Well Satoshi is fairly muscular, I don't know if that matters. Your bmi scale doesn't tell me anything names. Satoshi's build is similar to Spider man who weighs 180lbs.
Muscle definitely matters, yes. It weighs more than fat, in fact (so, for example, most rugby players would be obese by the standard definition, ditto bodybuilders and so on). Isn't Satoshi shorter than Spiderman, though, as well as heavier?
His mass seems less wrong than the others, but unless he is
extremely muscular it is still probably too high.

If you mean Matou Sakura, then she's about 70 pounds over her canon self (even if you account for the increased height). If you mean Tohsaka Sakura, then she's also 70 or so pounds above a "good" weight.
