I follow the political philosophy of fictional character Victor Von Doom. If people can fucking list Jedi as practiced religion I can follow fictional politics.

Perhaps, but it doesn't really answer the question without you categorising what, exactly, that philosophy is. Further, what makes sense in a fictional utopia doesn't necessarily make sense in reality. You can make just about any political philosophy desirable if you are allowed to ignore the flaws....

I'm pretty sure Doom used mind control on the whole world to eliminate free will so he could create a utopia.

No Umbra, he didn't. He has been shown to be world ruler in seven different continuities. None of which used mind control. While Doom is a villain the citizens of Laveria love the guy, with great reason. Unbelievable health care, everyone has a job, house, food and the right to anything but steal, kill or piss on doom's porch.
