 Released earlier this year in Japan, and due out in 2014 in North America courtesy of Atlus USA (http://gematsu.com/2013/11/conception-ii-coming-to-north-america-in-spring-2014), Conception II (http://www.spike-chunsoft.co.jp/conception2/) sees your lead character raise an army of Star Children using some sort  of Russian doll-esque soul cradles to try and beat up some monsters.
 
 The original Conception (http://www.spike-chunsoft.co.jp/conception/) game was on the PSP, but was skipped over in favour of this one.

Conception II will also be available in Europe, but as a PSN and eShop release only (http://gematsu.com/2014/01/conception-ii-coming-europe-digital-title).
