Rin

Rin took a bit of perverse pleasure that the Goth Guy, Garou, was just so pissed that he literally went white.  He turned towards her with a smile that clearly wasn't happy.  He was livid and the part of her that was angry, depressed, miserable, hating her station, and lonely absolutely reveled in it.

"I see...haha...how amusing..."

The only reason she could see him move was that her eyes were still reinforced, but the rest of her body wasn't and before she could light her circuits he rushed her.  His forehead touched hers before he flipped her.  She felt the air spin around her as she was flipped upside down.

She felt the prana flood her body and strengthen her limbs and she moved to catch herself, but she never hit the ground.  He held her by her collar as he smiled at her.

"Oops, looks like I'e forgotten about the punchline," he said in a cruel, sarcastic voice.

Rin lifted her finger as she drew the Finnish curse from her Crest and pointed it straight at Garou's face.  A dark light crackled around her finger as she already had the curse ready to fire in rapid succession.  "Gandr," she said with a smirk before letting it fly.

Corbin

Corbin sighed and said to the two women, "Honestly I see both of your points.  Kuro doesn't want to feel tied down and Mordred doesn't want her forcing herself on others like that.  So, maybe we make a compromise, yeah?"

Alarice

It hadn't taken too long for the entourage to clear out the dust and Alarice had wasted no time in having the skeletons organize and catalogue the furniture in one of the larger rooms. If she had anything to say about the previous owner it would have to be that he had excellent taste. The decor was all very fitting and it all seemed to be of excellent quality as well.

The Chosen had also paid special attention to the kitchen. If she wasn't so busy currently she would have toyed around more with what ingredients were there but she didn't have the time now. Maybe she could experiment later? She was sure she hadn't seen some the things in there before.

Regardless, after she had gotten a pen and some paper from one of the servants and made a detailed list of all the items they had found thee noble made her way to the tree man. "Lord Greyskull, this is a list of everything we've found so far but I believe it will take at least a day to root out everything inside this castle. Is there anything more you wish for us to do here or should we begin enforcing your authority upon whatever locals are here?"

GAROU XIII

Garou frowned as the annoying red bitch pointed her finger at him and tried to fire something. Just as she yelled whatever she yelled (he didn't pay attention at all, what kind of idiot calls out his attacks anyway?), he tilted his head. The deadly curse shot past him, but barely grazed his white hair. And now, he looked pissed.

So pissed in fact that his massive muscles bulged and his grip tightened.

As soon as that happened, in a massive surge of incredible force, he twisted his whole body and threw her away like a baseball.

"PISS OFF DUMBASS!!" He roared.

Greyskull

The lord was busy supervising the work being done when suddenly he jumped in surprise. MYAH! D-don't scare me like that! He thought, but he quickly composed himself.

"Why yes, I was about to ask you something. There are important matters to be attended, would you kindly follow me for a moment?"

Kuro

"Why, Why are you even so concerned about it." Kuro asked Corbin as he insisted that they should compromise. She had started rubbing his shoulders again as Mordred had explained herself. This time she applied a bit more force and a twisting motion to her fingers.

Petra

They really did it. Started a fight over something so stupid. It couldn't be helped now, she had to intervene and stop those irresponsible from doing something even more stupid.

"Either you stop or I have no other choice. You really don't want me snap." She said ominously, walking up to Garou. "That won't be healthy for you. And you too, magus." Of course, the magus girl was also one who should stop. Petra had no illusions that the magus had any chance against her anyway.

Mordred

"Compromise? She doesn't look overly interested in that." Mordred continued to frown. Goddamnit, why always something unpleasant happened when she was at some bar or restaurant?

"Greetings, young lady. My apologies for intruding, I was curious why there was an inn in such remote place." Child or adult, a true gentleman should respect others regardless of their age.
AKATSUKI

Akatsuki stood there a moment, considering what she should say. She could act like she owned the inn, and invite him in as a customer. She could say it wasn't hers, and explain she was just resting here. Or she could say it was abandoned, and she was using it as a secret hideout.

But what if Kenzo actually held the inn like a normal inn? She couldn't just let a customer get away while he was gone.

"Aha, yes, the inn is open. Were you hoping to stay the night?" She asked in a somewhat awkward tone.

Rin

He dodged the gandr she fired point blank at him.  She felt him tense and he twisted his body to throw her again, so she kept up the reinforcement and readied a spell.  He threw her and she twisted her own body and used a spell stored in her Crest to stop her momentum.

"PISS OFF DUMBASS!!"

So she only traveled about five feet before righting herself and nimbly landing on the side walk.  She brushed her coat off before gripping her casting arm and bracing it when she saw fellow pedestrians either briskly walking away or staring.  The magus gnashed her teeth before lowering her arm.

"Resulting to violence, how pathetic," Rin said to herself with a shake of her head.

"Either you stop or I have no other choice. You really don't want me snap," the normal looking girl said as she walked up to Garou. "That won't be healthy for you. And you too, magus."

Rin sighed and said, "Your friend was the one who started everything."

Corbin

Corbin sank into Kuro's rather expert fingers with a sigh.  "Oh man, that's bloody nice," he murmured with a shake of his head.

He eyed the two women and looked at Mordred, "You're upset about her dieting habits."  He gestured towards Kuro.  "You don't want to be tied down by a contract."

He took a sip of his drink before handing Kuro a bottle and Mordred another.  "What about an agreement?  Kuro can find a willing participant to help support her mojo and Kuro can provide a favor of some sort to pay back for the energy she's taking.  It's a symbiotic relationship at its best."

Dante

Finding himself relegated to the third wheel for the moment, the demon hunter leaned back in his seat, patting the guitar case leaned up against his chair for a moment before crossing one leg over the other. Oka's request for wine was met with a head cock of piqued interest on the half-demon's part, before the interest faded in turn. Having nothing better to do, Dante took another sip of his beer as he watched Rider pet the oddly fuzzy flying bug, more than a little curious how the girl seemed to be able to communicate with it to some degree.

Emily

"...Well, that sounds like an interesting situation to be brought up in," Emily mused, "The closest thing to family I've really ever had was a mentor who was just as likely to go off into conjecture about comparing people to kinds of wind. Well, he seemed to be able to get serious enough when it counted, so there's that. ...Though, the second really does sound painful to be around. Is she always like that, or has she not been having a good time as of late?"

The Changeling looked at her glass for a moment before finishing off her drink, setting the glass down as she looked at Gabe.

Rider

Rider smiled contentedly as she stroked the large flying bug, watching and sipping on her wine as a waitress approached the girl. Rider raised an eyebrow as the girl, who she suspected was underage, ordered a glass of sweet wine, but if they choose to accept her probably-fake ID, that wasn't Rider's problem. In fact, she was rather glad that the girl seemed to have similar taste in drinks to her. To Rider's further delight, she appeared somewhat fond of olives, too, unlike her date. When the girl had finished ordering, she turned to Rider with a smile on her face, and answered her question.

"Sorry about that. Wormy's his name because I was three when I named him. That's all", she said.

Rider couldn't help but smile at that but, at the same time, for a moment she was somewhat confused. After all, "Wormy" looked nothing like a worm. Why would a three-year-old child think to call a flying bug that looked nothing like a worm "Wormy"?

"But, he doesn't look like...", Rider began, before something came to her mind.

Wait, he doesn't look like a worm now, but don't insect larvae often look worm-like? she realised.

"Oh, I see...", she continued, suddenly realising. "Did he have a larval form that looked like a worm?"

"Oh, and don't worry about placing your order, it's not fair on the waitress to leave her standing around too long", she added.

Then, looking at Dante with a grin, she spoke again.

"And, it's nice to see that you have taste in pizza toppings, unlike some people."

GAROU XIII

Garou was annoyed. The fact that she fought back when he clearly had the upper hand was annoying. The fact she still stood was annoying. The fact she could still spare her breath to speak those stupid stupid things was annoying. It was all so very anoying.

But what annoyed him the most was her look. That look that acted like it was so much better than him, that looked like it knew everything, that look that seemed to be bursting in laughter at the sight of him, that look that was so beautiful...

Tch. To get worked up over something like this....pathetic.

He seemed calmer, not any happier than before but clearly less angry. He looked directly at her in silence for a moment that was almost too long for his liking. Then, he spoke directly to her.

"Oi, what's your name?"

Rikuyo

"Oh, where are ya goin'?" The redheaded girl started following Ragna as she had nothing better to do. It wasn't night yet and she was clearly bored, in spite of the pain she had to go  through. What were few broken ribs? "What's up with that white hair? Ya ain't a geezer. I know, are you bleaching it?" Rikuyo continued to bother him with a small talk. "And don't worry for me, I'll manage! See, I'm fine!"
RAGNA THE BLOODEDGE

He tried walking out, but the girl behind him followed, asking questions and being bothersome.

"Geez, shut up," He growled, halting his steps looking back at her. Even at her affirmation she was alright, there was no way that could be the case. "Look, it's obvious you're not feeling too hot. Let me guess, broken ribs? Internal bleeding? Take a seat."

Ragna stood in place, making it clear he wasn't going anywhere until she sat down and let herself get taken care of.

Alarice

A small frown marred the woman's regal visage as she considered what he would need her for. There wasn't anything that she felt she had faltered in recently but this Greyskull was a strange individual. "Of course, milord. If you lead then I will follow, but I would like to know what exactly we're going to discuss."

Darcy Hugh

Despite his tightening rectum, Darcy did not look intimidated. Rather, he smiled friendily and nodded.

"Of course, as long as you pray and aren't a jew, a muslim, a protestant or a faggot. After all, weaker spirits cower before stronger spirits, but all evil spirits cower before Jesus." He answered with a gentle voice, matter of factly.

With a clear heart and a gentle, almost fatherly smile, he walked up to the dragon and spoke.

"Is something the matter my good sir?"

General Drakkallion

All evil spirits cowered before him? What was this Jesus fellow, to inspire such awe and expectation-shattering?! Shendu was supposed to be the ultimate evil, and he had never heard of one superior to him! The small man's words sounded like heinous flak, blasphemous filling of the most contrary nature, but Drakkallion understood! Of course, just because his master was the ultimate evil did not mean that the kinds of evil beings did not have their own supreme icons who naturally stood under him. Yes, it made perfect sense that the most evil of spirits would require praying - and it was just common sense that praying came with sacrifices, and from those sacrifices power. Truly, the offer was one with sway, but his truest of hearts was already sworn to a task and he could not risk it in bargaining to a lesser power, as useful as its aid might be.

He nodded to the human, but inside he all but wept. What unfortunate circumstances. Even when faced with another option from a helpful worm, he was beset with difficulties! The drakkonid flipped the grip on his sword and stabbed the tip into the ground as he reared his head, swinging his neck in a woeful gesture.

"It is such a troublesome matter! I must test and then prove my skills to the master, to make my worth under his eyes evident. But my legendary prowess is a thing relevant to combat and the desire which would satisfy the potential of my abilities is the evisceration of all mortals that look upon this fortress with undeserving eyes. Yet I must stand watch here, and am not allowed to leave, and none seek to even dare and tread nearby as enemies! How is a demon supposed to vanquish his ruler's foes and prove himself like this?"
