Yeah, nor me. I was resigned to another Fate anime, and just hoping they didn't ignore Sakura entirely, include her but only in some horribly-written, meaningless filler like Deen did or butcher her characterisation and backstory like the Manga does. Still, I'm going to wait to find out how long they intend to make it before I rejoice too much. If it's another 90 minute patchwork of fight scenes like the UBW movie then we'll be fighting against waves of new Sakura-haters who don't understand her character one bit and just assume she's some evil bitch who Shirou fell in love with for some reason.

While I'm more interested in the UBW anime coming up in October, I guess I can whip up some discussion in here.

How long do you think it'll take until they start coming out with info for the movie(s)? Soon-ish, when the UBW anime is out, when it's closer to the release date?

Well, what sort of info are you expecting? Aside from how many movies and how long it will be (which I hope will come soon), I suspect that there isn't that much to mention. I would expect it to be a mostly faithful adaption (unlike the UBW anime, which will have added material).

BTW, has anything new about the movie come out? I tend not to see all the new information.

I think it's been confirmed to be 2-3 movies, similar to KnK's adaption? Don't have a solid source on that, nor am I a moonreader. =p

I heard it was going to be a trilogy, which is great. I was worried they would make a mess of it length-wise, and it seems like they are at least going to devote enough time to it to make it work as a story. I heard there wasn't much more detail yet, though, although I guess there's not all that much new information they can tell us....
