So since we're getting closer to ending Day 1 and moving on to Day 2 (I think), I'll go ahead and bring up my thing then.

I already talked about this in the CE chat on Skype, but on either Day 2 or Day 3 I was going to have a little side mission thing. Basically, blow up some Nazis. Let guy retrieve some data before blowing up said Nazis. Get the hell outta there. Get paid.

I wanted to do a role call on who I've got recruited for that so far, and then see if I can't get anyone else to join. I can wait til day 3 if people need more time or if there's already lots of plans for Day 2.

So far if I remember right, YOLF and Umbra volunteered characters. Kat offered one too I think, but I didn't get definitive confirmation from him. So yeah, anyone else interested? I can give more details than "blow up them Nazis" if asked.

EDIT: Knick volunteered Crest in the CE chat, with the disclaimer that he'll probably be all "what is gun." That puts us at 3 confirmed, 1 maybe. Anyone else? 

Also monetary reward for characters doing this in IC is 20,000 per character.

The blond folded her arms around her and said, "She's had a black mood since . . . Well, she has been in a melancholy mindset for most of the time I've known her.  Being in Nexus has not been a pleasant experience for her."

"I see..." So far the "Nexus" as this place was apparently called wasn't exactly giving the impression of being the most fantastic place, even with her very short impression of it. Probably she'd been lucky to run across so many familiar faces this soon.

She looked at Mia and said, "She will return though.  She has not abandoned us."

Rin looked down at the little girl, and it was pretty clear that the girl thought strongly to the contrary. Rin sighed. This girl is going to be difficult, isn't she?

"Food sounds good, and clothes..." Shirou trailed off, looking uncomfortable. "Yeah. I also want to know how you came to know a vampire while we're out eating. And why the two of you are here, for that matter."

Ah, was Emiya-kun learning something from her little lecture? Gooooooood. Though it was possible he just had a lot to absorb. Eh.

"I'd like to know the answer to that too, to be honest," her smile genuine this time. "I'm here to investigate this place after all. Maybe I'll learn something more if I learn how you two happened to get here."

Rin was about to ask if everyone was ready to go, but a small, yet sharp voice cut the air.

“Hey, why are your smiles fake?”

Color left Rin's face for a moment, her body frozen in place. And it wasn't from the cold.

H-how did she see through me?! Not even most adults can-

Another fake smile. Even if the girl could see through it, the others couldn't. ...Though this one was juuuust a bit more forced than the last few. Maybe they could see through this one.

She cleared her throat, and looked down at the girl. "Well, sometimes people aren't always feeling as pleasant as they'd like to be, but they don't want to make people feel uncomfortable by showing that. So they fake it. That good enough of an answer for you?"

She didn't even notice Henry walking up to join them.

Tom obeyed Forest with little hesitation, the pressure inside beginning to hurt more and more. Again, his warm seed filled her core, but he didn't stop kissing her, the rate slowing down to something more gentle and nuanced as he began to come down, but he continued nonetheless. In the place of frenzied pleasure was a warm glow, and he found himself enjoying that just as much as what he'd just experienced moments before.

The girl simply stuck her tongue out at her in response to her explanation, and despite her specialty at putting up fronts, a faint sigh of exasperation escaped Rin's lips regardless. She straightened herself up.

“Saber, Tohsaka, this is Mia.”

Rin put on a friendly smile for Emiya-kun and Saber's sake. Irritating or not, it'd be rude and unelegant of her to express what she felt from her first impression so bluntly, especially towards a little girl.

Saber, unperturbed, spoke up next.

"Are you hungry?  I am famished.  Would you like to get something to eat with us?  Maybe even get a bath and a fresh change of clothes."

Rin nodded, keeping up her friendly facade as Mia's stomach growled. Maybe the girl would be a bit more friendly if-

Rin's thoughts were interrupted as several gazes turned towards one direction. It was Forest, the vampire from before. She was getting in a car, her expression indecipherable. With a roar, the engine came to life, and the car took off for God know's where.

“Forest…?” She whispered, so very confused.

Rin didn't take her eyes off the car. "Maybe the crime scene upset her. Or she's upset from earlier. Something like that. Could be a number of things."

"He attacked her because she was a vampire," the blond said with a sigh, "He thought ending her existence would save others.  One life to save many, an even trade."

Rin raised an eyebrow, then stopped for a moment to think. Forest had seemed awful pale, paler than most...

She turned to face Shirou.  Her green eyes met his mismatched ones as she folded her arms around herself.  "I understand the motives, but that does not give you an excuse to attack her from behind.  At least be honorable enough to face her head on," she said with a sigh before her shoulder's slumped.  "I would have hoped you would have imparted at least that chivalrous notion from me."

Rin looked over at Saber with a bemused smile on her lips. Looks like someone hasn't changed much.

The magus's eyes wandered back to Shirou, a stern look on her face. "Well, vampire or not, be more careful who you're shooting next time. Stop to consider the situation. I understand that time's often of the essence, but don't just barge in there with no idea what's going on! Get a better idea of what's going on first!"

Rin was about to say more, but a voice belonging to a person she'd failed to notice cut through her thoughts and words.

“HEY! Don’t be mean to Shirou!”

Clinging onto Shirou's arm was a little girl, shooting an accusatory look at both Rin and Saber. There was something... creepy about this girl. Had she not had an outburst, she'd be reminiscent of Rin's first impression of Illya. Before she got to know her better. ...Before she sacrificed herself.

With a sigh, Rin crouched down so she was more on the girl's level. ...besides, her legs were cold anyway, it helped keep them warmer. "We're 'being mean' to him because he did something not very nice. Even adults need scolding sometimes. And if he learns from this, he won't need to be yelled at again. Sounds good, doesn't it?" Rin was aware her smile probably almost looked as forced as it really was, but she was good at putting up masks. Good chance it was still convincing anyway. Maybe. Hopefully.

Forest's bliss combined with his own was almost overwhelming, his shaft hardening more and more, pressure mounting by the second, but he was stronger now since his first excursion, so he was able to hold on for longer. And found himself happier for it. His tongue still moved with hers as his hips moved with hers, becoming more wild and passionate with each passing thrust, his vision blinding white, but it didn't matter because it felt so damn good, her core so deliciously tight around him, her own lust and bliss mixing with his own through their connection resulting in an explosion of ecstasy that almost hurt and yet just-

Giving Cross Effects its own board would be easy enough, you just have to give the word.

As for the date and time stuff, if we started doing that, would we just start after that's implemented as a rule? Or would we have to go back and date all the posts we did?

I don't know about making boards for all the different locations for sure either though. We need to make sure not to overcomplicate things.

Rin looked over at him, still almost dizzy from her excitement, but still able to speak.

"W-what do you think? O-of course I'm ready!" Her voice was airy from being short of breath, but her message got across loud and clear.

Tom

Forest was beyond the point of coherent reply as she arched towards his fingers.  Tom's lips, teeth, and tongue found the hyper-sensitive point of her nipple and began to toy with it.  Sparks of pure bliss ran through her to the building ache within her.  It joined with it, sparking the tension higher and higher.

Tiny cries were leaving her lips as the dam within her burst.

Dark spots filled her vision as she arched hard with a cry.  Her needy core clamped on nothing as she writhed and cried out, losing herself to his touch.

Sensing her need for something to fill her, his hardened length slid inside her once more, his fingers still toying and playing with the ever retreating nub. He thrust in and out, his teeth and lips still dancing on her nipple, now switched to the other, his free hand toying with the breast he had just left.

He hoped he hadn't jumped the gun, but who knows. Maybe this would work out for them both.

Rin's eye caught a man throwing up in response to the dead bodies. He was almost naked except for a pair of heart boxers. Her eyes quickly turned away. It was none of her business for now. The sickly man was followed  in short measure by a tall, attractive blonde woman. Who, she happened to notice, was missing good chunks of her clothing. She heard one of the officers shout something at the stranger.

"Hey Lady Law, I've got something to suck on!"

What a creep.

"It would probably take me until sunup to find it."

Judging by the response, Rin concluded that this was likely Forest, the woman Saber had been talking about.

Saber turned to approach her and her green eyes widened.  Forest pointed and said, "So, there's this wanker outside who knows you that shot me in the back."

Yep. That's her.
Rin followed close behind Saber, letting her speak first. Rin didn't even know this woman after all.

Saber frowned and asked, "Shirou shot you in the back?"

"Emiya-kun did what?!"

Rin blushed at her outburst, before trying to put on her usual mask, allowing the other two to continue.

"Yeah, didn't even have the stones to come down and look me in the eyes before trying to kill me," Forest said with a sigh and a shake of her head.

Saber bit her lip and asked, "Where is he?"

"Outside, waiting for you," Forest said, gesturing at the door.

Saber quickly made her way towards Shirou. Rin made to follow, but stopped for a moment.

"Er, sorry about Emiya-kun shooting you for whatever reason. I'll lecture him if Saber doesn't."

Nearly bowing but recognizing that Forest had been speaking English a moment ago, Rin just hurriedly made her way after Saber, her blush increasing.

The cold air hit her like a wall, but she persisted onward nonetheless. Her eyes widened as her eyes fell on a familiar form.

Shirou, but yet not Shirou. Skin mottled with both light and dark, caught between boy and man, Emiya-kun and Archer, hair white as the falling snow. Her breath caught in her throat for a moment.

Biting her lip, she headed to him and said, "Hello, Shirou."

Then a young girl with white hair and crimson eyes clung to him, tiny bells ringing.  The resemblance to Iri and Ilya was uncanny, yet she didn't feel like a homunculus.  "And greetings companion of Shirou.  I am Saber."

Rin stepped forward, slowly, surely. She kept stepping forwards until she was a foot behind Saber.

"Emiya-kun..."

Rin was about to ask him how he was doing. Maybe even give him and Saber a moment. ...but instead something else slipped out instead.

"How could you shoot some random woman?! How could you be so careless? You'd better give me a good answer, Emiya-kun!" Her hands were on her hips. Her cheeks were flushed, a part of her realizing the possibility of such an outburst being embarrassing, especially during what had been such a touching moment before then, but she held her ground.

There's a difference between doing exercise and being not only in tip top shape, but also being damn good at melee combat. The latter requires a ton of training. And Kayneth isn't really the type to rely on melee to fight. He's not like Rin where she had Kirei to teach her how to use martial arts, and even Rin didn't exactly go into physical combat all that often. Nor would he care about using them. Kayneth is very much a mage to the core, and that means his attack style is going to depend strongly on magecraft no matter what.

Therefore, saying that he's more physically capable than even some of the best fighters already in the OP and also making a point of him being into melee combat when not only does it not make sense for the character, but is also not supported by the text is kinda silly.
