She turned to look at him with a startled look. She was a bit shocked that he wasn't doing anything.

"Don't you check for traps and ambushes when you come home?"

"Not really.  If someone's going to attack me in my house, then that's their mistake," Emiya said with a shrug.

Then he called out, "Tohsaka, come here buddy."  Then, his cheeks flushing red, he proceeded to make a couple of kissing noises.

The cat bounded towards him and rubbed against his legs.  "And if something was wrong, my little buddy would have already been waiting for me," he said as he petted the cat.

Tsumiko

Tsumiko gave him a baffled look, as if what he'd said was utterly alien and deeply disturbing to her.

"Ummm, okay... I guess..."

Emiya

Emiya lifted the black cat into his arms and automatically Tohsaka started nuzzling his human while purring loudly.

"If I spent all my time worrying about what's trying to kill me from the shadows I'd get nothing done," Emiya said with a shrug.

Tohsaka made a chortling sound before kneading his claws against Emiya's shoulder.

Emiya lifted the black cat into his arms and automatically Tohsaka started nuzzling his human while purring loudly.

"If I spent all my time worrying about what's trying to kill me from the shadows I'd get nothing done," Emiya said with a shrug.

Tohsaka made a chortling sound before kneading his claws against Emiya's shoulder.

Tsumiko

Tsumiko's shadow suddenly shot out, sliding up Archer's shoulder and right underneath the cat's claws, extracting him from Archer's shoulder and picking him up, pulling him to Tsumiko's arms. "And I don't get clawed by cats, Archer~"

She sounded very Rin in that moment.

Emiya

"You know that's a sign of contentment right.  He's kneading his spot to get comfortable," Emiya said with a frown as Tsumiko took his cat away from him.

Tsumiko made some adorable feline noise before kneading the pads of his paws into Tsumiko's ample breasts.

Tsumiko giggled, holding the cat in between her mounds, letting him play with them. "I learn something new every day, don't I?"

Emiya

"Well, if he shows you his belly don't scratch it.  When cats do that it's apparently not a sign that they want their belly petted, but that they trust you and are exposing themselves to you," Emiya said.

He was sort of proud of his random cat knowledge.

"I'll show you where his litter box is later," he said with a smirk, "Because now I'm not the only one who gets to clean it."

"Well, if he shows you his belly don't scratch it.  When cats do that it's apparently not a sign that they want their belly petted, but that they trust you and are exposing themselves to you," Emiya said.

He was sort of proud of his random cat knowledge.

"I can just dump it into the imaginary abyss, right?" Tsumiko asked, stroking the cat's head affectionately. She raised her eyebrow, feeling smart about her solution.

Emiya

He frowned and asked, "Does the Imaginary Abyss go anywhere?  I mean, you put stuff in and it has to come out somewhere.  Or does it just go to this void that will now be filled with cat waste and litter for eternity?"

He pointed and said, "Well, you have to refresh the box with new litter.  Even though he's fixed, he will go outside of the box if it isn't to his liking."

He frowned and asked, "Does the Imaginary Abyss go anywhere?  I mean, you put stuff in and it has to come out somewhere.  Or does it just go to this void that will now be filled with cat waste and litter for eternity?"

"It'll probably be like dumping cat litter into the eternal void, haha." She smiled at him. "That's easy, isn't it?"

She kissed Tohsaka on the head. "Good kitty."

In his minds eye, Emiya saw endless lumps of cat litter and feces falling in a black and violet void.  He shook his head at the mental image and rubbed his forehead.  "Well, at least I'll save money on trash collecting," he quietly said to himself.

He then looked at Tsumiko and asked, "What all can you throw in that void anyway?"

He reasoned he'd still recycle scrap because that did pay, but all the other odds and ends that he paid for trash collection for could easily be taken out by the endless void.

"I can put anything in there." She answered frankly, squatting down towards the floor, into her comfortable position. She looked up at Archer and smiled weakly. "So, um, where's my room? I want to um, see where I'll be staying..."

Emiya

The white haired man nodded and said, "Of course. I'll show you around the rest of the shop as well.  You're already aware of the kitchen."

He then gestured up stairs.  "Now, right now it's not much, but we could get some things to make it yours when we go shopping."

As he had said, the guest room wasn't "much".  It was clean and neat with a desk pushed against the wall with a practical but comfortable looking chair.  There was a twin bed pushed against the other wall, making use of all the space as much as possible.  There was a decent sized closet as well, big enough for her to walk in.

"Aaaahhhh!" Tsumiko's eyes seemed to be glowing as she took the sight in. The girl began shaking, giggling. She jumped towards the bed, catapulting herself on it like a certain Einzbern girl.

"This all is really mine!?!"
