...You're asking me to play my character entirely against his purpose, creation, and what he is.

He's a Sin Eater of the Advocate/Gatekeeper archtypes. He maintains the barrier between the worlds, and that means from both sides. He'll help ghosts move on if he can, but if he can't, or they're attacking people, he will show no mercy. And that means sealing or destruction. So Mike, if Rider starts attacking people, Law becomes interested because she is, for lack of a better term, a ghost.

And unless she can very, very quickly explain why she tried to murder a man just for existing, he'll seal her without question. Hell, he might just seal her even if she does explain, because she's a threat.

Honestly, Arch, that is not a problem, although there is no way you are sealing Rider (and if you insist on succeeding against my will I will ask for Elf to intervene, because you are preventing me RPing at that point). The problem is with you going out of your way to find out that she is doing it and attacking her for that, particularly when there is no way for me to reasonably respond that doesn't wreck the RP for me.

It is not a matter of "adapting to unexpected situations". How the fuck is Sakura meant to survive an attack from Gil, Karna etc.? You're putting him in a position where there is no satisfactory outcome.

Who said they would be the ones doing it?

Think like Zolgen, he not going to get the powerful entities that are hard to predict. He would recruit people like Fate, Forest, or even hell even trick Amelia to help. People he know their general actions and people that are not as difficult to track. He would also recruit Law if he learns his nature (which will probably happen cause he interested in him).

Really, think like Zolgen, he not stupid. Specialists and predicable elements are better then all powerful entities that defeat anything, cause there is no chance he can manipulate or predict them.

I think the point people are trying to make is, if Zolgen does notice that Sakura is around and that she can use Angra Mainyu's power so freely, it's odd to not expect him to seek allies to deal with her. Particularly given his backstory and knowing how out of his league he would be.

Mind you, I'm not saying anything about how that kind of situation would be resolved, and if necessary, events can be contrived so no one comes off worse for the wear.

Even so, this RP is not meant to be solely about conflict. You are basically forcing Lantz into a fight that he does not want which can only end with characters dying, without any particular IC reason to do so (sure, you can justify it with "I saw what she did", but that is an IC justification for an OOC desire, not a natural IC response to something).

Yes, you are right that characters do have to adapt and adjust to the situation, but there is a limit to that. The RP is meant to be fun, and you are attempting to force Lantz (and, incidentally, several others) into something they don't consider fun without giving them any option or any way to end it.

Vampires are a big element he wary of, especially if they organize, so he has insects watching them.

The problem is that your response wrecks the RP for multiple people, because it forces a fight that no-one wants. With something that big you should consider how it affects others as well.
