Well, I'm just kind-of frustrated that the whole thing seems to have been decided behind my back in a chat I'm not a member of. Just because it's called the "CE" chat, doesn't mean it should be used for working things out about the game without actually involving all of the players in the discussion.

Just ask to be added in or talk to Elf about this stuff. People aren't going to do anything about that if they don't know that it's an issue.

...also, Bdoom, shrink that sig, that thing's huge, it's probably killing more than a few browsers...

Or rather people that suffer crippling overspecialization, whose abilities might seem strong in theory but in practice are not really all that amazing.

Also, Bdoom, I meant the Sakura picture, not the whole sig. You need to shrink it down, having a large picture like that with every post of yours tends to make browsers choke. Shrink that down to something a lot more reasonable.

Stats are going to be more abstract from what I understand. YOLF has a doc on the new sheet format (or at least I think it's YOLF), so I imagine that'll be getting posted once 2.0 gets archived and 3.0's stuff gets put up.

If everything goes well, I should have things up this weekend.

Now, to be fair, what is the max amount of characters we should have?

Right now I'm thinking of 4 + one killiable Antagonist (however only a few members will get to play villains/antagonists).

I don't want a cluster fuck of characters that get abandoned or people getting stressed out because they can't handle them all.

Well, I have a significant problem with anything less than five right now, because I have five characters and I can't easily drop any of them (Kiyoshi and Rider are the only two I have that I can send in right away, and Rider on her own wouldn't have much reason to do anything, plus I then can't justify sending in the rest later).

Significant problem is basically not being able to "roleplay" that "happy family" in whole set.

I'm only bringing one character back from 2.0 and in changed AU form.

Hmm, has the rule changed for Tom then? Is he still one of my four/five normal characters because of the whole "can be redeemed" thing, or is he in the antagonist slot? I'm cool with it either way, I'm just asking for clarification purposes so I know whether I have an extra slot or not.

What about Rider, Kiyoshi, Sakura and Shirou?  You can still have Sakura with her happy family life without having to juggle a bunch of characters at the same time.

Since Tom's a special case because chances are he will be "redeemed" or move from "antagonist" to "Pain in the ass friendemy" I'll say he'll be one of your four. 

The + Antagonist can be killed while the four playable characters can only be killed if you allow it.
