Dracula (2013 TV series)

A new series premiered this week on NBC in the US (and on Global here in Canada), with Jonathan Rhys Meyers (who played Henry VIII in The Tudors a few years back) in the title role.

I'm not too sure what to make of the opening episode, but I'll give it a while longer to see how it goes.

Did anyone else give the show a try?

I'd really like to, but I currently don't have cable/broadcast TV right now.

If it helps, the first ep should be live on the NBC website link above, along with a "Dracula Rising" animated prequel (which is not available on Global's site here in Canada, sadly).

Also, for those in the UK, the show will be airing on Sky Living next week. (I don't remember if that is one of the Sky channels available in Ireland, too.)
