Noire

"I'm not sure, it looks fine, but you can't tell a game by its cover though, and more importantly—" Noire said, pointing at the corner of the box. "It's a single-player game. We're looking for some nice multiplayer ones. If the console doesn't have any we'll probably have to go with one of the ripoff consoles."

Noire picked up some game called Mario Party. "Hmmm, do you like party games, Lucy?"

She strokes her chin for a bit in an almost sagely manner as she considered the question. "Well, I do like parties. And I do like games. So party games should be perfect! But if we're getting that one then should we get this one too?"

It read Mario Kart.

She paid no heed to the compliment, and followed the woman's steps with frenzied haste. Her lips quirked upwards as Julius took aim and dared through the path of the fire to keep up with their adversary. She wasn't allowing her to widen the distance between them again. If the anarchist tried to directly avoid the hail of hot lead, she was ready to lunge through stray bullets to cut her off.

"JEez, they're ripping off Blanc now too. Do you like cart racing? It's a cart racer with mascot characters, basically. It looks super similar to Maryo, so it seems like this is also a ripoff console." Noire took ahold of it and put it into a basket with a sigh. It seemed as if she'd just accepted the fact everyone was ripping them off somehow. She then picked up another game.

"This Minecraft game looks... odd. What's up with this artstyle?" She wondered, looking at the back of the box.

"Discover a world with the freedom to do whatever you want to do. Dig down to unknown depths or build incredible structures, from humble homes to grand cityscapes. Go at it alone or bring your friends along for the ride. The only limit is your imagination." She read the blurb on the back of the box out loud before handing it to Lucy.

"Hm, does this sound appealing to you? It seems like some weird sandbox building and mining game."

She was left alone again. While she recovered from that stupid fight, there was no denying that she also particularly felt bored. Years spent as an angel that strayed from its programming really did affect. Before, she'd not be so intent on leaving the relatively safe house and venture to just do something. She was getting steadily 'soft' and not as 'perfect' assassin as she used to be. She wondered if she should just give it up even if it was the only thing she was remotely good at. Of course certain person wouldn't have that, so she wasn't exactly sure what to do in this situation. Maybe a good walk would clear her mind in the end.

She knew she sticked out like a sore thumb outside the Asian District, so she decided to wear something Western. She could easily procure something that was cheap with her Embed. She would look less anachronistic in sneakers, shorts and a T-shirt with a hoodie. She went out seemingly unarmed, but she ostensibly carried a bag long enough to 'pull out' some sword in case of emergency, or anything that could be useful. That Embed was really useful.

She walked through the city, carrying her bag (not completely empty to not attract scrutiny). The neighborhood was calm. Suspiciously calm. Until she eventually stumbled into two injured people, the woman talking about taking the other one to a doctor. She should have just ignore them, but she was bored and a completely mundane bystander maybe wouldn't callously look the other way. And cops would ask questions if any of them bled out.

"What the heck happened here, I should call for ambulance!" She perfectly feigned concern as she acted shocked about their injuries.

"I see. That is fair." He said with a nod before taking a look at his silver pocket watch. "Speaking of which, do I look agreeable for an interview? There is a pharmaceutical corporation that seems to support this city as one of its pillars. I do believe they have some unoccupied spots lately."

He wore a pristine white long coat, white leather shoes, gloves, and a blue scarf adorning his neck like a cravat, complementing his massive stature quite well. His long silver mane was clean and tied back into a ponytail, and he wore crystal clear thin eyeglasses, which he showed no restraint in lifting smugly.

Basically he looked Gucci as fuck.

Ito

Hmph. How deplorable, for a  murderer with hands as stained as him to garner the pity of not one but two women. It was so low even he couldn't help but smile. "It's alright, I'm fine. Compared to my training, this is what I'd call a walk in the park."

His metal hand held up a needle all of a sudden, and in a blur  flashed and he sunk the thin metal right next to his wound. Light gleamed on a string that stuck out the needle and circulated around him, and he slowly began to knit the wound before quickly accelerating, until all you could see would be a blur at best. Even for a trained eye, it would be difficult to figure out what he was doing, but the glowing strings quickly moving all around him like ripples made no mistake possible.

From his wounds to his bones to his blood vessels, he was stitching all damage away with unbelievable speed, completely closing the damage in a matter of seconds with speed and skill that put a spider's waltz to shame. It was only reattaching and stitching what had been severed and broken, but even something like this would make a massive difference.

Waving his arm to the side one final time, needle in hand and string cut off to mark the end of the assassin's performance.

"I should be fully healed in a week with proper self treatment. But thank you for the concern." He opened and closed his arm of flesh and smiled before rising up, only to turn to Medaka and bow respectfully. "It was a magnificent bout, thank you."

Mordred

"Do I look like a meek person?" The Changeling asked. She reached to touch Oren's buttocks and leaned towards her, whispering. "Wanna do it here or elsewhere? We can always lock ourselves in that cabin. But if you want to sneak out to some cosy apartment, then I think I know a place or two."

Medaka

Refusing her help, Ito began stiching his own wound with mesmerizing skill and speed, drawing Medaka's eyes to the feint glow.  "Yes, I have not had that much fun fighting in a long time."

Turning to the concerned girl, Medaka's flashed a polite smile.  "Do not worry about us.  I will be fine, as will he.  However, I am surprised you came over here.  Most ordinary civilians have steered clear of our clash."

Just as the girl charged at her, she heard the sound of her tommy gun going off.  The moment the first bullet periced her skin, her body burst into a puff of smoke.  Everything except the arm, which still stayed encased in ice, was now a cloud of smoke completely engulfing the girl.  The arm took the bullets head on, ironically buffering the arm against the very danger it was keeping it from escaping from.

The smoke began moving towards the cute blond man.  If it was not stopped, it would enter the man's mouth and gather in his lunges.  Choking the man until he passed out.

She checked out the box a bit before nodding. "Yep! I love timesinks. This sounds like a perfect one. Just give people some basic tools and something different for the aesthetic and they'll basically save you the trouble of making something interesting yourself!"

"So is that good, or should we get more?"

Mitsuba

Dang it, she got mixed up with some bunch of fighting maniacs. And she couldn't see that stunt with how she was now, too. Maybe in her true form, but not right now. She should continue her little act and absolutely give no indication that she could fight whatsoever.

"That was just accident, normally I'd just stay away. I don't know how you will recover from that, though. That guy will stitch up you too?" Just her luck, they're also not concerned about their injuries.

Medaka

Medaka tilted her head at the girl's question.  "Oh me?" she asked with a detached tone.  "Do not worry.  My body can fix itself within minutes."

Almost on cue, her injuries began to heal.  Her cuts faded in the blink of an eye and her bones began to put themselves back into place.  It wouldn't be long now before she was completely healed.  There was one big problem that came with the battle however.

The young vampire covered her mouth instinctively as she felt her fangs lengthening.  Her cheeks grew red with embarrassment.  She wished Shinobu was here.  She was hungry.

She ran into some kind of regenerator then. Mitsuba's mind continued to assess her situation and her odds as she played the role of concerned civilian. If she had to take them out, she would try to poison the man with a drink and then blow up the woman with her cannon arm. She doubted that cutting up her with a sword would work out. But it didn't seem that she was their potential target nor she gave them reasons to target them.

However, there was something going on with the woman after she regenerated from her wounds. "Uh, what's going? Do you have fever? You're all red." Did she really catch some disease on the top of those wounds? Or regeneration took a toll on her body?

There was a small pleased sound that escaped the dark haired girl's lips as she began to pinch Mordred's nipples. "Oh, and you'd leave Breeze to go look for us? That's no good, Mord. How about you take me to the cabin?"

Gojira:

Gojira looked up from her menu. "I've heard that the Swiss Mushroom was good," She answered (Wasn't exactly a lie - it was good), "Though I think I'm going to try out the Fire Breath."

Honestly, humans were onto somethign with these "Hamburgers". Though she was more used to the flesh of marine life, meat from cattle was...heartier was the correct word? Anyways, not only was beef good, the buns also made it ergonomic to eat - no need to bother with utensils, and she was able to eat it with her bare hands without getting any weird looks. The toppings were highly customizable, though she was still experimenting with them (What are peppers?).

In short, though fish were her favorite, burgers came in in a real close second.

The bartender emerged from the back. It would take roughly fifteen minutes for Angie to commute to here - an almost non-issue. Orders were beginning to back-up (Because people tend to order in groups at this kind of establshiment, and the food itself is made frsh and of higher quality than "assembly line" fast food restaurants), so even if Gojira and whoever-that-is were to immediately make an order, it would take almost as long. Not like they were actually going to make the food, anyways. Money has not exchanged hands, and, if they were going to be cast out before the food was ready, it's a waste of supplies.

However, the bartender was still nervous - as far as she knew, nobody could deal with that tailed-woman at the moment, and they would have to tread lightly until Angie arrived. She couldn't help but occasionally look at the two women at the table and looking at the clock between orders...
