Rider and Shirou
Rider looked on sadly as Sakura cried in her lover's arms. The disturbing sight tugged hard on her heart-strings, she hated seeing her beloved master upset like this. If anybody other than Shirou had done this, she'd have killed him on the spot. If she was feeling unusually merciful. And back during the Grail War, even Shirou wouldn't have been spared for such a grave transgression.
As it was, though, Rider felt deeply conflicted. Upsetting Sakura in the way he had would normally be unforgivable in her eyes, however…this was Shirou. And not just any Shirou either, she was nearly certain that this was her Shirou. He had, after all claimed he was here to find Rider, so either it was the Shirou she knew and considered a very good friend, or it was a huge and extremely unlikely co-incidence and there was another version of her out there somewhere.
Rider continued to watch with concern as Shirou guided the still-shaking Sakura up the stairs and out of the room, hoping her master would be OK. Part of her wanted to follow them, but she knew that Shirou could do a far better job of comforting Sakura than she could. She was Sakura's close friend and protector, but emotional support was far more Shirou's job than hers. She was sure that Sakura would be just fine.
Once they had left, Shirou addressed Rin, still in tears. Rider watched them talk to each other, her eyes occasionally drifting to get a glance at Rin's shapely legs, sighing in relief when Rin, who had seemed about to punch him, forgave him for his mistake.
"It can't be helped”, she said. “I guess Emiya Shirou's always an idiot no matter what the reality. Come on, I'm freezing and this room makes me want to punch someone."
Rider could understand Rin's sentiment. Honestly, this room gave her the creeps as well, even with Faust's makeover. Shirou, however, had no idea what she was talking about.
Then, Rin turned to address Rider.
"Can you show him to the kitchen while I get dressed?" she said.
Shirou, however, was the one who replied first.
“Eh? What do you mean, this room gives you the creeps?” he asked, confused.
“Do you think Sakura is hungry? It is around dinner time, right? I'll make her a delicious meal to make up for my mistake”, he added with great enthusiasm.
Shirou was unsure why exactly Rin wanted Rider to show him to the kitchen, but making a meal for Sakura would definitely help him make up for upsetting her.
Rider, meanwhile, was trying to keep herself from gazing at Rin's towel-clad form or, at least, doing so in an obvious manner, instead furtively stealing a quick glance every once in a while.
“Of course, Rin. Is there a reason you me to take him there in particular, though?” she asked, concentrating on keeping eye contact with the extremely attractive twin-tailed young woman.
