Btw, I do have a suggestion. Along through the rp, it may be necessary to put in edits as characters progress. That said, you might want to make a copy of the character applications? One for the GM and the one for the players. That way the players could possibly request for edits upon your discretion.

Well, any edits that are made to a character sheet can be read by admins or moderators, and I'm pretty sure Elf also has that power in this forum. Further, the fact that a sheet has been edited is visible to everyone. So, there's no real need for Elf to handle it specially, she can just check the edits.
