jack began floating into the air, before falling right back into his seat as the car hit the ground with a thud. Somehow, they landed perfectly in between two cars, right in the center of a small traffic jam.
"I've got your first big job," she said, still refusing to look him in the eye. Her gaze locked onto a couple in the distance, sitting and chatting on a bench. Whereas the skeleton was looking at the moon, she was focused only on those on the ground.
