"Hey, it was a good show.  It was weird rooting for him though," Forest replied, scratching the back of her neck again.  "Oh Lord and Lady, this garlic . . ."

She shook her head and answered, "About the vampire thing it depends on the type of vampire.  Say if you were turned by one like me.  That lung cancer?  Not a problem.  And yes, this room can hold you."

Location: Forest's Compound

To his utter surprise, the demi-god surpassed his expectations by more than a mile as he saw the process himself. While Henry wasn't exactly a professional cook himself, he could tell Karna alone somehow had the skill of several masters of the kitchen with his flame powers. It was something that allowed a bit of jealousy to rise.

"Khichdi", indicating the yellowed rice covered in lentils, "Paratha", then pointing at the stack of round disks of cooked dough, "and finally, Samosa", indicating the fried triangles, filled with minced potatoes, bell peppers and lentils.

"Please, help yourself, Henry."

"That I will," he replied as he took up a spoon to taste the Khichdi. A dish he had tried a couple of times back in its native country. 

"Mmn~. This is great."

The spices were dead on right with a nice popping of the legumes under his teeth. He then sampled the soft parathas which he nodded in approval. Samosa were the last to be tasted as his teeth made a crunching sound upon biting it. The filling was very nice and didn't seem to be rather artificial much like the American ones. Yet it did surpass the actual ones in India.

"I'm impressed, these are good," Henry remarked between bites.

Dan simply slumped back in his chair, relief flooding through his face and body as he heard that. "Thank God. Thank all the gods." His eyebrow however, raised as forest kept scratching. "Looks like you need to take a shower, unless you want me to brew something up for that itch of yours? Actually, wait, I might have something like that already." He rummaged through his coat, looking over the various labels on his concoctions. "I swear I am allergic to wolves from how much I damn itch after turning back..."

Sticking the toes of one foot in the water and finding it to be the kind of warmth that could be felt to the bone yet didn't burn, La Folia stepped in and submerged herself in the water with an exaggerated exasperation of relief as she leaned against one of the edges of the bath, letting her buoyancy tanks hang out for Gabriel to see, as her arms too went below the surface of the water.

"Mmn~. This is great."

"I'm impressed, these are good," Henry remarked between bites.

"It pleases me greatly that my first attempt is this successful, though please do leave some for the remainder of the household", as Karna himself indulged in the food he had whipped up, having assembled a plate for himself while also setting out the bowls and pans of the remaining food on the kitchen table for anyone to take from as they came through.

[Umbra of Chaos]

Grigori watched with indifference as any superficial damage was repaired, and the familiars were summoned again.

"Shall we move this conversation elsewhere, to not be so easily interrupted?" he asked the sorceress.

"It would be irritating to be interrupted again. I suppose it would be prudent to move to a place where we can no longer be bothered."

Grigori simply moved her hand through the air, and reality tore. From this side you could see the water of the bay.

"Are you coming?"

With that question asked Grigori moved through the portal and with a clap of her hands the water around her froze into a solid platform. Then she snapped her fingers and five mana constructs in the form of chairs were created. They were plain chairs, but they comfortable. With that done Grigori sat down into one of them and beckoned to Uchiten and his familiars.

"It is rude to keep a lady waiting, Uchiten."

[Elf]

Forest said, "I need to shower actually.  Its the whole vampire thing . . . If I was younger it would be actually burning me.  Do you want me to show you to the room?"

Gabriel poured some of the bath salts into the water, filling the steam filled room with the scent of roses before joining her into the bath.  He almost yelped at the heat before looking at La Folia looking like some tempting mermaid floating in the water.  "Enjoying yourself?" he asked before splashing her with water.

Forest said, "I need to shower actually.  Its the whole vampire thing . . . If I was younger it would be actually burning me.  Do you want me to show you to the room?"

Dan nodded. "Please do," he said, standing up. "And then lock it up. Tight. Don't go in for at least an hour. It's... not pretty.

[Elf]

"Of course it isn't, you're completely switching body forms. Bones snapping, muscles rearranging, that sort of thing," Forest said as she stood up, smiling at the Army of Darkness poster.

Letting out a high-pitched yelp at the splash of water, La Folia returned a small splash of her own as she inhaled the new found smell of red roses, the heat of the bath bringing a permanent tinge of red to her cheeks.

"You could say that, though I believe I could come to enjoy it a lot more", a seductive tone to her sultry words.

"Don't worry, I will," Henry promised as he took one last bite from the plate, "I'm already good."

He carefully set it into the sink with the spoon with a small clink from dropping. As he turned the nozzle, stream of water started to wipe off the grime of food from its ceramic surface. With soap bubbles accumulating on the dish, Henry simply washed it off with a spray of water before finally setting it aside after wiping it dry with a clean cloth. The spoon likewise had the same fate as it was put away.

"I'll be upstairs. Let me know if I'm needed."

With that said, the doctor left to start ascending up the stairs.

Karna merely returned to systematically wolfing down his food bit by bit as the vampire left the room, though not one to forget his feathery companion, took a samosa from the massive plate on which nearly three dozen of them sat and reached it towards the phoenix's beak with a careful hand, curious to see if it would actually devour the fried food.

[Arch-Magos Winter]

"Yeah. It hurts too. Thank god I don't remember much of it though. Brain shifts too." Dan eyed the poster as well. "Never actually seen that movie, but hey, you only live once right? Might just need to sometime."

[Elf]

Gabriel laughed at La Folia and said, "Oh is that so.  Wasn't enough earlier to sate you?"

"You'd need to see Evil Dead 2 first to warm up to it," Forest said with a grin, "So, do you want me to show you the Danger Room?"

"Lead the way." Dan said. "I've got... twenty minutes or so until I go all furball. A little extra time in there won't hurt me a bit."

Gabriel laughed at La Folia and said, "Oh is that so.  Wasn't enough earlier to sate you?"

"That depends. Can you truly say you were satisfied with our night ending on an interruption like that? I cannot find those words to be true within me myself".

In a flash, she had straddled his hips, rear pressing against his crotch as her fingers ran down his flawless pecs.
