Enkidu acknowledged the decision his companion had set its mind on, intending to follow and engage these people in dialogue but, by the time, the magi were already walking away, heading towards a more urban area. The pair simply watched them leaving the park. They didn't have a reason to go after these people and they had already decided to stay clear from the largely populated areas of Nexus.

"Come, friend. Let us find a place to clean ourselves and rest for what is left of the night."

Finding a cave in a natural reserve wasn't that difficult and they had been fortunate enough to find clear water to wash away sweat and blood near it.

Day 2

Enkidu woke up early and, letting his companion sleeping some more,  took a stroll by himself trying to figure out where they could find a convenient source of food for the next days. As one would expect, there were a convenient amount of preys that would suit a dragon's palate in the vicinity. When he came back, he found his new friend looking at him.

"Well rested? I don't know how hungry you are but, sustenance should not be an iss-..."

Enkidu interrupted himself, turned around, sensing abnormal levels of prana not too far away. It would be a problem if these people were to bring attention near their new home. Sounds of weapon clashing against each other reached him as clear as day and could probably perceived from very far. Fight on this scale would eventually attract attention which would ruin the point of their own isolation.

The shapeshifter looked at Lycodrake. "We have to do something about this before people start gathering around."

Day 2
Enkidu interrupted himself, turned around, sensing abnormal levels of prana not too far away.

Cleaning himself of blood and gore helped him fall into a sleep only disturbed by worries over home - his friends and family - and being displaced to the strange realm of Nexus. This would be the new norm, he thought as he faded into sleep, waking up to Enkidu gone but knowing by his sense of smell that the green-haired young man was still nearby.  There was also the smell of predators and prey upon the air: a stable environment and apparently an undisturbed ecosystem even by the strangeness of Nexus - truly this would be a good place to stay.

Enkidu asked him if he was hungry, but his words trailed off to focus something not too far away. Lycodrake himself sensed some amassing of energy. This would not do. While he was no "defender of all life", he also felt obligated to protect - something he learned from Athena [Nike]: protect the good or order and the safety of innocent lives while thwarting the evils of chaos.

He stood up from his waking crouch and stretched some more, making sure that he was fit for combat, if still waking up. The wingless one nodded to his companion at the cave entrance and walked forward.

They would do what they could to mediate whatever conflict was going on.

Lawrence

Law pulled the car out of harms way just as the two Servants started to clash.

So maybe you aren't as strong as him.

'You said we earlier.'

I know. You're the weak link here. If I wasn't bound to you, I would tear him apart.

'Shut the fuck up.'

Law twisted the key in his mind, the Boneyard snapping open and spreading all around. The Stigmata bled from his hands, as his conciousness spred through the surrounding area - and he could feel them both, their essences draining slowly from the amount of power they were using. A crooked smile graced Law's mouth as he felt the opposing servant's essence trail, and mentally yanked on it, pulling at his very core. The other master wanted to play dirty? Fine, he'd play even dirtier.

Sakura

Sakura was kneeling in the middle of a secluded alleyway a couple of blocks away. Around her were small puddles of odd smelling liquid. Oh Rider would be punished but she had to do negate the enemy master. It was not the time to get emotional.

She was happy she placed anchors around this area as they walked during the day. As she looked though Rider’s senses she noticed the enemy master’s presence change slightly. It became more spiritual in nature and spread around him. That was not good, but it made Sakura have a slightly easier time dealing with him at this distance.

A small drop of blood from one of her fingers hit the ground beneath her, and with it shadows moved.

If one was looking alleys of the district they could find them. Small living shadows standing in secluded areas. And with Sakura’s command they burst to life and drew in mana. And from her familiars the points of the bounded fields were set.

Placing her hand on the ground all her circuits flared. The amount of mana in the air making it much easier to obtain her maximum output, after all the greater source far outstrips the inner source for most magi, especially in this place.

And so with her command the bounded field formed. And within it spiritual entities were bound and absorbed by the shadows. It was not powerful enough to affect servants with magic resistance, but should the enemy master’s ability be spiritual in nature, and it was if she was feeling it correctly, it should bind and negate it from acting on the world.

And with that she spoke to Rider, 'Care Rider, the enemy master did something. I set up a bounded field so it should be mostly dealt with but keep on your toes.'

They headed towards the combat and eventually reached the location of the confrontation. Enkidu eyed the man with the strange presence in yet another one of those modern vehicles. While he appeared to look human on the surface, some kind of entity were overlapping with his existence. An oddity was not unusual in the Nexus and this man appeared far less threatening than the two opponents exchanging blows. Still, it wouldn't be clever to ignore him completely. Who knew what people from other realities do.

He focused on the combatants. Two skilled warriors from the looks of it and obviously souls far superior to that of common spiritual entities. Heroic spirits, while these two had styles he was not familiar with, Enkidu could recognize them for what they were. For now, they seemed immersed in their own world, because inattention was the worst enemy in a battle.

They had to be separated in order to even discuss with them. So, when the two of them charged once more, he rushed between them, his green hair twisted and changed shape to take one of a pair of whips. Each end surrounded one of the heroes' limbs and he smashed both of them on the ground. A human body would have been broken but for these guys, it would be nothing than something akin to a tape on the back of the head.

When he spoke, it was with authority.

"Enough."

He didn't know what of reaction to expect from these two but he knew the dragon would back him up if necessary.

"I do not wish to know the reason of your conflict but, you can not fight here. Go somewhere else."

The two were swatted apart by Enkidu's shapeshifting. Lycodrake Aptera wondered if it would be wiser to remain warg-sized or if it would be better to be Gigant. Against warriors like these, it would be best to remain as he was, but from the flash of a giant claw materializing for the khopesh-wielding man, Gigant was not entirely a bad decision.

He spoke diplomatically, calmly: no growl or a snarl in his voice. "My friend and I have only just found a place to belong, for now, in Nexus City. Your activity is certain to attract attention and draw in more observers and interlopers. So, as my companion requested, move your feud elsewhere, please."

Rider pondered Haruna's words for a moment.

Hmm, odd, I'd have expected Sakura to mention her children. Perhaps she'd just not had any in that universe.

“Hmm, I'm surprised they didn't mention they had children. Perhaps their past was different in your universe, and they were never able to have children for some reason. Still, it seems odd that they would get to that age without having a child.”

Then, before Rider could add any more, Kiyoshi spoke.

“How do you know mummy and daddy?” he asked, curious.

Before Haruna could reply, though, Minato spoke, and Rider smiled at his words. It seemed like Kiyoshi would be safe here.

After he had finished speaking, he headed towards the dorm, and Rider and Kiyoshi turned to follow him.

“I guess we should introduce ourselves properly. I'm Tohsaka Raida, and this is my master's son, Emiya Kiyoshi”, she said.

Before she could continue, though, a little shadow popped out of Kiyoshi's pocket, where it had returned after the fight, perched on his shoulder and waved at them both.

“And this is Kuro, my pet shadow”, he said, smiling enthusiastically.

Rider also smiled. Whilst he could be a pain sometimes, Kiyoshi was also really adorable. Still not finished speaking, she turned to Haruna.

“Haruna, I am also curious where you know us from. I've never met you in my world, but you seem to be reasonably close to us in yours.”

Rider felt the tug on his spiritual core, distracting him briefly enough to almost catch a face full of sword. The enemy Master would become quite a hassle if he didn't deal with him immediately.

"Piss off, weakling. I'll be able to carry you in a pouch after this!"

The air rippled once again, but this time, no whale nor no claw manifested. Instead, a 52 foot tall bull with skin of polished brass and a mane of raging fire charged forth, aiming for the Master in the car. This was the Hadhayosh, a Persian Divine Beast created by an incredibly angry god of the forge, a creature so mighty that only Dragons are said to be on the same level. The monster roared with a metallic, fear-inducing sound and rushed for the parked car, as if turning the man in it to ashes was the only thing it was ever made for.

"Enough."

Rider was slammed to the ground, but immediately jumped back on his feet, his expression turning sour.

"You little fuck. You dare tell a king above kings what to do, much less stop him from executing an unsightly enemy? This is punishable only by a thousand deaths."

"ABU EL-HOL!"

A temple door phased into existence behind Rider, hieroglyphs proclaiming the might of the one who commissioned it, and the many enemies he crushed below the wheels of his chariot. Swinging open, flaming grains of sand flooded out of the door. As the sand spread over the street, a shape started to rise out it, a beast the world had tried to forget, yet one that Rider had made his and his alone. The head of a monstrous lion burst forth, and was immediately followed by the massive and awe-inspiring sight of a it's body no less than the size of a Semi-truck. Massive wings whose red feathers fell gently to the ground. There were no words that could truly describe the personification of the King of Kings' power in all it's majesty.

"I am a merciful king, interlopers. I give you this last chance; Prostrate yourselves and then flee like the cowards you are and you might return to wherever you came from in more than eight pieces. If not, you shall know the wrath of the Father of Terror", his sentence punctuated by an ear-splitting roar of the massive Sphinx.

Forest gritted her teeth at Karna's words.  Red bled in her vision for a moment and her fangs throbbed.  She clinched her jaw and reigned her anger back in before shaking her head.  The blond pointed towards the steps and said, "I'm going to go before . . . Yeah, I'm just going to go."

Dawn was breaking, she could sense it, but she didn't want to sleep.  She'd figure she'd go down stairs, go to her room, change and then head to the gym.  May I should take a picture of Karna's face, print it out, and tape it to my practice dummy.  She headed down stairs and to her room.

Ash sighed and said, "I'm not going to get neglectful, and I really doubt she has the berserker within her."

She then looked at Ellen and said, "How you feed is up to you.  I can teach you how to seduce or I can teach you how to be a predator.  Its up to you."

*****

Lancer raised his eyebrow at Amy's proclamation and chuckled.  "So that's where your tastes lie then?"

He looked at Rin and asked, "Mind if I take you to your room?"

The monster roared with a metallic, fear-inducing sound and rushed for the parked car, as if turning the man in it to ashes was the only thing it was ever made for.

"...Well shit." Law kicked the car into gear, speeding off as fast as he could. Something was suppressing his Boneyard, though he couldn't tell exactly what yet, he had a giant bull on his ass, and in his rearview mirror he saw a third combatant enter the fray - and then a giant motherfucking DOOR opened up and a... something popped out that also spelled horrifying death to whatever it happened to be pissed at. He was likely on that list.

Considering how the giant bull just plowed through a building, this wasn't good at all.

'Any idea what's fucking with my ghost powers?'

No. Perhaps the other Master?

'Great, fucking wizards and shit.'

Well, I don't think a wizard can take down that thing either.

'...'

Yes I am saying exactly what you think I'm saying.

Law took corners like a madman, trying his damned hardest to shake the bull on his ass, burning rubber and adrenaline as he started to home in on just who exactly was fucking with his mojo at the moment. The Boneyard had a set size after all, and if he was lucky, whoever was screwing with him was within it - and didn't know about the Flaming Doom Bull that happened to just have popped up.

Shakespeare

Shirou tried his hardest to surpress a chuckle, failing but contained the worst of it in his sleeve.

"You.. what?", a drop of cold sweat showing on Assassin's forehead mostly out of sheer confusion.

"I believe that must be part of one of his writings... which he is using in a rather courteous manner."

Her face turned angry.

"Master, can I hit him?"

"I'd rather you did not. Please, Assassin, you already know Caster is a bit... unique, don't let it get to you", he said in an apologetic manner. This was hardly a rare occurrence for Shirou; The temper of a queen was truly something difficult to control.

At the behest of Shirou, she tried her very best to calm down. Something about the sheer craziness in the head of Caster just rubbed her the wrong way, and she doubted they could ever entirely get along. Especially not when a creature like himself was sounding like he was courting her.

Changing the topic, Assassin spoke once more.

"To begin with, I predate the Hanging Gardens by centuries, Caster. I hear those who do not do research for their writing end up writing bad works", her tone now turning smug.
"The lady doth protest too much methinks." Ah, such a shy woman. "For lies when told long enough become a truth, and so then truth it is forever more. And if I write it is true, how is it not? But aye, that is but a mere sample of the brilliance of my works, which undoubtedly Master, you must have poured thy eyes over in detail."

I scratched my chin thoughtfully with a gloved hand, fabric and facial hair rubbing against one another in a most pleasing fashion conductive to thought. "And what research I have done? I talk, I listen, I read. A servant of the story serves the story itself! Facts may be wrong, dates mixed up, people misconstrued, but the heart, the soul of the work always rings clear and true and honest, the meaning of any story. For good or for ill, such is my craft."

EMIYA

Surprisingly, dying didn't hurt. Archer had experienced death once before, and he had to say that it wasn't painful. Uncomfortable, true, unwanted of course, earlier than he thought it'd come to him, but death in the end, had held no pain. It was what came after that was painful. An eternity of slaughter, by his own hands, on those who he wished to save. There might not be a hell, but for Archer, that was the closest thing to it. So, when he felt pain after killing berserker the sixth time, he knew he wasn't dead - though by all accounts and from his injuries (seemingly healed somehow), he should be. The thought was oddly comforting, considering he was planning to kill his past self for the last week or so, but had just never gotten around to it. And more was the pity. A paradox would have been the best way out of his situation.

In the end, what did finally hurt was his shifting through a variety of realities, and just happening to shift into the Nexus at just the right time and space coordinates to collide at high speeds with the bed of a certain Law Unto Herself.

Archer survived. The bed, sadly, and likely to the horror of it's owner who had just opened the door, did not.

Phoenix
Day 2: High Above in the Skies of the Nexus

Phoenix soared high above the clouds at its full size. At this level the blue of the sky was not above it, but rather the black darkness of space.

It had left the friends the prior night to return to its nest when they had all stopped interacting. But the friends did not let him out so he simply melted a small hole though the wall to leave.

It had returned to its nest until the sun started to rise, and from then on it lived in the sky, absorbing the light of the sun as it ‘watched’ the city below it.

And from there high in the sky Phoenix simply observed the world, at peace with itself.

-------------------------------

Shiro

Shiro pulled into a parking spot in front of a large building with a sign sporting the name ‘Aegis’. Putting down the kickstand of his Vmax and pulling out the keys he then walked into the large lobby on the ground floor.

He was fully armed, however the most people could tell would be Yuki hanging on his back, making sure to put out his cigarette when he saw the no smoking sign.

Walking up to the receptionist he leaned on the large desk and spoke. “Hey, I am here to see someone named Fate?” He gave a goofy grin, “That won’t be a problem right?”

-------------------------------

Sakura

Sakura was shaking in rage. THAT IDIOT, COULN’T HE HOLD HIMSELF BACK ONCE, JUST ONCE.

Taking a deep breath to try and calm herself, she sent a message to Rider through her link. Only hoping it would work.

‘Rider, would it not be more fitting to judge these fools that get in your way with the entirety of your mighty brilliance? Let us wait until night, and then they will truly know their folly for crossing the great king that is above all other kings.’

Please work, please work, please work. Please for ONCE let things work out as planned rather than Rider simply run free with wild abandon.

All the while she began to set up defenses and spell though out the alley, just in case.

There was a loud crash in Forest's bedroom.  "Bloody hell," she said before throwing her door open.  In the corner of her eyes she can see the various shades of violet that made up her bedroom, but before her was the ruins of her four poster, canopy bed and the man laying there.

She looked around, noticing that he had crashed from above but there wasn't any marks from her ceiling.

Sighing, she walked over to the guy, getting an impression of leather, red fabric, and the guy laying there was big.  She could smell something like a foundry in the air, forge smoke tinged with blood.  "Are you okay?" she asked, moving throw away broken pieces of bed away from the guy.

Mary

--Aegis HQ--

Mary struggled to stifle a yawn in this early morning. She grumbled incoherently to herself as she outfitted herself in the drab standard Aegis fatigues. Her Five-Seven handgun remained holstered at her hip as she briskly walked through the hallways. Each footstep clattered against the floor as she moved to head past the lobby and back to the cafeteria.

It would be just another normal day. At least until some guy showed up. Some samurai-priest dude wearing the oddest shit-eating grin she's ever seen since the 90's cartoons. With a katana sheathed behind him, this guy looked awfully out of place. But she knew a little bit better, given the city's nature. It rather served as a deterrent in the hands of an expert. Maybe he is one.

"You got business with the boss?" the squad captain inquired with hands on her hips. She eyed the tsuka closely while her left fingers were ready to draw her gun in a moment's notice.

It didn't take Kyle that long to reach Forest's place with a cab.

"Right by the break of dawn," he said with humour. Now was the moment most hunters preyed on vampires back in his world. Although some were skilled enough to engage them at night, the majority preferred to have every advantage available. And a leech on the run was usually troublesome.

Looking at the facade of the building, he couldn't help but grin from the sheer nerve Forest had in choosing such a large and obvious target. She had even chosen an isolated location. From civilians, Forest didn't like when innocents got involved. From vampires too, could be considered as a way to distance herself from the other blood suckers but Kyle knew enough to understand that it was basically a middle finger to guys like Deacon Frost and other factions leaders. Place was far from being the best strategic position but it was sturdy as heck, enchanted by witches and fairies and was packed with a fuck load of weapons. Hence why Kyle liked it a lot even if he usually wouldn't stick around for long. Wynn would start to complain and Lucifer was too much of a cocky brat. And at worst, he could come face to face with that douche of a dhampire.

And he would rather not kill Forest's student in her very home. She would be pissed at him for killing one of her pupils. Perhaps she wouldn't ask too much question if he suddenly disappeared. After all, being a cop in the Nexus ain't without its share of risk, right?

Entertaining the thought of knocking him into the middle of next week, he smiled. Forest wouldn't be the one opening of course, but the distinct scent of different people told him that she had visitors. Violets and Junipers, it meant Lady Umbra was here. He didn't expect a warm welcome but he appreciated the faerie. His sense of smell told Kyle that among these people, at least one was somewhat close to his own kind. And sick, and not something benign.

"Well, seems like she keep getting interesting guests."

He rang the doorbell, wondering what kind of trouble the Law Unto Herself was stuck into this time.

Mordred

Mordred was pissed off by the fact that two interlopers had interfered with her fight, but also by the dilemma whether to continue as that irresponsible Master of hers tried to do something other than driving away as she told him. She would discipline him for that later. Unfortunately, she could only count on her master bringing her to him with a Command Spell as he was already too far away.

Regardless of the fact, she for once shared the sentiment of Rider regarding the two who dared to mess up their ongoing fight

But then, that arrogant prick summoned forth something truly strong. The lion bodied beast was clearly something her Clarent alone would do no good against. She was torn whether or not to use her proper Noble Phantasm. It was the only weapon she was sure could harm the monster. On the other hand, it would also reveal her identity clear as day
