Coppelius
"You may be right, but following the path laid before me is all i can do; all anyone can do."

As they entered the store, he already knew that this wouldnt work, he couldnt work with these materials. Too brittle. Too weak. They had no soul to speak of.
"This place is no good... we will have to find a better place..."

227
Coppelius
"What if their purpose has already been achieved? My creators- they made me merely to prove a point. To prove that a beeing like me is possible. The only purpose i had was to live in itself, but i never knew how."

The doll turned around to face his peer, floating centimetres above the ground.

"If there is chaos here, is
hall root it out; that is how i was given purpose before. However, to fight, i require materials; let us enter this place."

228
Coppelius
"Heh" the doll let out an almost real-sounding snicker "I think.... i am drawn to life. We are poor imitations of them, but there is no rule that a fake can not surpass the original. By beeing 'alive', i am, for a little moment, more 'real' than all the real people that simply 'survive'. That is what i strive for."

As they wandered through the city, Coppelius marveled at the efficiency with which the construct cleared their way; he had no idea what kind of group it was, but the ones she exterminated clearly belonged together.

"What is the purpose of those insignia? Are there warring factions in this city?"

As they progressed through the city, he could see many signs of battle, but his glass eyes were suddenly drawn toward a very eccentric shop indeed.

Coppelius
"Do not worry, i can function as long as there is sufficient prana. In that regard, my creators truly were geniuses."
Taking the environment in, Coppelius began to adjust to it; if it came down to it, this was not too different from London's magic underworld, just more open about it all.
"I do, however, need materials and a place to stay. I do strive to live like a human would."
Or, at the very least, as he thought a human would. This was an aspect of himself the doll never understood, so he eventually decided to stop pondering it. Yet, at certain moments in his life, he had felt it- a surge of what felt like "life", what felt like it was "right" to call so. They had been brief moments, seemingly random, but they had been there, and he knew that if his existence were to amount to anything, those were the moments he had to pursue.

Coppelius
The doll unhesitatingly shaked the Construct's hand. He had been betrayed by humans aplenty, but never by an aritifcial energy-construct harboring a human soul. so the thought of distrusting her did not even cross his mind after identifying her as such.
"Please do. However first, i need to ask you about this place. What is this... city?"

231
Coppelius
Looking at the hand held out to him, the doll extended his own; sternly looking the strange yet somehow familiar construct in the eyes; eyes as artificial as his own, putting him at ease despite their apparent coldness.
"My name is Coppelius. My purpose... A purpose is something i don't have. That is why i am searching."

232
Coppelius
Coppelius felt a chill at the very base of his being as the strange being seemed to see directly through him.

His glass eyes locking on to her, he slowly nodded while approaching.
"Well" a voice produced by the finest craftsmanship venerated from his mouth
"It's  rather hard to overlook even with normal eyes, isn't it?"

As he had arrived directly below where she was floating, his curiosity winning out over his cautiousness, he beckoned her to come down.
"But if we are similar... then what are you?"

The construct had painted herself a rather dark shade of red barely an hour after leaving the multitude of souls. This area seemed to be host to several gangs and criminals. While most seemed to have congealed into some unified group that remained relatively non-disruptive, some splinter groups had grown increasingly violent in opposition to this new unifying force.

Regardless, the reasoning was irrelevant to her. The dissenters were proving to be a disruption in everyday life for the district in general, so she carefully crushed some into short-lived balls, hung them by their entrails, and generally left them as disturbing and bloody messes. She was still moving through the alleys when she spotted another group of criminals attempting to mug someone.

They seemed to be assaulting a boy. Her response was immediate and lethal. One segment of the Mantle turned into the Needle and unleashed a barrage of perfectly aimed projectiles at the muggers.

Coppelius
Just as the doll readied himself for the first wave of attacks, a wave of skewers accurately turned the hoodlums into shish kebab.
"Huh... That was unexpected" was his initial reaction, before looking around to make out the source of the attack.

It was then that he spotted a strange kind of beeing in the sky, one that he just could not cathegorize. Wary of what she would do further, he inserted his threads into the corpse of one of the men just in case.

Coppelius
Caught up in taking in the new Environment, Coppelius walked aimlessly into what, in hindsight, seemed to have been an unwise choice of directions.

The three Hoodlums in front of him proved testament to just what kind of the city he had walked into.

Armed with katana's seeping with malicious power, Coppelius realized that burglars, too, were of an entirely different caliber in this town.

Well, he had no choice but to fend them off with what he had on hand; with a flick of his hand, he readied the threads normally used to manipulate his dolls.

Through the streets of Nexus City, an unfamiliar sound could be heard tonight. A sound quite unlike the organic steps of humans or beasts, a much colder, clickering sound echoed through the alleys.
In the city had arrived, a single doll. His porcelain skin shining in the moonlight, enter Coppelius.
Aimlessly wandering through the unfamiliar concrete jungle, he cracked an all too human grin at the unexpected opportunity; he already knew, at the very least he would not be bored here.

Okay, so is it okay if i write a post introducing him now or should i wait till theres a lull in the chain of events?

Rather hyped here, although with the Regalia apparently beeing story-related, i do wonder wether the other servants aside from Nero/Tamamo will have the gameplay mechanic as well or not
Personnaly i hope they have an equivalent, just without the henshin at least

Name: Coppelius

Race: Doll

Age: 30

Height: 1,78 m

Weight: 70 kg

Appearance: As a human-like magic doll, Coppelius looks almost like a flesh-and-blood person on first glance, however his unblemished pale skin, shining blue eyes and hair, and most of all, the joints noticeable on his hands and limbs, betray his true origin to the discerning eye. His clothing style includes mainly green or brown colors, clothes that may not stand out at all in the polluted cities of the world, albeit his mystic code may drastically change that impression.
Spoiler for spoiled for size:

Physical Attributes

Strength: Human

Agitlity: Human

Constitution: Fantastic (as a Doll, Coppelius may have been made to resemble a human, but is fundamentally but a tin man. Even though hits to his faux organs may hinder their functionality, he can fundamentally keep going until either his mana is depleted or his body is reduced to dust.)

Other Abilities:
Mystic Eyes of Binding: a pair of artificially created Mystic Eyes, these can bind and cripple those Coppelius lays eyes upon.

Mystic code: Cor Tonitrus- the everlasting heartbeat
The left half of the internal mystic code Clockwork Heart, masterpiece of a certain londoner gentleman, it continously takes in prana to move the tin body of an unnatural beeing, it both stores and creates enormous amounts of raw energy in the process.

Mystic code: Cor Lotus- the ever unblemished heart
The right half of an the internal mystic code Clockwork Heart, masterpiece of a certain Red's younger days, it will restore the porcelain body of a student group's great ambition to it's original state continously, emulating a life human's self healing capabilities. As the two halves intertwine, a soul is bound to them.

Magic: Medium

Doll creation:
As both the creation and the pupil of a certain Red, Coppelius has been teached the very techniques that gave birth to his body. As such, he is able to forge and wield puppets and dolls, much like his creators, although his style varies in that he never considered attempting to replicate life.

Alices:

Small, combat-oriented dolls about the size of french dolls and marionette's, they are capable of simple tasks and direct magical attacks under the control of Coppelius. He can control up to four of them at the same time using the filaments, however they are incapable of autonomous actions.

Strength: Exceptional

Agility: Exceptional

Constitution: Human

Magic: Low
The Alice's are capable of small but high-speed magic blasts fueled by the user's prana.
Several kinds of Alice's differ in abilities:

Curse Alice: the most common type, this doll is built with curse seals throughout it's body, allowing it to cripple foe's with various seals and shoot weak Gandr projectiles. By using up its entire bodie's worth of seals, a self-destruct by this doll can potentially severely debilitate a foe.

Elemental Alice: a doll infused with one of the main elements fire, wind or water, they are able to shoot elemental projectiles and create small firewalls, windblades or waterbubbles. A self-destruct by one of these dolls will cause a moderate elemental explosion.

Knife Alice:
A simple combat doll fitted with bladed weapons throughout it's whole body. Incapable of magic attacks of any kind, however their physical attributes eclipse those of the other Alice's and they can use their blades to cause a true mess of limbs and guts. These dolls can not self-destruct.

Gepetto:
Spoiler for size:
Coppelius' trump card, Gepetto is a "doll" created entirely out of ether. By blowing life into it, his shadow will bloat to the massive form of this clump of darkness. As Coppelius is forwarding his consciousness into this shadow body in order to control it, his actual body is completely immobilized while using it.
The shadow body Gepetto is incredibly powerful, fast and strong, and it's mere touch will corrode any kind of material; however, it is unable to move more than ten metres from Coppelius' true body as it is connected to it through an "umbilical cord" at all times. His limbs can be regenerated, but Gepetto will be dispelled immediately if this cord is severed from Coppelius' body.

Strength: Fantastic

Agility: Amazing

Constitution: Exceptional

Awakened Origin: Lifespark
A service given by a certain monk, the same that plucked his soul to bind it to this body, his Origin was awakened. That beeing the spark that grows life, it may even be the true reason the student group's efforts bore fruit after all.

Equipment:

Coat of starry sky: a piece of cloth infused woven by a member of a certain magus family, by infusing it with prana it can be used to emulate spatial movement magecraft enabling the creation of portals in short distances.

Puppeteer's filament: strings infused with magic that are used primarily to control his style of puppets, but can also be used to manipulate humans with low magic resistance.

Origin:
Originally a mere student project of three Magi during their student days in the Clock Tower, Coppelius would be their last work as friends. The body a doll, the soul a barely born wraith, plucked off the miscarriage of one of the girls of the street, Coppelius may have been just an early work, an experiment on the viability of a living soul in a non-living body, all but forgotten by them years later, but at the time it was a true miracle to him.
After their eventual falling out, he kept living in the city of steam and magic, getting handed around student Magi until he ended up in the gutter of London, a free soul, to continue his life on his own. Since then, he has become a fleeting part of London's magic underworld, building experience upon experience with every passing year. He has a very playful, impish personality that betrays his pure appearance lies.

Weakness: As he was not intended a fighting doll, his body itself is not too strong; while his self-healing and magic are hard to overcome, he i ultimately has no real way to retaliate a continuous close-combat assault any more than a regular human does.

Likes: movies, music, doll creation, all manner of games
Dislikes: serious people, beeing reminded of his nonhumanity, people performing actions like eating in front of him

Thanks for the advice, yeah i kind of wrote the sheet on the go with only the idea of "magic detective" in mind.

Didnt know how much fluff was necessary for just the sheet, as it differed greatly between the others in the thread

i wrote "human/homunculus" since he is a mixture like Illya, unlike a normal homunculus which would basically be a clone
His father is a human and part of the aforementioned regressing magus family, the homunculus surrogate mother was a loan from the Einzberns

the high magic rank is justified by him beeing a Homunculus, as they are always described as having extremely high magic potential due to basically beeing made of magic circuits

as for the deduction skill.... yeah, it just means he's a detective xD

ah okay, didnt know where to put the magic since its the first time i did a sheet for this
yeah cold is just ice.

yeah the needle's magic doping... its just saying that it's creating drugs with magic, both poisions and a kind of doping that heightens his stats
yeah i wanted to think up the other details of what kind of effects the syringe can cause later on, but i guess i should do that in the sheet itself huh

yeah i'll think up some more details than that, sorry.

My idea was that he's physically shit unless he's using the syringe and/or strengthening magic
so the stats there are him while using the syringe

yeah i guess ill have to think up more of a backstory for the likes and dislikes and stuff
