Seras

A familiar feeling alerted Seras to the approach of a newcomer almost before she actually heard him approach. Disgust tore at her very soul, a voice screaming at her that this...thing was not right on a fundamental level. The vampire promptly shut that voice up. Coombs did good work, more often than not. The way he made the souls kept within her feel was not an issue.

The girl's question, however, was a more immediate concern.

"Because I'm the one that brought you two here," Seras stated simply, offering no room for speculation, "Barring whatever that thing was that nearly made me drop you, there was no one else left."

Medaka Kurokami

As she heard the officers words something within Medaka snapped.  She ignored the officer who approached her for a brief second.  She reached for her savior, grabbing the collar of the officers uniform.

"You left him there!?  If I survived that blast so could he!  He..... He could actually be-"

Medaka teared up, trying to hold back her sadness.  She whimpered a bit as she stared fiercely at the officer.

Spunky Hero Shirou

It felt as if every ounce of his entire being was being poured into his lover.  Shirou held Sakura close as his own body trembled in fierce release.  He heard Sakura proclaim her love for him and smiled as the strength drained from his limbs and he collapsed on her.

He did smile and hold her close and replied, "I love you too."

Rin

Servant or not, if she keeps oggling me like a piece of meat, I'm going to tell her what for.  It's bad enough that I have to deal with this from idiots at the Clocktower . . .

Rin resisted the urge to gather the towel around her even more, but she wasn't going to give Rider the satisfaction.  Instead, Rin held her head high and then heard Shirou say, "“Eh? What do you mean, this room gives you the creeps?”  and that was followed by, “Do you think Sakura is hungry? It is around dinner time, right? I'll make her a delicious meal to make up for my mistake."

Rin blinked and resisted the urge to plant her palm onto her face.  She shook her head, took a deep breath, and answered, "This is the Matou mansion, Emiya-kun.  Particularly the basement.  If I have to spell it out further, I'm going to be really upset."

“Of course, Rin. Is there a reason you me to take him there in particular, though?” Rider asked, remembering that Rin actually had eyes and that she should attempt to look at them when talking to her.

A puckish smirk graced Rin's lips as she said, "Oh, well just Shirou is always the most comfortable in the kitchen, that's all."  With that said, she headed up the stairs, ready to get some clothing and maybe get in touch with Faust so she could explore this Nexus and get her some own clothing.  Because mine's ruined.  And I liked that outfit too. . . No matter, its not like I have anyone to wear it for here.

Ghost Child

As the ghost floated behind the group he ignored the question as a brown eyed and brown haired policeman knocked on the door. "Sir, You're going to have to vacate the premises immediately. We would rather that you make this as easy as possible for all of us."

Sakura

“That’s good. . .” Sakura yawned at Shirou sleepily, lazily wrapping her arms around him as she finally passed out. “Senpai...” She whispered with a smile.

Law blinked. Then blinked again, as he helped the redhead on his arm over towards the nearby tree in front of the entrance. He then blinked a third time.

What.

She's crazy. How can he be a spirit and still exist here.

How does retroactive suicide even work!?

By killing yourself.

Well no shit jackass.

"You lost me at retroactive." he finally said, sighing. "This doesn't make any sense at all."

Out of his master's line of sight, Archer smirked a little. He'd made the right choice after all. His temporary Master wouldn't get in the way.

Sakura

Sakura watched wearily as the demon once again began his theatrical performance, twirling around and laughing in an obviously over-the-top manner.

“OF COURSE! Did you expect anything less of I, Tohu-”, he said, before abruptly stopping.

Eh? Oh, I see, that was part of his real name..., she realised, seeing from the look on his face that he had obviously nearly let it slip once more.

Togan, meanwhile, continued to speak.

"Erm, where will we bring the food?" he said.

Sakura wasn't honestly sure. She didn't know her way around the castle.

“I'm not sure. The dining room, I guess, but I don't know where that is”, she replied.

EMIYA SHIROU

Shirou blinked at Caster stupidly, not processing this new information. Although his body was already starting to recover, he was having trouble kicking his brain back into gear.

So, Sakura was spying on me. But who calls himself “Caster?” The only thing that moniker brought to mind was a hazy memory of a Servant back in the Heaven’s Feel ritual he had participated in over a decade ago… the same place he had met Rider.

The magus’ eyes grew wide, the memory of his intense struggle with Shinji’s Servant coming back to him. But what was Sakura doing around such a person? And this man wasn’t the same as the Caster from the grail war. He sighed, giving up on trying to make sense of things for the moment. The Nexus was a very strange place.

“I…” Shirou started to answer Caster’s question, but then realized he didn’t have an answer. He had been looking for Mia most of the day, and now she had suddenly appeared out of the ether. The archer glanced to the side, out into the ravaged earth where several buildings and streets, including a police station, had once stood. Emergency responders were already on the scene, putting out what fires remained and searching for survivors. The grail’s taint was nowhere to be seen.

He still needed to help Mia find her parents, but it was already very late, the sun having vanished beyond the horizon. Only a few sherbert rays of light remained to color the sky.

“My living quarters is no place for a child. Caster, would you know of a good place to spend the night?”

AKIHOLARME

Aki followed Crest into a strange room filled with a great many blue cabinets that were somehow attached to the walls. While the man began fiddling with one, she made to open another, but the door refused to budge.

It’s locked, she realized. Nowhere to put a lockpick in either. Damn it.

Aki tried to not make a habit of stealing most people’s belongings (dead people didn’t count), but there had been quite a few locked doors and treasure chests out Skyrim’s wilderness that she had been determined to get into, and had over the years become a reasonably competent locksmith. These locks, however, were like nothing she had ever seen. There was a black knob in the center of the door with a series of lines and numbers etched into the surface. It spun easily when twisted, but still refused her entry. She growled, frustrated.

There was a clanking sound off to the side, and the last dragonborn turned to see that Crest had managed to open the cabinet he had been playing with. “Hey, how did you do that?” she inquired, curious and somewhat impressed.

Sakagami Kenzo

"Um... sure." said Kenzo, getting up before walking lazily towards the men. The kid ignored him, so there wasn't much he could do. A soul that doesn't want to depart will not depart easily, and the demon was all but a nanny.

If the ghost harmed someone like that again, he would end it.

"Ah, If anyone else is in here, they should probably leave too. There's a malignant spirit in here, so sticking around is a baaad idea. Ah, by the way, where is the exit?"

Richard Maxwell

"Who said anything about 'free'?" Richard asked, turning around to face Rikuyo and smiling cheerfully. Walking for what seemed to be a good couple of minutes, they finally seemed to have reached what seemed to be Richard's home.

"Aaaah, home sweet home." he cheered, looking up as he stood before a large cardboard box.

Caedia

The Arisen walked in just after Akiholarme did. Then she paused. Her focus was not on the fact that Crest had somehow removed the locks on one of the metal boxes but that he was rummaging. Looting without her! She had to make up for lost time. Caedia had never actually picked a lock and she wasn't going to start now!

She unsheathed her sword and it hummed with the will of its owner. Caedia swung the Dragon's Dogma and the lock broke with a clang. Then she opened it and began rummaging through the belongings of whoever left their possessions in here. If they didn't want it stolen they would have kept it on themselves or left it in their home. Anything else was just asking for someone to take your things.

Ghost Child

"Right, malignant spirit. We'll get a mage on that. The exit is up the stairs on the first floor. Big doorway. Can't miss it." As the officer spoke the spirit simply floated in front of the demon making silly faces. He was really weird. Maybe they could try different game when they were outside of here. But for right now he would wait until they left the building first.

Sakagami Kenzo

Seeing the ghost child returned demon sighed before going straight at the exit. Then, he turned to the phantom kid and smirked.

"Hey, care to answer my question now? Where is your mum and pops?" Kenzo asked lazily, not even bothering to frown.

Rider and Shirou

“Wh.. bu.. this doesn't...”, Shirou spluttered, utterly confused at what Rin had said, before stopping to compose himself.

Shirou looked around, seeing what looked like a somewhat homely magus' workshop, with books and various materials for performing experiments. It certainly did not look anything like the dingy torture chamber that the Matou basement had been.

What is Rin talking about? This place is nothing like the basement, he thought.

Before he could ask, though, Rider, who knew exactly what he was likely to be thinking, answered his question for him.

“Yes, Rin is right, this is the Matou basement. Sakura's other servant now uses the basement as his workshop, he made it seem much nicer, but it still makes Sakura feel uneasy to be down here”, she said.

Then, she addressed the retreating Rin, watching her sexy legs as she walked up the stairs, although if Rin were to turn around Rider would look up far too quickly to be caught.

“Yes, I suppose he is. I'll take him there now”, she said.

Cu Chulainn
Quote from: Elf
Forest bit her lip, looked at Lancer and then the green-around the gills Abigail as Law eased her out of the car.  She gestured to the car then the redhead.  "That car was made before fiberglass became a thing; its mostly steel which is mostly iron.  Basically she was riding around in something that is both zapping her strength and making her sick at the same time."

"Oh. So she's Fae," Cu nodded as he understood the symptoms. That explained a lot why she was feeling unwell. They tend to not go well with iron after all.

Law blinked. Then blinked again, as he helped the redhead on his arm over towards the nearby tree in front of the entrance. He then blinked a third time.

What.

This was going to be complicated. Great. Cu hated when things are becoming are difficult to understand. It ends up becoming a bigger annoying nonsense that no one really wants. Lancer knew Archer had to be around here, even when he couldn't sense the Servant like he used to. But where? That was the most annoying part for Cu.

"Long story short, he's someone's future self who wants to kill his past self," Lancer bluntly explained to him, "So where's Archer?"

Emily

Emily took Mordred's explanation in with a focused look. It seemed that there were definite perks to being part of an Entitlement. That and the fact that apparently this mage wasn't actually a Mage all lead up to Emily's annoyance being replaced with no small amount of embarrassment, though she covered it up fairly well.

"Very well," Emily said after some time spent in deliberation, "If you think he'd be willing to shelter both of us, then let's go."

Adjutor

The journal snapped closed, its contents finally made legible once more, before Adjutor slipped the black book into an easily reachable pocket, having already dismissed the armor some time ago.

Look on the bright side. This could've gone a whole lot worse.

Yes, and now they've seen most of our arsenal.

And we can use it differently next time around.

In all honesty, I'm reluctant to face what seems a lot like a Champion of the Trinity in a straight fight.

Let's face it. The Elementals panicked, we panicked, and everything went badly afterwards. Lesson learned?

Quite.

I was under the impression that panic wasn't something we could feel.

Part of the bonding process?

Perhaps.

Moving through the shadows, Adjutor waits until he feels he's made it far enough away before leaving the shadows once more, coming out in a relatively empty alleyway. Leaving the alleyway, the first thing that caught his eye is what seemed to be a mall that had been recently vacated by the police. Stranger still was the feeling he got from inside. Well, not the feeling he got, persay, but rather the feeling that the Elementals communicated to him, one of familiarity.

Making his way inside, Adjutor found a woman sitting near what appeared to be a tree that was holding part of the mall up. Oddly enough, the area around her seemed almost...vibrant. Lively, even, with the tree she was sitting on starting to overrun the building with vegetation. Adjutor approached slowly, curious, but remaining silent as he didn't really know how to react to this.

Aisha

As the First Mother laid against the saproling it continued to grow even as the Children walked in. Roots and vines covered the ground around her and gently let go as she stood up. Her gaze focused on the Children before her. Not a single Child for her elementals clung to him and there was another presence there. A warm, motherly smile spread across her face and she held out her hand.

"Come now, there's no reason to hide. My Children don't need to shy away from me."
