VanguardAs soon as Seras burst from the ground, Vanguard let himself be carried by her weight. No, he wasn't doing just that, but adding more power in her direction to send himself flying back. At the same time, he grappled her. Now both of them were sent flying, their destination being a great fountain on the first floor.
Holding her hair and her waist as tightly as he could manage, he shifted his weight once more, using his strength and his massive size to direct the fall and make her head cushion the fall.
Tohuw Balagan
Very well, master.
Her wires continued to whirl, but they didn't move to attack Towuh. Instead, she began to speak.
"Well then, explain yourself! Explain everything, or else…well, bad things might just end up happening."
How was that? she asked him.
To that, Tohuw smiled.
Perfect."Okay. So, me and my friend there were attacked by this weird black thing earlier. I almost died back there, but thanks to my amazing mental toughness and unparalleled skills, I managed to survive. Then, I found myself in a hospital, all patched up! So I escaped and went looking for Meddy all over the city. Honestly, I thought she was dead for a second... But then, I found this weird guy with a white top hat. He was really damn suspicious, talking about trying to deal with me to bring her back. Of course I refused dammit, what kind of dumbass would sell his soul for something like that? I was going to find Meddy myself and that is it! Besides, there's no way Meddy would have been happy with me doing that. No, that would only make her suffer more. To do something like that would be cruel, selfish! I simply couldn't, and good riddance. I told him to screw himself a good screw up his arse and left. Thing is, I had forgotten but I had lent her one of my familiars earlier today. Even if he died, there were races of my magic in her. It wasn't very hard to find her by following the tracks, the explosions and all that yelling kinda helped too. As for the wards, I simply sneaked by when you and that lovely lady walked in."
Then, he lowered his head apologetically, his look turning into the one of a sorry puppy then, he bowed deeply.
"I'm really sorry for intruding, but I really wanted to see her again. I should have told you guys sooner, I know its probably suspicious, but I'm no thief. I just wanted to make sure she really was alive. So... thank you. Thank you for saving her. I am in your debts." He said, sounding like he was on the verge of tears.
Then, he wiped his eyes and looked at both with a hopeful smile, altough his body and voice were still shaking.

The Saint
And all around the city, in four separate points, brilliant pillars of light broke the sky. They raised high, each pillar taking the form of an elegant spiral before it straightened into a solid beam. The light pierced the clouds, and the clouds were pushed away, making the sky clear.
The pillars reached the heavens and their light made the sky bright. Not the black of night, not the blue of day, not the colors of the setting or rising sun.
No, a blanket of pure white spread though the sky, a perfectly pure white, and a white in which all is harmonious, all is equal, and all is true.
Then the pillars began to narrow, becoming brilliant rays, while giant spheres of light formed in the sky high above their origin point, the ray passing though the center.
Like four suns they sat in the sky, brilliant and incandescent.
Bright and almighty.
It reached far, from the police stations, to various homes from the most beautiful old houses to the modern apartment. It fell upon streets, it fell upon people.
Some of those ‘people’ began to wince, feeling pain. Some of them simply looked on in wonder. Far and wide this is what occurred. But yet it could still not reach the entirety of the Nexus.
Suddenly, the man who stood before Irisviel now trembled, his body visibly strained. His breathing became hard, his vision blurry. He looked like he was about to fall over and faint. He suddenly felt a deep nausea, his head throbbing with pain and piercing his being whole.
And for even the smallest instant, his face showed true fear. But it was not Lorenzo who was afraid, but Tohuw Balagan. However, that fear quickly gave in to anger, indignation and loathing. Who, who dared to do this! Who dared to sully him, to sully his city in such a manner! Unforgivable, unacceptable, he would not let this go unpunished.
"Hey, is this your doing?" He trembled, his voice hesitant and shaky, throbbing with pain. "I-I'm sorry. Okay? Just don't hurt...aahaaahAARGH!"
And then, he crouched for a moment, trying to clutch desperately at his head, as if to keep something from bursting out.
