Really I call it "bailing out like a bitch" as opposed to "wise tactical retreat" because that's what it is given his attitude so far.

Editing in progress, this time I will put in everything I have yet to (with lots of notes consulting) and I will listen to questions and suggestions after it's done.
This will take a few days but I will still post in IC if my turn comes around.

On the agenda:

1. Finish adding Inherent attributes to Personae.
2. Add info on time space powers with explanation on how he has/can control them (will likely split TS manipulation lesser power into a few fixed greater powers to prevent future playability issues).
3. Add description of the dorm and it's properties (Finalize dorm attributes).
4. Add info on Minato's backstory from after his arrival in the nexus (Make a final decision on how long he has been there).
5. Add miscellaneous bits and pieces that I just forgot to put in the last two times.

I will post here once I am done so if you look and see changes, don't start in on me till I post that I'm done here.

Though I will make it clear beforehand that I am fully aware of the fact that I have given Minato abilities that he does not demonstrate in canon. This was not based on misunderstanding, and I do not claim that he can do any of these things in canon. As such, any reasoning I give for his abilities do not constitute canon or my belief of canon, they are only validations for the purpose of this RP.

In addition, some of the abilities I have given him are based on logical expansion of existing traits, others were created from attributes he possesses in canon that simply did not give him any new power before; A few I added for little reason other than that I felt like it.

So if your complaint is "He can't do this in canon" my answer is and will continue to be: "I am aware, I put it in anyway, I tried to make it make sense. Let me know if something needs better explaining."

This will be the last round so if I forget to add anything then that will be something he just won't have, and if anyone declines to comment this round, then you missed your chance. I will not be doing another edit after this round unless a GM orders me to.

I do ask again, do not start in on me till I post here that I am done, whatever you may see is not certain to be there when you finish the post to gripe about it; I am telling you this now so you don't waste your time.
