The mini radio he carried over his two fingers blared static, and while downing the 15678th mug of ale the gigantic demon smashed it on the ground and laughed before singing along with a screeching voice more akin the grinding of chalkboard than any singing. You could hear his uterly demonic chanting from miles away, such was the horror of his craft.

Archer reached down, scooped up the adorably defiant feline, and stroked his soft fur.  "Women, little buddy.  It never gets easier and they keep being terrifying," he murmured against the cat's fur before letting him down gently on the floor.  He cleaned off the table and then began to get coffee and tea brewing.

She intoned a single word in Babylonian to clean herself and Lighthart's leg up with while she was at it.

I suppose I shall have to educate you in this. Democracy is a form of governance wherein decisions are made by polling the opinions of the masses. The majority decides, generally speaking. Leaders are chosen accordingly."
