Mordred

"Ah, never mind, it was just a little whim. Sorry." At least one of theories got rejected, so Mordred could feel a bit at ease. "It's just you know, quite surprising and unexpected for me that she is a shapeshifter. Speaking of cans, maybe we should finish shopping if that's enough. Is your trainer far away? We could date on the way there. Hmm, Oren won't take a human form? Seems like we can't talk otherwise."

Oren

The stag shook her head at the other blonde's question. She shook a bit and the rattling of all her groceries was plain to hear. If she changed now everything would fall right off! So she just made herself content with Breeze's scratching while waiting to see if they would help her or not.

Archer

"Ah yes computers, a miracle surpassing even Noble Phantasm, a mere servant like myself is but powerles in in the face of them." Archer went along with Sakura's teasing. He then took a quick glance at the clock and notied that he'd been lounging around enough, there was work to be done. "Well if you excuse me ladies, Liseth didn't quite take to the tea, so I was going to get her some water. See you when you've finished your chat." With that the man in red left the room.

Shinobu

Medaka pulled away from her whilr frown crossed her face for a moment, perhaps she wasn't quite enjoying her joke about minions. However she soon asked her what such a thing would entail, with her voice dominated by curiosity. Shinobu smirked at the amusement she got out of this, she might as well play along now.

"Not so much working perhaps, it would be more turning you into a vampire, where you would technically be a 'minion' as I would be your maker. You would  enjoy all the benefits of being a immortal creature...There are some downsides to it if I am perfectly honest."

Dante

The half-demon couldn't help a bemused chuckle as he refilled his glass.

"Not really," he said, "Just not used to drinking that much in one go. Shouldn't be a problem anymore."

With that, Dante proceeded to down his glass in one go once more, shooting Petra a cocky grin.

"You're up," he noted.

Medaka Kurokami

Excitement welled within the blue haired girl as Shinobu gave her brief preview of the vamperic lifestyle, or at least the one that she was offering. While she tried her best to remain composed, you could practically see the stars in her eyes. "I get to be immortal!  Hmm, all the service I could do with that."  She said with a hint of excitement, putting a finger to her chin.

Her energy dissipated as an epiphany shattered the emotion in one spike of thought.  "But then, If im not strong enough then.... No but I have Shinobu....."  She continued in that train of thought, bouncing back and forth between options.  Her ahoge bounced up and down, like a dog shifting its tail as it walks.  Then, she perked up, just now realizing that the blond was not finished.  "Wait, what are the downsides?"  She asked, clearly immersed in the idea.

Gadreel

Gadreel had undertaken unfortunate tasks such as this before. They never ended well for anyone involved; lives were risked, items were damaged at another's expense, and many would suffer the trauma of the day for years to come. He could only be grateful that this time he did not need to work alone, or even worse with some benighted devil who was once his kin, to defeat the poor soul who had brought this fate upon herself. He had Forest, with her powers to minimize the trauma and human collateral damage, and Sir Julius with his seemingly unerring sense for the unnatural. There was the burning vulpine creature who sought to erase the girl's defender, for which the exiled angel was grateful.

More personally, Gadreel was also grateful that he was not forced to turn Dainsleif upon himself, for the cursed sword would have demanded the end of his current incarnation if he had not slain another after drawing it. He had certainly done much slaying of the poor, benighted girl who had given herself to one of the Mad Gods beyond the world.

The angel shook his head, holding his hand up to refuse the apology. "No, it is easy to be drawn in by the appearance of innocence and need. Kindness is not a flaw for you to apologize for, Sir Julius."

Rikuyo

Honestly, such small attacks were not enough to put down a spirit which could go on with few holes in its body. She had to think bigger, bring up a larger gun or actually get good and learn to use her chi in more direct range way. Using guns was such a roundabout way to use it. Rikuyo still didn't join the fray, but observed with her crossed arms. Interfering right now would be anti-climactic. But if someone tried to butt in to the fight, she would make her move.

"Shooting it like in such manner won't be enough. Maybe just Change already and tear into it with yer claws and fangs. You better hurry up, adapt. That's why you're here."

Jeanne

She heeded Shirou's command and stepped out of the elevator. She turned around to look at him while beginning to walk down the hallway. "While being frugal may been seen as a virtue, having a large amount of wealth and not using it for some good is a sin in of itself." The saint told him with a serious expression on her face. "So where's the room?" She continued with a bit more of a light tone.

Shinobu

You would have to be blind to miss the excitement Medaka was showing at the prospect of becoming immortal, her eyes were practically sparkling. Most curiously it seemed like her ahoge was moving up and down on it's own, no that can't be, the vampire chalked it up to the excitement infecting her, making her see things.

"The downsides, oh yes getting to that part........You will have to sustain yourself on blood. Thankfully I am capable of eating normal food as well and the same goes for those I sire, but it will not sustain you anymore. Secondly, there's the sun. At best it will be uncomfortable, at worst it will burn you to ash. It would depend on your healing factor and any other things that may affect you."

Shinobu took a step closer to the blue haired girl, her golden eyes staring intensely into Medaka's as she grabbed the girl's head with her hands. "You would be able to perform that technique you did earlier against me without destroying yourself, that I am certain off. Speaking off that, you are not a normal human are you?"

Annabeth

The Hunter found herself sent flying past thanks to her own momentum, reloading Elephant Gun as a matter of course, but she caught a glimpse of the spirit reforming itself soon afterwards.

Wait what? ...fuck, I really should've seen that coming from something literally made of aura.

Unsure of how she would land, the Hunter went into Ken, her aura shielding her whole body as she waited for the inevitable impact. It wasn't long in coming, Annabeth crashing into a tree with enough force that she could hear the wood groaning under the impact. Allowing a groan at the pain of the impact, Annabeth caught herself on the way down on a tree branch, frowning as she saw Ron manage to slow the thing down for a bit, tearing another hole in it before it managed to escape, continuing to chase her.

For the first time in a fair bit, the Hunter found herself starting to grow a little irritated with their prey. Of course, then Riku had to chip in too. Annabeth clenched a fist, though whether in preparation for her prey or out of frustration she wasn't sure, gritting her teeth as she pulled out the Bowie Knife with her other hand.

And now this bitch thinks I'm an Emitter or something. ...then again, it probably works differently wherever she's from...

For possibly the third time today, Annabeth found herself really wishing she could fire Elephant Gun more than once without reloading. Maybe if she had a full magazine, she could've blasted that thing more, maybe enough to get it to stay down.

With a moment's thought, the Hunter extended her aura onto her knife, covering the weapon with it as if it were merely another part of her body, focusing her remaining aura on her other fist in the meanwhile. She waited for the spirit to make its approach before lunging in to take a violent swing at it telegraphing it enough that there was no way the spirit couldn't dodge...right into her Gyo-enhanced fist.

Petra

some time later

The contest was over. And she lost. She actually resigned before she lost control over her actions, so she could still throw him out. "Ohkay, ohkay, you wonn. Now shooo." She said, not too sober. She was gonna shove him out before he insisted on staying any longer. She was intent on following him until he left the building, so he didn't squat in a basement or something like a stray cat.

For why she lost, he clearly must have had some unfair advantage. And she couldn't regenerate, so she got drunk with time as any human would. It's just that she could manage more alcohol than normal.

Auspicious Breeze

"Ah, pretty far! I think he's looking for a spot for the dojo just outside the city," Breeze said, nodding at the mention of a date. She didn't mention how weird she found it that the city was so big, 'cause nobody seemed to have an answer to that besides 'that's how cities are' and it was weird. "Oh, she can't change back if we don't help her out!"

So Breeze started taking all the groceries and stuff off of Oren's back for her.

Ron

It was good that Ron kept pinning it down as it tried to get away, or attack Anne, because it meant the swirling bundle of wind and leaves got caught right in the path of her knife. Normally, that wouldn't matter much, but the essence pouring out around it seemed to disrupt its form enough again that it shuddered and trembled.

Then a gust of air smacked Annabeth across the face, damn near dislocated her jaw, and tore lines in Ron's thick furry hide that set him to growling in outrage. He poured more essence into his body until it was a heady cocktail of adrenaline and rage, and then tackled the struggling thing with his horse-sized frame. It tore into him more.

He tore into it harder.

Annabeth was probably enough of an opportunist to finish it like that.

Medaka Kurokami

Medaka's ahoge stopped bouncing.  Her childish excitement ceased the moment she finished talking about the blood.  "I see.  I actually heal a bit faster than most so maybe I would be ok but the blood..."

Just then, Shinobu grabbed her head and stared into her eyes.  No matter how many times she looked into them, it was hard to get over how pretty they were.   "You would be able to perform that technique you did earlier against me without destroying yourself, that I am certain off. Speaking off that, you are not a normal human are you?"  She said, seeming to speak with a strange curious intensity.

In response to her comment, Medaka's eyes brows furrowed, in a gesture clearly indicating that she was pondering.  "No, I am a normal human."  She said in a matter of fact sort of tone.  Then, her eyes intensified as she gazed into Shinobu's.  "Is being a vampire hard for you?"  What was contained in her eyes was not worry or concern but something akin to empathy, a genuine desire to understand the sweet girl embedded in her gaze.

Irisviel

Eventually, Irisviel got out of the bath, dripping with the now lukewarm water, not caring it was getting all over the floor. The naked woman leaned back and stretched, continuing to ignore the argument that was happening in another room. She yawned, and wrapped a towel around herself before cracking open the door and pulling in the clothes she would be wearing.

She put then down gently on the ironing board sitting in the room and looked over them. They thankfully looked fairly normal, it was a long fancy looking black dress thing. She shrugged, and slipped on her underwear before getting into her dress.

"Hi—" Irisviel said before she yawned. "Sorry, I'm pretty exhausted."

Mordred

Oh right, she had all the stuff on her back. Not only groceries, but items made of iron and silver. That's eliminated another option. Whom she was then? At least she had excluded two most dangerous options so far.

She joined Breeze in helping her put everything down on the floor.

Rikuyo

Ha, she only needed to put more effort. Using a knife and a fist was something she could approve more. She took even a hit from the elemental. Good, maybe some pain could be one of triggers.

"Now go for it, ya have your chance." She encouraged Annie to take initiative and finish off the spirit. Maybe her first kill in the forest would bring her closer to what Rikuyo wanted her to change into.
