Tsumiko looked at him with a very bitter, wavering smile on her face. "Hehehe, so that's what normal people worry about? My body's constantly changing in little ways I can't control. Worrying about stuff like scarring sounds like a dream.

There, I got something, he thought with an inward smirk before he smoothed his shirt back into place.

"Changing how?" he asked.

[SINIB]

Tsumiko

"I don't want to talk about that! Gross!" She shuddered, holding the pillow tight. "You wouldn't get it. It just happens, like breathing, depending on my mood."

[Elf]

Emiya

"Does it hurt when it happens?" Emiya asked.

He flexed his hand and said, "I mean, sometimes swords pop out of my body if I'm not careful."

[SINIB]

Tsumiko

"Not so much. Unless it's a serious injury."

[Elf]

Emiya

Great, her power actively hurts her too?  Of course it does, it's three very different types of origins and elements conflicting with each other.  Sure, Rin's would be the easiest to get along with because she's an Average One, but "Sword" and "Imaginary Numbers" aren't made to mix and match."

Emiya asked, "So, your magecraft actually hurts you sometimes?"

[SINIB]

Tsumiko

"You just said yours does too! Why are you getting upset, it's the same! The swords coming out of me and whatbot."

[Elf]

Emiya

"Well, it doesn't really happen anymore.  I've learned to control it," he said with a wry grin as he rubbed the back of his neck.

[SINIB]

Tsumiko

"It's! The! Same!" She insisted. "You can't take my magic away from me."

[Elf]

Emiya

"I don't want to take your magic away.  I want to make sure that you can use it without you hurting yourself or needlessly hurting others," Emiya said with a frown at her.

"I want to teach you control, I guess."

[SINIB]

Tsumiko

"Pah. It doesn't bother me."

She suddenly jumped up, standing on the bed.

"Will you get me a teddy?"

She completely changed the subject, staring at Archer intently.

Emiya

Emiya blinked at Tsumiko's sudden change in topic.

He smirked, folded his arms across his chest, and said, "Honestly, I could make you a better stuffed animal than you could buy in a store."

Then he frowned and asked, "You mean teddy bear right?  Not illicit lingerie."

[SINIB]

Tsumiko

She shook her head. "I don't know what that is, but I want to go to a toy store."

She squatted down back on the matress, staring Archer in the eyes, unblinking, expectantly.

[Elf]

Emiya

His grey eyes blinked as Tsumiko looked him unblinkingly as she made her request.

Ilya liked toy stores, and so does Nursery.  Jack just likes knives, he thought. 

"Of course we can go to a toy store.  When we go shopping, just let me know what sort of store you want to go to and we'll go," he said with a smile.

"Yay!" She exclaimed. "For real?"
