Mordred

"Eh?" what her Master said caught her by surprise. She got pretty flustered at his words, and her dignified facade dropped almost completely  "You don't know about the Holy Grail War? Did you... " the woman clad in armor could not believe something like that could have happened "summon me by chance?"
Lawrence rubbed the back of his head sheepishly with his free hand.  "I think I did." A bit of white chalk dust got into his brown hair, but he didn't really care at the moment. "Um, Mordred, is that a problem?"

"No, not at all! Of course I will win the Holy Grail War for my Master, I am Saber class Servant after all". It seemed the dignified air surrounding her when she was summoned evaporated, as she started to brag in front of her Master
"It doesn't matter if Master is completely ignorant about it, I will still crush other Servants."

She seems full of herself. Despite her obviously not understanding the entire situation. Though if someone wants to fight us in a war... The Driver's chuckles were filtered out by Lawrences own mind and voice.

"...I don't think you understand. I don't think there's a Holy Grail War going on now. At all."

Her enthusiasm though, was rather adorable. Sort of like a puppy wagging it's tail when someone told it it was a good girl.

"Huh?" Now she was lost. However, after a while Mordred went on full denial mode, trying to rationalize the situation she ended up in "Master, there is no way I could be summoned here without Grail's assistance. You have Command Spells after all" saying that she approached her Master and grabbed the arm where he had his Command Spells "See, you must have bumped head or something, and lost your memories. There must be somewhere those things your people call hospitals, they could fix you, Master!" She looked as if she was ready to have his Master treated, by force even, just to get on this Holy Grail War thing.

He looked at Yukina and gave her a smile, "Good eye, ya, it's a vampire. I angered a rather large group a while ago, been trying ever since."

“And as for your weapons… really it depends. Vampire territory is more to the south west. If you stay away from there you should not have to deal with them much. There is too much variety within the groups of them to say anything specific would be effective, best bet would be blessed tool but even then it is not always the case.”

Thinking back to the gun he was told about and the blade he was shown Shiro continued, “Well, that gun is well made, a few good bullet shots will put down a lot of things. Not for long, but it might help you escape.” He then looked at Yukina’s blade, “But the blade will not do you much good against something that can be in its range faster than you can blink.”

He gulped down the remainder of his beer. “Honestly I would say get bodyguards of some kind, especially if you plan on going to vampire territory or deeper into the no-man’s land, if not then just stay away. I won’t be able to help myself sadly. Have my hands full keeping the Church safe you see.” He then tossed the bottle over his shoulder. It spun in the air for a moment before it landed in the basket perfectly.

"Well, I am an arms dealer myself, so I opted to keep such a fine handgun for personal use." The bespectacled businessman said. "But make no mistake, as much as my firearm prides itself on its superb accuracy, it has a few issues regarding the rounds it must use as well as it's adversity to dirt. It is an old design, so I think the faults are inherent to it. Nonetheless, I entrust myself to Georg Luger's creation, for it has never failed me as long as I don't fail to take proper care of it. As for our blades, please do bear it mind that these are not the weapons we use for offensive combat. It's simply for self-defense and we would not dare to face large concentrations of enemy forces with such, especially now that you have divulged such information to us. That is, unless, our mission requires massive amounts of stealth and infiltration in it. And one more thing..." Rattus then removed his glasses to clean them with a clean piece of cloth her drew out from his coat. While doing so, he kept talking some more. "...Please do forgive my two seemingly incorrect statements. The first of them is about the word 'strength'. I usually use such to refer to physical abilities. I myself use the word 'might' instead to convey overall abilities in fighting. The second is about your speed turning the vampire into stone. What I meant is that your speed aided in doing such, not directly causing it. Besides, I don't know what actually caused it in the first place." He then wore his glasses again and kept his cloth back.

On the other hand, Yukina still examined the "statue" of the vampire. In her close observations of it, she noticed something sticking out of the vampire's body. It was some sort of a sword, not enough to be considered a full sword due to its thin width, neither a dagger due to its length. She poked at it repeatedly to see if it can be pulled out and how ductile the metal is. It seemed to be deeply embedded into the statue and also seemed to be both bouncy and hard enough at the same time. Yukina then realized something. "Shiro-san," she called him. "What do you call this sword over here? If this turned the vampire into stone, then how come we did not see you carrying it around?"

"If you have no intention of joining this battle, I recommend you leave post-haste," a stoic Karna advised them, "I will guard your retreat and catch up to you when I am done here."

Henry nodded at his words. They needed to get the hell out of here soon-- and fast! The very presence of this white-haired man and Grigori were soon to be realized premonitions of destruction. He quickly grasped the comatose body of the armored assassin and hefted her over his shoulder again as he grasped her belongings with his free hand.

He urgently told Forest, "We're going. Now. See if you can get this guy to fly us out of here."

The doctor left no room for debate as he glanced back at Mr. Big Bird. He should be fully recovered at this point. And he sure as hell should fly them out of here if he were to be one grateful buzzard.

Ash smirked at Ellen and said, "You know, I could have just left you there.  Your a vampire now, get use to the weird or it will plow you over."

Then she looked at Lycodrake, nodded and said, "Guilty.  Of being vampires I mean.  Ellen's new, I just . . ."  Her eyes widened as the realization really sunk in.  "I Turned her last night.  It's a long tragic story that I doubt you or your friend would like to hear."

She nodded politely at Enkidu.  She'd heard the name before, but shrugged it off.  After all dragon!

"Well, if you want to be at one with nature there's a large park -slash- nature preserve here.  There's also one massive cave system too," Ash answered as she pulled out her phone.  She fumbled with it for a few minutes and grumbled, "Where's Frost when I actually bloody want him here . . ."

"I know I might sound like complaining, but I'm getting hungry, so can we really hang here around. I haven't had my 'drink' you know" Ellen brought up the fact she haven't fed yet even once. She was not on verge of frenzy yet, but pangs of hunger were kind of early warning to not go around for too long without drinking blood.

Shiro watched as the girl Yukina examined the statue and notice the black key.

Yukina then realized something. "Shiro-san," she called him. "What do you call this sword over here? If this turned the vampire into stone, then how come we did not see you carrying it around?"
“Well, it is called a black key, a specialized throwing weapon, and as for you don’t see me carrying any… well who knows, an old man has to have his secrets doesn’t he?” He chuckled evading the question.

He walked up to the statue and grabbed the handle of the blade, and effortlessly pulled it out a second later. Then suddenly the blade vanished into thin air, back into one the bible pages sown into his sleeve, not that they could tell.

The pair was friendly; however he couldn’t tell them anything of his capabilities. Shiro had no idea who could be watching this, and even more he still does not know if this pair is truly not just working for someone.

But even that is no reason to not be friendly and answer what questions he can, at least without giving to much away.

"I don't have the patience to deal with you."

A wave of metal shards honed in on the resident's body, each striking him with excessive force. Even as they ripped through his body, the resident's flesh regenerated as each shard passed as if the damage had never happened. Grabbing the largest chunk of metal straight out of the air, the pale-faced man threw it with tremendous strength straight at the sorceress.

A step after that, his body blurred and disappeared, sheer speed carrying him behind the sorceress and putting her between him and the new white-haired, suited man. Rpping a chunk of the wall off of the side of the street, the resident geared himself for battle.
Spoiler for Hiden:

As the huge chunk of metal sailed through the air Grigori created a barrier in the shape of a sphere around her, and the metal bounced off the barrier without even scratching it. Grigori stood up and began to float until she was eight meters in the air. Then she snapped her fingers, and a hundred magical constructs shaped like eyes floated up higher, and they began to survey the area. Grigori used some mana to form the connection, and then she could use the constructs as extra eyes. She would not allow herself to be attacked from behind again. If Grigori could see the attack then she could use magic to stop it.

"Do you want to remove the interloper before we begin, Karna?"

"I can't explain it either." Lawrence shrugged. "And I'm not amnesiac." Mordred was overreacting, but her concern was rather refreshing, considering his usual company. "Shit happens. Look, we can figure it out later, right now I need to get a door for my car back."

She's like a very excitable dog isn't she?

'Don't sound so pissed about it. Besides, we'll be stuck with her for a while, I think. She'll be better company than you.'

With that Law gestured to the firebird with the missing door. "I'll drive. Hop in the back if you want, or take shotgun."

He didn't wait for a reply before returning his rifle to the back of the car along with his gear.

"I am no janitor, Magus. If you desire to remove this wild dog from the battlegrounds before your beheading then feel free to do so. I shall not intervene."

The ball of feral emotions and great power in the guise of a man was preventing Karna from declaring the start of their battle, as teaming up upon an enemy was against the Code of War, a set of rules Karna admittedly breached by simply being active at night. It seemed he would have to dismiss this rule from the Code if he were to do anything in the modern age.

To begin with, this was not entirely a battle provoked by Karna's want for one; He was merely guarding the escape of the two people behind who had been so kind as to help the fallen metal bird and the unconscious girl. That charity brought him joy. So naturally, he would defend that charity without fail.

Mordred let Law's arm go, astounded. If her Master said he was not an amnesiac, then he could not be. He seemed to be honest if nonchalant "You are not joking, Master? Then something must be wrong with this place..." said Mordred, disappointed.

Though there seemed to be no Holy Grail War ongoing, her Master was her Master after all, and she could not go back on her word out of personal honor. Besides, would she abandon him and just sit on her ass until she disappears? No, a knight would not just give up like that. There must be a reason why she was summoned. Maybe something else that would realize her wish was out there somewhere. Eh, come what may!

"I'm coming in, Master. But I don't need that firestick of yours, I have my Clarent" she asnwered with renewed energy and hopped in the passenger seat. Holy Grail may have provided her with basic information on the modern world, but coloquial phrases of the modern era, it seemed.

The pain ceased...

Songbird felt rejuvenated. He doesn't understand why or how, but but he felt like he was never hurt to begin with; Songbird did not even feel the least bit tired. Now able to use his right arm, the Man-bird lifted himself off of the ground.

He reached out for the blonde woman, only to just notice the tense animosity in the air. The Monster was still here, along with the Plant and the Suit (Who was now carrying yet another woman). His eyes fell upon the white headed newcomer, who, while not sending off bad vibes, still emanated with raw power. Eyes shifting from green to red, Songbird prepared for a fight. He placed his twenty-five foot tall frame between her and the three major threats, while still keeping an eye on the Suit close by.

Emitting a growl, Songbird then took a hostile stance, spreading his wings wide out to make him as large and imposing as possible. The Man-Bird would die before he would allow anyone to harm the Blonde Woman...

Ash winced at Ellen's words and looked at Lycodrake and Enkidu.  She said, "She does need to feed soon before the bloodlust overtakes her."

She turned off the stupid phone and then pointed.  "See, okay, you go this way and you'll see this large tower that's obviously overcompensating for something.  Go to that tower and keep heading south west after that.  That should take you to Shawnee."

Then she looked at Ellen and said, "Come on now, before you drop."

Forest watched as Henry did something to totally heal Iron Bird Man.  The redheaded guy had just appeared again, healing from extensive burn damage.  Then their savior was getting ready to fight The Bitch.

And then Iron Bird Man decided that now that he was all better, he was going to put himself between him and anything that could possibly hurt her.  She walked up and put her hand on his massive frame.

Pretty Bird, you can protect me best if you can get those two out of here, she sent to the chaos and animal instinct of his mind, indicating Henry and the armored girl Can you carry all three of us and stay aloft?

Then with one last glare at Grigori the Bitch Goddess, she said to the white haired superior being, "Thank you for this, and kick her fucking ass."

Gabriel smirked as he laced his hands behind his head, pillowing it upon them as La Folia spread his legs apart.  He was semi-erect still, and it wouldn't take much to get him hard again.  Soft fingers wrapped around his length and began to stroke.

Pleasure was laced through the thorough caress and he arched back with a slight moan.  "That's it my pretty Folly."
