Mike. He had to make a faustian pact to even get to that power in the first place. Unless there's some other power boosting contract he can somehow take (which there is none, to my knowledge,) then it is impossible for Shirou to reach EMIYA's level even at his peak. In other words, even at his strongest, Shirou will always be weaker than EMIYA. EMIYA is as powerful as Shirou can get, and also stronger than Shirou will ever be naturally.

Actually, I think Rider is pretty sneaky (not to mention that she can turn into spirit form to gain access). I don't think a normal person would see her if she didn't want to be seen, certainly.

Plus, you seem to have a false idea of the reason I'm asking. I am not expecting her to get away with it, but what I'm not sure about is the exact method by which she would fail. I doubt it is actually as simple as "she'll be found and attacked", she was certainly sneaky enough to get into Shirou's room and have sex with him (or steal prana, at least) without being detected when Saber was in the next room, and I imagine that Forest has plenty of defences that might prevent her even getting that far (but, equally, Rider has high MR, so magical damage will likely not affect her much if at-all).

Perhaps but, even so, Rider is clearly pretty decent at stealth if Saber didn't notice her doing that. I'm pretty sure she could sneak into the house without being seen by anyone not using supernatural sensing or similar.

No, she doesn't, but she's still a heroic spirit who was meant to be watching Shirou. I can't see why any other person without special powers that allow them to detect her would do so.
