You're right but I only started that after you guys started bringing her up with me. Compared to everyone else I may tend to favor Medea more but that doesn't always mean when I bring something up it's directly because of her.

I believe Nasu also said that if she could use Argon Coin she'd go from a low tier servant to a mid tier one. Which... well, considering it summons a dragon, yeah, the dragon must not be that strong.

I've no issue whatsoever with Semiramis, the Sphinx or the fight that's going on right now though.

She either launched an EX blast or a blast that bypasses MR. She gets blasts because of her EX rank NP. The Gardens giving her EX magecraft to fire EX magic blasts is not the worst explanation I've seen. It's not like she can even do much other then spam skeletons and lasers.
