"Silly?" he asked with a chuckle.  "Whats so silly that you don't even want to bother with it?"

Forest

Forest felt heat fill her cheeks at Entheo's question.  I thought blushing after feeding was bad, but now it just happens . . . It's annoying, she thought to herself with a mental scowl.

She sighed and said, "Not exactly 'Happily Ever After', but sort of . . . Finding a love that lasts and not being treated as a bloody object or toy or whatnot.  Caring for someone and actually getting reciprocated in return.  Yes, I know it buggers the whole Strong, Independent Female Vampire Vigilante image, but . . . having a husband would be nice."

Lily

"Ahhh..."

Lily's back arched in pleasure and her tail extended fully and turned stiff as those fingers trailed down her leathery tail...

"Don...Don't downplay me like that. I can do so much more than that... Those fanatics are just a small piece of a much bigger whole but....But what matters now isn't them, it's you!" Lily looked up at the goddess with renewed resolve.

"You don't have anyone here with centuries of experience of large scale total war do you? You have all this military might, all this responsiveness, and you're practically squandering it."

The full force of her resolve crashed onto the Goddess.. The will that had conquered over a thousand battlefields, both physical and political. That had devoured millions and assimilated them into the fold.

"Your Senate will see that freedom can't be achieved until everyone is free."

Columbia

The goddess's expression never budged in the slightest. Lily's display of her power was met by a wall of iron will and a faint chuckle. "Hehe, well, there's a time and place for the use of force." She replied. "It sounds like you lived quite an interesting life. War, death, destruction on scales I can scarcely fathom were just everyday experiences for you. But have you ever ruled over a prosperous realm, a world of innocence, a world of lush forests and clear rivers? There is strength to be found in peace as well as war."

She let Lily down in a chair and snapped her fingers. "Coffee, please. For both of us. We have much to discuss."

Belfast

She appeared, as if she'd always been there, from the edge of the scene - a beautiful white-haired woman of a caliber at least the equal of Columbia's holy vessel. Unlike Enterprise she wore the garments of a maid with the perfect elegance of one to whom they were natural, like a part of her own skin. She wore a gentle smile, and held up a tray that steamed with hot drinks. "Of course, my lady."

The maid didn't bother to introduce herself, instead presenting the drinks to her lady and the guest - cups in front of them, pouring a pot for each. Without having to ask she prepared it exactly as Enterprise's taste buds appreciated it best, while with Lily...

"How would you like your's, miss?"

Entheo laughed, slamming his hand on the table.  "Oh lord, you scared me again.  I thought it was something more serious.  You know its funny, that conversation reminds me of one I had with the voice in my head as a teenager.  Sakuyomi once told me that a man who is afraid of his feelings isn't a real man.  I mean, I know your a woman, but I can't help but think that maybe that applies to strong independent females too.  In love the greatest enemy is yourself right?"

Then his face became more sharp.  His smile faded and his eyes became laser focused on Forest's expression.  He placed the pizza down on the table and let the silence fill the space between for a moment.

"Don't ever let anyone tell you that dream is stupid, not even yourself."

Forest

Forest scowled at Entheo's laughter and then gritted her teeth.

She fidgeted with the crow charm around her throat with a sigh and shake of her head.  "Yes and no.  It's a very long story . . . "

She blinked at Entheo's little outburst and she sighed.  "Immortals are a very jaded lot, unfortunately.  Most of them don't believe that sort of love exists; only passing infatuations."

"Yeah well, I can't imagine being immortal is very fun," he said.  "I know I may have given a different impression before but, I can send even an immortal soul to the afterlife.  You have a right to quit and I can't judge you for that.  If you ever get tired of all this then look for me."

The young man folded his arms over his chest.  "Are you most immortals?  Do you believe any of that?"

[Bern]

Lily

The redhead straightened out her own maid outfit in response to the roesence of the other maid and took a seat opposite the goddess, despite her attire she wore a completely serious expression as if she wasn't sitting down to drink coffee and debate national policy with someone whole dressed as a maid.

"Could you make it a latte, with rich tasty cream and marshmallows on top?" The redhead smiled hopefully at the other bustier maid as she made her ludicrous request. Despite her demeanor, the girl had quite the sweet tooth and hadn't had a chance to indulge in that lately.

"That's were you're wrong, strength comes from unity and peace is merely the ultimate form of that. But since all things are ephemeral, it will eventually give way for more conflict because that is the base nature of all living things."

Serra

Her own arms found their way around Washington's waist, and she took a moment to seemingly revel in more of her heat and softness from there. Then the senator did her best to free her face from that abundant chest, gasping for air and aggressively diving up for her girlfriend's lips to silence her.

Soon enough the flood ended, and they were left sweaty and juicy tangled up in each other.

Washington

The goddess gasped. Her walls clamped down on Serra with her superior strength, milking every single drop out of her.

Columbia

Columbia chuckled and took a sip of her expresso. "Perfect as always, Belfast. You never disappoint." This envoy Elizabeth had sent to negotiate, she was fearsome, powerful, with powerful tools of manipulation at her disposal, but she was clearly a newcomer to this world.

"Some in my congress would agree with that assessment, while others would vehemently oppose such a 'dangerous and jingoistic' viewpoint." Columbia flicked a bang of Enterprise's silvery locks idly. "They're a fractitious, unruly bunch who often require guidance to perform even the most basic forms of government, but you would find few who would accept an alliance offer proposed out of the blue, based upon sexual favors and without any benefits beyond. What is your father's goal-what does she seek to gain from all of this? And how do we stand to benefit?"

[Elf]

Forest

"No, I'm not most immortals.  I was considered more than an oddity back home.  They would call me overly moral or in once case, someone called me a 'moral fag'," Forest said with a shrug.

She looked at the pizza and said, "There are some good things about immortality.  I've seen stuff you've never dreamed of, but it's also dreadfully lonely.  Eternity is enough to bugger any one's head."

Entheo

Entheo laughed again, maintaining his smile the whole time.  "Well you are who you are," he said.  "I can't relate to the specifics of being immortal, but I can relate to being misunderstood.  i also can't imagine living for so long.  Living that long is unnatural.  Its why I offered you an out.  I can only imagine how hard it would be to live that long.  I know your sick of hearing it, but if your ever ready to die, come find me.  No matter what god you worship, I can send you to your version of heaven.  Despite what many cultures say, there is no shame in it."

Forest

"What if my people don't have a version of heaven?" Forest asked with a tilt of her head.  "Then does the essence of me just stop existing?"

"Well you'll be sent to some kind of afterlife.  Truth be told, I could just send you to wherever you want to go," he said with a shrug.  "If you end up not wanting to go or escaping from me, you'll be a ghost.  For many its a happy ending, but I understand."

Forest

Forest shook her head and said, "No thank you.  The offer is a bit tempting, but . . . I have millions of miles to walk before I sleep and all of that.  Maybe I should try to find that Happily Ever After."
