Forest

Forest winched as Law was given a blanket before he completely flashed himself.  The sickly-sweet and sour smell of vomit over rid the stench of dead blood emanating from the place.  She wondered if it was because the entity inside of him, or he was just squeamish, or some other supernatural trait.  It wouldn't be the first time she encountered someone with a sensitivity to the dead.

“Go inform Saber that we’re here. I’ll watch after Mia for now,” Shirou said.

Forest nodded and said, "I'll be back with Her Highness."  Then with a tiny salute she began to head towards the crime scene.  She was suddenly aware of her lack of proper clothing as she heard a few wolf whistles as she approached.

She heard Riggs shout at her, "Hey Lady Law, I've got something to suck on."

"It would probably take me until sunup to find it," she retorted as she saw the tiny blond with another detective she'd seen in passing, some other guy she didn't know, and a beautiful young Asian girl with stunning aquamarine eyes dressed unsenseablely in a mini-skirt.

Saber turned to approach her and her green eyes widened.  Forest pointed and said, "So, there's this wanker outside who knows you that shot me in the back."

Saber

Saber rubbed her forehead as some interloper, wearing a blanket as a cape and without pants threw up in a near-by trashcan.  Then she saw Forest approach.  Before she could wave to the blond she noticed the tattered remains of her clothing and the responses that some of the other officers and detectives were giving the vampire because of it.

The former king noticed the charred remains and slash marks.  The look on Forest's face wasn't her normal sardonic mask, but something of annoyance.  "So, there's this wanker outside who knows you that shot me in the back."

Saber frowned and asked, "Shirou shot you in the back?"

"Yeah, didn't even have the stones to come down and look me in the eyes before trying to kill me," Forest said with a sigh and a shake of her head.

Saber bit her lip and asked, "Where is he?"

"Outside, waiting for you," Forest said, gesturing at the door.

Without a word, Saber headed out side.  Her chest tightened at the sight of the familiar tall man with white hair and bronze skin.  "Archer," she whispered before she noticed the bright red threaded through the white and that some of his skin was still fair.

This wasn't Archer.  This was Shirou.  A Shirou who could very well become Archer.  Biting her lip, she headed to him and said, "Hello, Shirou."

Then a young girl with white hair and crimson eyes clung to him, tiny bells ringing.  The resemblance to Iri and Ilya was uncanny, yet she didn't feel like a homunculus.  "And greetings companion of Shirou.  I am Saber."

Fanged Foursome

Drusilla smirked at the newcomer and said, "Your spear.  Tasted the blood of Christ, it did.  Was it sweet?  Does it sing to you?  Does it speak to you?  Who will you pass it on to when its time for you to die?"

Buffy and Spike met each others' eyes and smirked.  Neither one was going to shy away from a good fight.  Angelus on the other hand held up his hand and said, "Wait.  I want to hear what they have to say."

3137
"Ah, yes.  I still have trouble with these myself," Saber said, swallowing.

She reached behind her and undid the clasp before letting the white cotton fall to the ground.  Pink stained her cheeks as she bared her modest breasts to his gaze.  "I apologize for their lack of size, Shirou."

3138
Saber swallowed, her emerald eyes widening at the sight of Shirou shirtless.  His skin was marbled pale and the deep tan, and there were scars here and there.  She held up her hand and placed it over the faint scar on his heart before stroking it.

Then his hands were on her breasts, lightly teasing them through the fabric.  Her breath caught and she gasped as her nipples hardened in response.  They ached, a strange sensation she wasn't exactly used to.

"You've abused yourself too much," she whispered.

Forest

Forest parked the camaro and made sure that Shirou could park the Firebird behind her.  The flashing lights and black and whites were her first clue that she was indeed in the right spot.  Luckily most of the cops knew who she was and they wouldn't have any problems.

She looked at Mia and grinned.  "So.  We're going to play a game.  That game is 'Don't Touch the Dead Body or the Blood on the Wall'.  What you do is not touch the dead bodies or blood on the wall.  What you do is hide behind one of those flashing cars until Shirou or I come find you."

3140
More and more heat flooded through Saber at Shirou's honest words.  His voice was catching with each word.  His lips were warm and gentle against hers.  Her resistance was faltering more and more as his hands traveled her body.

His touch was feather light as he made his request.

She nodded, her voice gone.  She kissed him and asked, "May I touch you as well?"

Fanged Foursome

Angelus smirked and said, "Well, that's a name and a hair color.  Something we can work with."  He moved forward towards her and said, "So, do you have a name, dear?"

3142
Fanged Foursome

"We never met her.  We just knew that Darla was taken out by a vampire from another reality or whatever," Buffy said with a shrug.  "Maybe I should find out who she is and send her a Thank You card."

Spike grinned and said, "I'll sign it too, Slayer."

Angelus glared at both of them and said, "So did this blond pagan have a name?  Maybe something other than blond and talks to her food?"

3143
Name: Abigail Summers

Race: Changeling (Seelie Faerie/Human)

Age: 21

Height: 5’8

Weight: 127

Appearance:  Abigail, being Fae, is extraordinarily attractive young woman.  She has long, straight true red hair that she tends to wear in a pony tail, braid, or a bun to keep out of her face.  Her large eyes are a golden-green, like a peridot and her skin is fair with a smattering of freckles from her mother’s side of the family.  She has pointed ears.

She is slightly above average height and is slim with curves in all the right places.

Abigail generally dresses in jeans or neutral colored cargo pants, an olive green military coat and neutral colored shirts and sweaters.

Physical Attributes

Strength: Human and Exceptional when strengthened with magic.

Agility: Human and Exceptional when strengthened with magic.

Constitution: Human and Exceptional when strengthened with magic.

Other Abilities:
Bookworm- Abigail is very talented at research and gaining knowledge, and using the knowledge she receives.
Empathy- She can sense emotions and tell if someone is lying or not.
Gymnastics- She took gymnastics and dance when she was younger to help explain why she was so inhumanly graceful.  She still keeps up with the gymnastics to this day.   She can also Parkor to a limited extent.
Pick-Pocket- It’s not an ability she likes to use often, but she’s a talented pickpocket.  It comes from her dad’s side of the family.
Regeneration- Due to a protective blessing from her Father and grandmother, if injured and not dead her body automatically starts to heal herself back to true.  If the wound is dealt with iron and no longer in her body, the healing process is slower but remarkably rapid for someone part Fae.
Magical Power: High, once she loses her Virginity, Very High.
Abigail’s magical ability isn’t about flashy destruction or raw power.  It’s for more delicate and intricate workings such as illusions, Thaumaturgy, veils, Glamour, and Shields.  (For you Dresden Files readers, think kind of like Molly.)

Divination:- Abigail can put herself in a trance so she can glimpse into the past or future.  Her visions of the future are very limited, but her visions of the past are close to post-cognitive clairvoyance.

Scrying: Abigail can find anyone anywhere with some time and something with a connection to her target.

Veils:  With a few quick chants, Abigail can hide something completely from all senses, even supernatural ones.  It only lasts a few minutes.  The longer she hides the said object, especially if it’s a big one, the more it drains her.  (Note, once post-virginity she can hold Veils up longer.)

Glamour/Illusions: With Glamour she can make something’s appearance completely change without changing the item at all.  Once the Glamour wears off the item/person returns back to true.

With her Illusions, Abigail can make things appear that aren’t truly there and is limited by her own imagination and energy.

Thaumaturgy- With Thaumaturgy she can take tasks that while could be done with mundane methods but take a long time into something faster and more time efficient.   She just needs the materials to do so, and she can fix broken objects this way as well.  Can do minor healing this way as well.

Also good for Analysis- she can determine something’s making and composition while doing this.

Shields/Wards:  When given time, Abigail can create complex wards that have specific and multiple functions.  Like the ward at her apartment that allows people to enter only if they’ve been given an invitation and will physically reject someone if they haven’t

Shields are her go to for defense.  The longer prep time she has, the greater ability the shield has.  A quickly thrown up shield can do things like block bullets for a few rounds while one that she has some time to prepare will have multiple layers and can take absurd amounts of punishment.  However they last only for as long as Abigail can power them while Wards are permanent.

Extra Sensory Perception:  If focused, Abigail can become completely aware of the environment and beings around her.

Miss Dolittle: She can communicate with animals.

She can also do things like store magical energy in crystals for her to use as a boost.  She’s also learning how to create enchanted items.  She can also strengthen herself, others, and items with magic.  Like reinforcement.

Post Virginity
These are abilities that Abigail can use once she uses her virginity.
Knockback: A defensive/offensive spell that does what it says.  It throws someone back a couple of meters.
Light Ball: A simple light spell that acts like a good quality torch or flashlight.
Flash Bang:  Combination of a highly intense Light Ball and Knockback with a deafening noise thrown in.  It’s great for disorienting someone trying to kill her.
Instantaneous Shielding:  If in danger, without even knowing it, Abigail can throw up a quick shield to protect herself before she can build a real one.

Equipment:
Quartz Circlet: Abigail wears a circle of quartz points around her left wrist.  They help boost her magical ability and she often stores magical power within them.

Quartz Pendulum: She uses it to scry and wears it under her shirt.

Flying Broomstick: Her first enchanted item?  She enchanted a broomstick for her to fly and hold her weight plus another person if need be.  It can reach subsonic speeds.  Perfect for avoiding the traffic of Nexus.

Familiars: Abigail has four familiars that can act as her eyes and ears and do her bidding if need be.  They are Corbie, a fledgling crow who still has blue eyes and is distracted by shinny things and has ADHD; Nihm, a giant rat who may or may not be carrying the Bubonic Plague; Marian, a vixen who likes to be coy with her information; and Boudica the Berserker, a female groundhog that doesn’t take any flack from cats.

She also has her loyal pet, an English Bulldog named Mr. Crumplebottom.  He is lazy and likes pets and holds.  May be slightly overweight.

Crystals- Abigail has a variety of crystals that she uses for things to help her focus and enchant items.

Origin: Abigail is the daughter of a Seelie Noble and a human woman.  See, her father was married to an Unseelie Noble for political reasons.  They had a daughter together, but it was a loveless marriage even though they got along and even became friends along the line and both parties were fine with the others finding affection elsewhere.  So he met this woman in the late 80’s early 90’s that was of Irish and Native American decent and fell in love.

He got her pregnant.

Unseelie wife was very cool with this and he spent his time divided between Faerie and his mortal lover and half mortal daughter.  Abigail spent half of her time in Faerie and the other half in the mortal world, getting raised equally by both.  Except her half-sister was jealous of the attention Abigail was getting from her father and the girl’s mother (the Unseelie).

She grew up with her odd but happy childhood and was trying to decide if she wanted to live in Faerie, live in the mortal world, or go back and forth.  She headed off the college to study while still taking magical lessons from her father’s legal wife.  While her father was having one of his regular dates with his mortal lover, the pair of them were attacked and killed, making Abigail an orphan.

Understandably upset, Abigail began to look for her parents’ killer and found that her half-sister was partially responsible and more disturbed than both Abigail and her own mother realized.  With the help of a werewolf and a vampire she was able to find her parents’ killer and bring them to justice.  Doing this gave her confidence in herself and she made her decision.

She was going to go back and forth between Faerie and the mortal world while trying to find out what she wanted to do in life.

Then, one day, she woke up to find herself in Nexus City with no ties to her father’s wife or her friends, such as the werewolf and vampire who’d helped her.  Seeing everything that was happening in Nexus, Abigail found herself attending school again- both regular college and a magical institute.   While having a very full bank account, she started working part time for the Nexus police to use her unique magical talents to help solve crimes.

Weakness: Being Faerie, she is weak to iron.  It can keep her from using her powers, make her physically ill, and kill her.

Likes: Sweet things like pastries and cookies, ice cream, heroic notions, animals, science (especially biology), learning new things, practicing magic, crystals, reading, listening to 80’s music and 80’s movies, goofy vampires with heroic complexes, Star Wars, Game of Thrones. Physical contact with people she likes and is close to. Baking and cooking.

Dislikes: Senseless bloodshed, gratuitous violence, harming others, drunken frat boys, threats to her life, monsters that prey upon others with no remorse, and those who disrupt the natural order.

Heat flared through Saber's cheeks as Shirou was behind her, his body enveloping hers.  She was aware of just how much larger he was than her now, how much of a man he'd become.  Just like Archer, she thought and she rested her hands over his.

As much as she adored her friend, she didn't want anyone else to share his fate.  Shirou was so close; she could easily see it in him and it made her chest ache.

He rubbed his cheek against her hair as he looked down at her.   She could feel his eyes hungrily staring at her and she swallowed.  His voice caused her to shiver and she squeezed at his hands.

"Truly?" she asked, looking up at him with green eyes.

3145
Saber's pulse was thundering in her ears and heat was rushing through every fiber of her being.  Shirou's trembling hands unbuttoned the uniform before he pushed it over her shoulders.  Her own hands shook as she moved to pull her arms through it.

A jolt of warmth ran through her as a calloused hand ran down her back.  She arched towards it with a gasp, enjoying the simple touch.

3146
"I honestly have no idea," Saber admitted, scowling at the uniform.  She picked at the black fabric with her finger tips and shook her head.  "Maybe it fastens in the back?"

Heart racing, Saber lifted up her hair and turned her back to Shirou.  Indeed there was a row of pearly white buttons to unfasten from the back.

3147
So why does Kayneth know martial arts?

That's sort of my question too.  He doesn't in canon and even states why he doesn't in Zero.

3148
Forest

Forest took Mia's hand and said, "No, he didn't lose a game.  A woman sat on his lap, took his pants and did unwanted things without his permission.  Which is very bad and if I didn't have to herd a bunch of cats to Saber I'd go track her down and pummel her for good measure."

She watched as Shirou got situated in the Firebird and Law continue to drink rum.  The vampire flinched slightly, but herded Mia back into the car, got the not-girl buckled in, and began to move back into traffic.

"Bugger it, I'm just gonna floor it and hope he keeps up," Forest said, cranking up the Dio, putting her foot on the clutch and shifting into gear to speed into the night.

Saber

Saber was familiar enough with her Rin to know when she was trying to hide something, mostly her emotions.  It didn't surprise her that Rin missed Archer.  Saber thought about the Archer from her realm constantly, and how the fact her closest friend and confidant was once a version of her Master.

"We shall see," the blond said with a slight smile.

The Fanged Foursome

Buffy rolled her eyes at the vampire's statement about being "God's monsters."

"Look we're demons.  Demons took up shop in our dead bodies and have our personalities and memories.  We're not God's Monsters," the blond said, rolling her eyes.

Angelus tilted his head and said, "God's Monster.  Bringing destruction, pain and death for a higher power.  Now I really don't like taking orders, I mean really don't like taking orders . . .  But I prefer blaspheme and defiling His name."

"Angelus was Irish Catholic and has daddy issues," Spike whispered to Deborah, "So he has to make a bit of a show of everything."

Drusilla pouted and said, "Daddy, she didn't say anything about meeting the monster who killed Grandmother."  She moved to Angelus and gripped his lapels, her dark-blue eyes unfocused.

Spike frowned and then moved to Deborah.  Buffy asked, "So, did you run into any other vamps before meeting us?"

3149
Saber returned the hug, holding Shirou close in her small arms.   She rested her head against him, the position so natural that it caught her breath.  Small fingers gripped his coat as Saber held him.

The golden haired former Servant had no idea what to do next.  She did know that she enjoyed Shirou against her like this.

He wasn't Archer- not yet, but she didn't want him to be.  She knew how much pain Archer had went through.  How it had almost broke him in the end.  She wasn't going to let Shirou go through that torment he certainly did not deserve.

3150
Forest

Forest scowled as she couldn't see anything in the car as Death as in Capital D-This-Is-The-Name-Of-A-Person Death continued talking to Law and the passenger inside his head.  She could hear glimpses of Law's panicked thoughts as well as the Driver's eager ones as Death/Ann continued acting in a way that would have made Wynn shake her head in disgust.  Shirou was wrangling Mia, but Forest understood all too well that No Meant No.

She was about to shatter the windshield when Ann strolled out leaving a trail of rot and decay behind her.  A chill ran through Forest as Shirou gave Mia a hug.  Then he approached Law while the stalled traffic kept honking at them to move.  Forest stepped forward and shouted, "Go around you insufferable twits."

Then she headed back to where Law was and asked, "Are you okay?"

The smell of terror and his arousal was thick in the car.  She flashed him a sympathetic grin and asked, "Do you need an adult?"

Saber

She smiled at Grendel and said, "Officer Riggs would be more than happy to help you."

One of the uniformed officers shouted, "Aww Saber, fuck you."  Then he laughed and Saber turned to Rin.

She nodded and said, "She is an acquaintance of mine and one of the protectors of Nexus City.  I will warn you she may appear . . . stressed and any sarcasm or snide remarks are not directed at you.  That is just how she deals with things.  Reminiscent of Archer, but less abrasive at first."

The Fanged Foursome

"Oh she's a nerd then," Buffy said with a snort, instantly turning away.

Angelus smirked and replied, "Come on now Buff.  It's always good to learn new things."

"Not if its boring," she said with a grin.

Spike lit another cigarette and asked, "So love, what are you researching?  Doing some field work and whatnot."

"She met her," Drusilla said, her blue eyes growing wide and unseeing.  "Grandmother's murderer.  She met her.  Thinks she's delusional and insane."

Dru then laughed, her gaze clearing as she met Deborah's eyes.  "Dearie, you have no idea what delusional and insane is."
