They need exposure to GN particles.

Which is kinda more natural than coordinators since those are breed, and newtypes are not really that different. Or so my soul weighted by the Earth's gravity tell me.

The only ones I can see being Transhuman are the Innovators and even then, they sort of cheat. Newtypes are basically downgraded in X and Coordinators are Newtypes+1.
