An aloof Orca

The predator totally went in expecting a fight. Imagine his surprise when she ended up running away with the rest, so much he even blinked twice. What a strange human, he wondered if she tasted as good as she looked. "Smell ya later Sharkboy~"  She said drunkenly, which caused him to shrug it off and smile innocently. Being called shark once was one thing, twice was bad, but thrice...

Well, it wasn't that big of a deal! But she had done something far worse. The next thing you'd know he was behind her, his hand gripping on her shoulder and his grin was genuinely terrifying for a second.

"...How about paying your tab first? ^_^"

Meanwhile, his underpaid abused penguin staff began cleaning up the table he broke, and a couple dragged in a new one with great difficulty.

Lily

The girl with crimson hair reached out desperately with one towards the exit, towards the ligt at the end of the tunnel, to no avail. A great demon had ensnared her in its trap, it was behind her, no caught up to hr and there was no escap now. Yet the girl still struggeld with desperation, her arms flailing wildly in protest, but it was hopeless all hopeless, there was ony one option left. Her arms fell down by her sides as she froze and breathed in....

"RAAAAAAPIST!!!"

And like a divine sword of retribution, her loud voice tore through the scene, pasing judgement on this most heinous crime.

Charlotte

The gunslinger didn't miss they excited spark in the girl's eyes, momentary as it was, and smirked before turning to the bike, pulling off the tarp, folding it away, and bringing the thing roaring to life.


The ride didn't take long, the bounty hunter soon pulling into the parking lot and taking a moment to glare at guy manning the ticket booth for parking rates that could best be described as extortion, before they made their way into the casino itself, Charlotte barely even registering all the eyes on them, both from security and passersby, as she quickly got her hands on some playing chips for both of them.

"Alright, where do you want to start?" Charlotte asked, "Probably goes without saying to stay away from the slot machines."

Sakura Matou

"Roulette. Or craps." Sakura answered confidently, already walking towards the roulette wheel. She couldn't cheat at poker because she couldn't read minds just yet. Not in any sort of detail, anyway.

An Orca who can't keep it in his pants

"Eh? But I haven't even gotten to that part yet..." He blinked blankly before raising his other hand, much to the horrified glares of... absolutely no one. But very soon, a dozen of self proclaimed protectors of little girls came rushing at him, like an avalanche of bodies that toppled him over in a could of smoke, freeing her from the demonious demonic demon. Uh, I mean killer whale.

"A-ack!" He reached out for her, and the money that she owed him. She'd like, totally pay once he got outta here.

Charlotte

The gunslinger shrugged, personally preferring poker, but roulette had its fun too. At least for people who didn't get bored of watching a ball go spinning around a wheel, or for the thrill to be had in not having control of the outcome. Still, mild curiosity had her following the purplehead along to the roulette table, watching grown men and women cheer or groan at result of a ball rolling around a spinning wheel.

Well, that wasn't exactly fair to the guy running the table, but whatever.

"Alright, guess we can start there," the bounty hunter noted.

Alright starting over, with shakey hands she reached out and threw these nobodies away, maybe the penguins could deal with them, she didn't really care either way.

"Witness my mercy, poor Sharkman." She declared proudly as she removed the defender of little girls from him and freed him from his cage.

Sakura smirked at Charlotte. "I'm feeling lucky tonight." She said as she turned to the dealer. She pulled out her wallet and slapped 500 dollars on the tabel. "Put it all on 00." She boasted confidently.

A set of sharp teeth came gnashing down towards her hand nonchalantly, like it was candy. Actually, candy was pretty accurate. And he just brought biting the hand that feeds to the next level. But would he succeed?

"I-I didn't do it! I didn't kill her!" A man laid prostrate on the floor, begging for his life.

Ivanna hated doing this sort of work. It was so absolutely tedious. When would her subjects learn that lying to their czaritsa was the epitome of foolishness.

"Guilty." She proclaimed in an icy cold monotone. Her attendants grabbed the man's arms and dragged the shivering mess away. "I didn't do it I swear! You're making a mistake!"

And then the next people came in and began making their case to her...

Ivana hated dealing with such tedious matters to the extreme.

The five tailed fox made her way into rhe opulent throne room of far too chilly castle, whomever lived here should really get in contact with the people who designed the heating, cause they did a really poor job. Who was she kidding? She knew who lived here, it was the Duchess herself, the ice queen herself, or was it Czaritsa?

Anyway as she made her way in, her clothes were really not designed for this, she saw a man being dragged off, yelling that he didn't her, she had no idea who her was, but he sounded rather sincere.

"Are you sure he didn't kill her?" She walked up to the throne where a little girl, the czaritsa herself was sitting. She didn't kneel nor did she wait for the girl to speak first immediately asking her a question of her own.

The small child looked down upon Yukari and smiled. "Yes, we are sure. The innocent have nothing to fear in my court." Her smiled was one from a position of superiority. She was utterly confident in herself and her rule, positive that one such as herself could not possibly make such a mistake. It was not as if she was looking down on her, however. It was more the gaze of a wise parent meeting out punishment upon their naughty children.

"State your name and business, Kitsune. That is what your species is called, is it not?" She smiled, happy to see one of her more unique subjects for once. This one had five tails so she must be fairly powerful, no?

"That so?" the gunslinger mused, glancing over the table, the way the wheel spun and the force the dealer out behind the ball when he sent it rolling the other way.

"Alright, let's see how it holds up," the gunslinger said, putting down an equal amount in chips on the same spot, like a paperweight on top of the 5 large Rin had put down.

With that, the gunslinger pulled in her senses, honing them in on the table and it's immediate vicinity, though nothing showed on her face or how she held herself.

The ball spun and spun and spun, and then...

Sakura sighed and shook her head as the dealer smirked at her deflated attitude, collecting her money from the table. "Place your bets, Miss." He prompted her as he began to load the ball once more.

Instead of leaving or being defeated, however, Sakura smiled sweetly back at him, and withdrew a card, swiping it and purchasing 1000$ worth of chips.

"Everything on 37." She said with a sweet voice.

Charlotte

The gunslinger let out a low whistle as the ball landed elsewhere, glancing between her newest acquaintance and the dealer. Perhaps he'd be a weak dealer at a blackjack table, but here there wasn't much he had to hide.

Shrugging, Charlotte put another 500 down on the 37 as well, figuring she might drop by the poker tables a bit sooner than she thought. Still, the game was on either way, the colorful sent spinning one direction and the ball sent rolling around the track in the other, the steady swell of anticipation practically palpable from the crowd as they went down to low murmurs, the ball soon slowing down and running through the slots...

Her five tails swished behind her in annoyance as she heard the little girl's questions. This was just typical, get's called here and then asked why she's come, was this ruler so far removed from her own administration?

Her fluffy ears twitched as she formed a smile through. "I am the Five tailed Kitsune Yukari, proud owner of the greatest magical shop in the entire realm." She theatrically posed with her arms stretched wide for the monarch up high. Her arms then dropped along with the charades. "You're the one who sent for me wo perhaps you could enlighten me in that topic... or perhaps this rulership is proving too much for you?"

Mothra

Violet eyes glanced at the clock. Six oh eight - her supper break was almost up. Mothra crammed the last bit of her sandwich in her mouth and quickly rose from her seat. A minute later, she emerged from the employee lounge/office, smoothing out the wrinkles of her waitress uniform. It was then she noticed that the adjacent kitchen was devoid of people, neither Rick or David were to be seen. "What the..." she stammered in confusion.

Mothra power walked onto the restaurant floor. Everybody - customer and co-worker alike - were crammed together looking out the window, murmuring among each other. Due to her... height deficiency, she had to force her way through the crowd just to see what was going on. The girl's eyes widened when she finally saw the giant, black hole in the sky some distance off. People started shouting and screaming when the head of some great monster emerged and began bellowing out a heinous black smog across the city sky line.

The fifteen-year-old was nearly trampled in the ensuing panic as everybody began running to find cover at the back of the family restaurant. Mothra went against the flow, however, and tried to make for the entrance doors. People were in trouble, and she'd be damned if she was gonna stay here and hide instead!

A few mintues later

Though her monster form grants her incredible speed, she didn't arrive at ground zero until after everything unfolded. From the air, she could see the sheer destruction wrought upon the area - where there was once a vibrant city district there is now a deep scar in the earth. Mothra hadn't seen such destruction since...back then. Regardless, this wasn't the time to seize up, not this time. Finding possible survivors in the swirling dust was of the utmost importance.
