Archer

Archer was about to make a sarcastic reply about Tohsaka Rin being "sweet", even though she actually was, when he noticed Amanda trailing off.

Smooth.  Just because she resembles Tohsaka doesn't mean she is Tohsaka.  There are differences.  Multiple differences, Archer told himself.  Tohsaka had been slight and petite, Amanda was taller and definitely much more voluptuous.

"Like you said last night, I apparently go through the most complicated process to do what I do.  At this point though, it's like second nature," Archer said, "It also helps me be one hell of a repairman."

He looked at the menu with a frown and stroked his chin.  "Looks pretty standard if overpriced.  Any recommendations?  I know I'll want coffee at least," Archer said.

Eleanor

"I would not be averse to teaching you, but it is far from a simple thing to learn. All things of power require sacrifice. Sometimes you will pay the price, sometimes others will in your place. But there is always a debt to be fulfilled." She had to refill her pipe again. So Eleanor did, and the scent of it begsn to grow especially intoxicating on its own.

Lugh

He cocked his head. "Prey must run with a purpose. They will never escape if they try to make distance. Without a destination in mind they'll surely be caught. Do you want to be caught?"

Lugh ran up cars along the way, crushing windshields and denting roofs as he kept pace with the two.

Amanda

"Ohhhh..."

Her eyes windened for a fraction as she took a deep breath.

"Does tha mean you can fix my broken heart?"

.....

....

"You'll want these bagels, and these biscuits and that cake, and one of their omelettes." She continued as if nothing had happened.

Archer

"Does that mean you can fix my broken heart?"

Archer blinked at Amanda's words before she started making suggestions from the menu.

"I'll take that bagel and that omelette, it sounds like it has a decent enough balance of food and isn't just pure sugar," Archer said before eying her.

"I'm not the sort of person you want to help heal your emotional wounds with," he said in a quiet voice.

Because I'm all sorts of fucked up myself.  Where do you want to start?  The fire, everything started with that goddamn fire.

Sakura

"Ahaha!" Sakura laughed in joy as the three worked together to destroy the horrible abomination.

She felt alive! This was fun!

"Firey dance, Wormy!" She exclaimed. Wormy began to do an exotic dance, bounching from side to side, up and down, waving her white hot wings and shedding her scales, sending them flying over a massive area around the "door."

And with that, everything caught on fire. Transformed into a hellscape, the area burned with the firery embrace of justice.

Magnificent Tower

The creature thrashed and rolled as if to try to put out the fire, but the ground would not yield to its massive bulk. It could not kick up enough dirt to smother the flames and shield itself from the head, and it was starting to pull inward to escape it. Soon it was encased in a slowly cooking shell of metal which was all lumpy and sloshing about.

It was doomed.

Amanda

"Geez You don't have to be so serious, it was just a joke, you're seriously way to easy to tease." She waved her hand if to dispell any seriousness to the situation.

"I took you here so you could relax and we could get to know each other you know? Kinda hard to do that if you're sulking over something or the other in the past hehe... Tha past is in the past, it's not gonna harm you... Unless they send a hitman after you, then forget what I said."

She had been known to overwhelm people when she got started.

"Also what's wrong with sugar? It's how I maintain my perfect body!" She shoot up from her chair suddenly, right foot coming to rest on said chair as her skirt slid up and showed all of her stocking clad thighs. "You're just jealous, admit it!"

She was pointing right at him.

Hannah

"A price? I suppose it depends on what the price is." Hannah knew better than to accept deals without clear terms. Her mother had taught her as much as she could out of experience on that point just in case Hannah's father tried to pull a fast one on her. Speaking of fast ones, what was Lighthart doing?

She took a step toward her familiar, hands on her hips and frowning. "And just where do you think you're going, hmm?"

Archer

"I'm not sulking," Archer said with a slight pout, "And you're hard to read."

Then she extended her leg on the chair, revealing her perfect, stocking clad thigh.  Her skirt slid up teasingly, giving him a look at forbidden territory.  He couldn't look away.

He pointed at her and said, "I do push ups and sit ups first thing every morning.  Not all of us can be lazy and get a 'perfect body'.  Some of us work for it."

Sakura

Wormy sent some more flames at it, just to be safe, but the battle seemed to be won. Sakura floated down to the ground and looked over the charred mess. "So, I guess we should go up the stairs now?" She asked Ananta with an inquisitive look.

Lighthart

Tch.

The paladin tilted her head and raised her hand to the side casually, but did not deign to face her vassal. How infuriating, a being as radiant as her could scarcely allow herself a moment of privacy. Why now? This was hardly the time for such a thing...

"This conversation has frown dull on my palate, and  this stench most unpleasant. I grow bored. Surely you have better things to do than pester me. Shall I be off?" She answered calmly, but most shocking was how something seemed to seep from her body, far different than the usually blinding aura. Could this be... steam? But why?

Lucy

They descended, as mighty as their ascent had been it was naught compared to the wrath of their coming. The bastion of faith shattered to the heinous invasion of this most sacred place, the place were the blood of the innocent would flow free, such was its fate now.

Lucy held on to her deadly knight with all the grace required of her, his words were not necessary, they were gonna see this through no matter what.

"I leave the setup in your blooded hands then my beastly companion. Ravage to your hearts content, paint the walls red and make them suffer for their foolishness for as long as their wretched frames will permit, but leave the altar intact." Those were the only words she uttered, the words that would set the demon loose on the house of the Lord.

Jalut the True

The giant scratched the back of his horn and pointed at the altar sheepishly. "Ah, this little thing? Alright then..." Humans had certainly grown lazy and dull when it came to worship. Of course, it was just as expected of such a low race with a lack of imagination as them.

Truly they were no better than cattle, talking and screaming cattle that could sometimes be played with. And speaking of playing-

This place had certainly grown quiet, and the smell of fear was almost saddening. He took steps before the central figure in heavy garbs, wearing ornate clothes that made him stand out as the leader. The giant loomed over it with a bloodcrdling smile.

"Sorry, didn't mean to interrupt. Please keep going, the least I can do is send you all off with a prayer." Hahahahah! That was a good one, yeah, as if. Though it might be nice to have an angel show up if it meant ripping it to pieces right in their faces. His clawed armored finger poked the man's hat. "You look a bit pale friend. Have you forgotten your lines?"

"Lazy! Lazy!?? I'll show you lazy! I worked my butt off to get this why thank you. And every morning? I sure can't see it under all those clothes."

And why was he looking so funny at her? Was there something oh.... Now she got it. Glee, that was what she felt as she looked back at him.

"Seeing something you like Archer?"

Lucy

The fallen angel nodded cheerfully, wearing a benevolent smile as she embraced the finality of what was to happen, the beginning in the end and the end of the beginning, like a snake coiling around itself. A heartfelt pat was given to her steed's back, imbued with her sincere gratitude and love. Yes imbued with her essence, a tiny sliver of it. Yet even the smallest grains of the smallest grains would amount to more than a hundred and one of these measly souls, a finer meal would not be had anywhere that wasn't here or there.

She leapt of her beastly companion and ascended to the altar, the mass of human rabble did not concern her, no it would be beneath the actor to be worried about the audience during their grand performance, only the love for the craft could be heard or seen. Up and down, left in right and out through again, she took her destined place by a mere circumstance, sat down on the alter with her legs crossed, like those monks from a foreign land.

The gates of he'll opened, with the beat of a metaphorical drum her eyelids slid up revealing the crimson endless pits of despair, and the bells rang. A choir could be heard, angelic muses playing a dreadful requiem into the heart of their souls.

Dahlia

"Did you have somewhere in mind?" she couldn't help but ask him at that impressive display by her side. "I'm not very familiar with the area! I just got here!"

She noticed the bounty hunter playing around still back behind her and sighed. "One moment, shorty." And then swerved left and killed the throttle. She'd let her pursuer get ahead of her while using a passing bus as cover for the tactic. Once she got behind her Dahlia would try to shoot the back tire out with her trusty Magma Hammer.

Archer

"Well, I suppose I'm just a bit more modest than you are," he replied.  His eyes narrowed slightly at her and his grin became lopsided. "And I don't work on my physical form for just mere looks, I do it for function and my own health as well."

At her next question, he shrugged and said, "Perhaps, but pretty packages can be very misleading."
