The priest closed his eyes and accepted the cold, hard truth like a man accepts a pepsi truck in the face. Then, he got up and looked at her with a solemn look, closing his eyes before speaking up.
"It's nothing, really. Don't worry." He said before giving her a thumbs up.
Then, he buttoned his shirt, looking as if a huge weight had been lifted from his shoulders.
"Anyhow, what the hell ate you doing alone in a forest? There ain't no lobsters here you know?"
Hopefully by dodging the question with a question she would not press any further, that way... he would save face!

The girl narrowed her eyes. She had hoped the two would start a fight, that way he could assess Rider's abilities and confirm his suspicions at the same time. Sadly, it seemed that girl's bark was louder than her bite, she simply left without a fanfare.
It was not likely to be an attempt at deception, that brat simply did not have such an ability to begin with. If he did come back, he certainly did not come for her. At the very least, that assured him. The fact she left in such a... mundane manner also set his doubts to rest. Sure, she had some traits that met with that old pupil of his, but none truly matched. At the very least, he was sure they were but coincidences. At the very least, he was assured that that puppeteer did not come for the child. For one, it wasn't like him to break character like that, he knew that very well.
But it was odd, that girl's creation was almost like his. He was the one who taught him that magic to begin with, so he assumed he was the only one. If she was not him, then he could have taught her, although he doubted such a possibility. It would, however, explain the resemblance. What was at first worry and suspicion now turned into interest. He was intrigued, enraptured.
They would meet again.
Sighing, the girl smiled cheerfully before walking into the manor. Stepping in, she found Shirou and Sakura talking. Listening for a while, she raised her arms in a blasé fashion, smiling with a slight tint of smugness.
"It doesn't matter what she thinks. If she was any wiser, she should have known better than to involve herself with such a monster."
Then, she put her arm on her waist and took a kinder, gentler tone, altough still somewhat firm, like a sensei teacher explaining something to a child.
"I know from experience, those with such particular abilities can be... twisted. Affiliating herself with such an individual could have resulted in an unkind fate. I am proud of you, Sakura. Avoiding danger and protecting your sister was the correct decision, one that could have saved her life. You are in the right, there is nothing to doubt, nothing to discuss."
