Yusho

His eye flickered between the colorful girl - vampire - and her undead entourage. While his eyebrows arched sharply, he clasped Roman's shoulder decisively and answered.

"I'm a guest. Roman is the Vampire King's convertee, but be gentle with him, he's still green." He pointed a finger at the zombies. "Excuse my ignorance. What happened to them?"

Sakura

Sakura readied herself, and nodded with a chuckle. "I doubt she'll mind us having a little fight, as long as we don't destroy anything. If she gets mad, I'll take responsibility myself!"

Her magic circuits began to glow, green lines glowing along the entire length of her legs through her clothes. "Don't hold back!"

Nika

Curious. There must have been something to the glow, and she planned to rather mercilessly test that. A front kick delivered to the knee. In a sudden, jarring motion, she cleared the distance in a blink of an eye, her kick carrying a power of the lifeforce coursing in her veins. Simple, pragmatic tactic to throw the opponent off balance and maybe shatter her knee for a time too. She would recover anyway.

Sakura

She was fast. Faster and stronger than her. Sakura intuited that immediately, and without a second to spar, squatted down a tad to change her stance, leaving the kick to glance against her thigh instead. She'd had plenty of experience fighting opponents whom were more powerful and skilled than her in her fights with the servants.

She gritted her teeth and kept her guard up with one hand, rushing in to force herself within Nika's guard in her moment of extension.

Nike

This proved the girl wasn't a small fry (for a vampire) to be taken out with with a single, decisive opening move. She would've rejoiced more in the fact this was getting more interesting if not for the fact there was no place in pankration for anything inefficient like this. Passionate she was about her martial arts, but also pragmatic to the core.

And hence, she applied another favored methodology of hers. Moving around in a broken rhythm around her opponent, trying to confuse the younger vampire, then moving in for an opening and tackling her to the ground. First, she would prevent Sakura from closing in by stepping back in a flash. The elder would noticeably slow down compared to her previous burst of speed, relying on her inherent agility and skill. Conserving strength was important.

Forest

Forest tilted her head at Taro and took a step back from him. 

Kicking a ball was different than kicking someone in a fight.  She eyed him and asked, "You're not going to get pissed at me if I accidentally put you through a wall, are you?"

Taro

The second she took a step back, he rolled back in between her legs.  Taro then tilted his head and said, "Would you be mad if I punched you in the face while sparring?  Kick me as hard as you can!  I'm a vampire remember?  No matter what you do, i'll regenerate!  Besides, I want to feel the sensation of football."

Roman

The horde came rushing to him.  He still didn't know what to do.  A fist came forward on instinct, but the open jaws of the horde stopped just short of biting that hand off.  The massive horde split further down and Roman could make out some pink hair.  No he definitely knew who that was, but he was too shaken to fully process it.  Step by step she drew closer.  Was she friend for foe?  Those thoughts filled his brain.  Roman stepped back and took a deep breath before...

"Ah!" he shouted, registering the girl just as she appeared before him.

Roman's eyes widened and his entire body began shaking down to its very core.  This fear, it wasn't of the zombies or even she herself.  One could argue it wasn't even fear, yet it grasped him just as tightly.  The widened eyes drank the cleavage like a dessert wanderer drinks water after a week at the brink.  Her form was positively supple and slender, yet those red eyes hinted at a bit of danger.  Roman fell to his knees instantly and groaned in utter defeat.

Damn it!  I've jacked off to her too many times!  Its the idol who has crossed the 3D and 2D domain and lived to tell the tale, EMILIA.

"I said hold it."

The horde of drooling beasts backed up further, cowed by her commanding presence over them, even so she didn't turn her attention away from the guests. "These poor things you mean? They're what remains of those so foolish to sneak into her majesty's castle. I try taking them out for walks sometimes but since Val has decreed they're not to leave the grounds, this is all I can do..."

She blinked as the cute new fledgling collapsed right in front of her. "Hey there...." She crouched down and offered him a hand. "It's alright, although guys don't usually react like this when they see me, they're usually way more excited."

The fist he had hidden behind his back tightened until the nails were digging into his palm. The pitiful sight sent an entirely different burn through his limbs, and he was certain that if it reached his expression it wouldn't be seen kindly.

"Some people have more kinks to work out than others, so give him a minute, miss," Yusho said. By now, Roman had seen enough of the Dragon-Blooded to recognize the lack of inflection in his tone for the unimpressed appraisal it was. It couldn't be judgement, because that required it be important enough to judge.

Do you normally greet people with the undead?! he wanted to say.  Alas, he could only think it really really hard at her.

"I am excited," he said, taking her delicate hand.  He couldn't help but notice how soft and warm her hand was.  It was about as dainty and cute as it looked in pictures.  "Its hard not to be with all the uhh... zombies."

Shit was that racist?

Just now registering his master's words, he turned to him, glared and shook his head.  It was silent speech, with him trying to articulate the message.  Shut the hell up.  Your making me look bad in front of the waifu!

[Bern]

Emilia

"Actually I think it's cute, beardie.... He's trying really hard to impress me  and why wouldn't he? It's not every day one of my super hardcore fans get to talk with Magical Emilia!" She spun aroundaand bowed as she introduced. "And these fellas here are Ghouls and they don't greet guests, they eat intruders. You just had the misfortune of coming here withiut being keyed in. Really what is Val thinking?..."

There was a lot she could tell from how he was acting, her sharpened senses picked up every minute detail and even the rise and fall of his heartbeat but why would the king turn him though? He'd been a regular human before he got turned that much she could tell, her red eyed trailed over his form to look for whatever secret lay behind it.

"Valerie must have seen something special in you." Yeah like what? The size of his equipment? He doesn't even act like a stud...is her majesty hoping to train him? Either way he'd make for a cute plaything.

Sakura kept her guard up, her eyes now easily keeping up with Nika's strange movements-in the back of her head, she marveled at how superior her senses were compared to when she'd been a human. She continued pressing forwards, rushing in with her now even-levels of speed.

Was she getting rusty after that nap or her opponent was adjusting that well to her confusing tactic? If obviously broken pattern wouldn't confuse her, then a slightest feint to set up a takedown would work into Nika's advantage. Very fast opponent usually reacted to such false openings rather than something more prolonged and elaborate.

A jab feint to set up a leg takedown, the takedown delivered as fast and strong as possible if Sakura fell for this. She'd be in position to leverage her grappling skills if that worked out. Not easy way to defeat the opponent, but she felt confident about such contest of strength. After all, it was very hard to take her to the ground herself in retaliation.

Sakura took the bait, rushing right into the opening to take advantage of the feint. While she was experienced at fighting, and had plenty of practice with her sister, she'd never fought a master such as this, one whom still retained all their mental faculties, and without using magic.

Nika

And now it was her chance to do the takedown. She did know that leg trips were illegal in the modern 'Graeco-Roman' wrestling, but she scoffed at such notion. In her days, much more things were permissible to athletes, and she didn't shy from what some people with skewed sensibilities would tell her not do. So a leg trip it was. Pouring all her speed, strength and soul she kicked at Sakura's leg to destabilize her footing and engage in a grappling contest, rushing in a follow up move to grab her and wrestle her to the ground. This wasn't yet a victory, that's for sure, but she edged closer to the resolution. Who prevailed now would depend on what they were best at, everything else merely trials and prelude leading up to the essence of the sparing. The question now was:

Would you be a mere hill or another mountain to climb?

Forest

"You're so bloody odd sometimes," Forest chuckled.

Then she took a step back and stepped out of her high heels.  She swept her right leg back and gave the Taro ball a mighty kick.

The poor guys who work in city hall.

City hall was a surprisingly boring place.  Halls lined with gothic décor with a slight hint of torture chamber.  Lavish ceiling lights lit the empty corridors.  There was a nice echo that carried the voices of whomever were inside, yet walls so thick that no one beyond the halls would ever hear.  The sound of two dress shoes hitting the floor echoed through these empty halls.

"So a girl slipped in earlier right?  She was fast enough to rush past the guard," one man said.  He was tall with a beard and brown eyes.

"I heard it was a secretary fetish girl," the other guy said.  He was much shorter but stockier, built like a tank.  Blue eyes stared back through glasses while he rubbed his hairless chin.

"Why was she so strong then?" the bearded man said.

"Well rumor is Taro gets bored of the weaker sex workers.  Its no secret that he gets his rocks off to warrior girls," the shorter guy said with a shrug.

"So what he just brings girls in there and fucks them?  Why not just get a prostitute from Elizebeth's domain or something?"

"Guess he likes to seduce them himself."

"Who the hell would get with a weirdo like him?"

"I think the better question is, what are they doing in there."

The second Forest's foot struck Taro's back, he yelled, "WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"  The body of the probably proud vamperic counsel member soared through the air, crashing into the wall with an explosion like thud, Taro's globe like head poking out to greet the two men.  Blood trickled down his neck, coloring his collared shirt with red.  "I AM FOOOOTUBALLU!"

The two men stared at the man, offering only a collective blink.
