Corbin
"Oh fuck this," Corbin murmured to himself as he took to the air as the blond hit with the force of an angry god. Gravity gave way to his will as he rose to the air, not yet touching the ceiling of the structure that the gas tanks were under. It also meant he wasn't in direct sunlight, thank God.
He stayed above her, flicking his hair back from his face before calling out to her, "You're a troublesome one you know that. I was going to let you and your friend go but noooooooo. You have to be a right bitch and attack me. I'm not even on the bloody clock."
Yet he stayed up there, watching her, waiting for this lovely creature to make her move, and when he did, he'd counter her. Probably sink my fangs into that dainty neck of hers. Bugger, with that power she's wielding her blood has to be a trip.
Forest
That's it, Rikuyo, keep me on the defensive and don't let me get close, Forest thought with a smirk.
Somehow the sparring match had become sort of a lesson, for both of them. Which was fine with Forest; this wouldn't be her first lesson of hard knocks she'd taught. Darting forward would be a mistake, but darting back, to the side and coming at Rikuyo from there would be workable.
Fluidly, Forest moved into one of her favorite strikes, a side kick that started at the side of the head and then rapidly went down for a blow to the kidneys.
