Ghost Child
The spirit paused suddenly as if in thought and flickered. His body switched through at least a dozen weeping children of different races and time periods before returning back to his normal appearance, albeit with the purple tear stains on his smiling face looking a little wet. "I don't have any parents, mister. What about you?"
Aisha
There was a certain vibrancy in Aisha that wasn't there before. The meeting with Anatu had done much good for her. It had relieved her of stress she didn't even know she had and the result was a much more relaxed woman which was rather evident as she laughed. The soft trills of birds joined the sound of her voice as she did. "You will never have anything to fear from me, Child, but where are the other Children? There must be more of you here."
Mata Boyd
The creature reacted almost instantly as if it had known that the girl was raising her gun. It launched itself to the right wall and dodged the blasts without even bothering to slow down. Then its method of retreat became clears as a shower of large spikes several inches thick were launched from the darkness.
The sewage worker acted instantly and with a growl punched the wall closest to her. It shattered and she slammed the largest piece of rubble in front of her to act as a barrier as she pushed it forward.
