Mille
Mille hesitated, before muttering a "you're welcome" and heading towards the shower.

Her hair loose from the usual twintails, she turned on the water, which burst forth from the showerhead, enveloping her. Naked and exposed as she was, the warm water was a relief, even with the shower curtain closed tight. She didn't like being exposed.

She cleaned her body almost mechanically, her eyes unfocused.

Friends, huh? Friends are just allies that are closer to you, aren't they? Allies can be useful, especially when you're in trouble. But... how am I supposed to prove myself and my own abilities if I'm getting help? I'll have to think of how beneficial a relationship like that is for me. Though so far, I don't see much that could interfere...

Sufficiently clean, she turned off the tap. One drying and change into her pjs later, she grabbed a blanket and settled again towards the end of the bed, trying not to disturb the other two. Even without a pillow or being settled under the covers, sleep took her quickly enough.

It wasn't home. But she hadn't been home for seven years anyway. Anything would do.

Staff Sergeant Jonathan Mathews:

"Okay, let's lay her down in the back seat, Togg. I'll ride in the front passenger." while Togg complied, Jonathan turned to the driver while pointing at the Dragoon, "I'd appreciate it if you to tell this woman what directions we'll be taking; I can't have the Ogryn wandering the streets alone."

Azmortchal'um, as a False Face:

Azmortchal'um was aware of the Locust King's presence in the city for awhile now, but he never could pin point his actual location. To be brought to him was a boon; it won't be long until he finds out where he hides, and come Salvation Day, Azmortchal'um will rip it apart brick by brick.

The tendrils of the Throne run deep in the city. When the time is right, they will be used to rip asunder the skyline while dragging out the dens of the underworld to the surface. All will join his choir, whether they wanted to or not...

Henry

Just as the wounded was being placed inside the car, Henry continued to glance at the hulking figure that the soldier addressed as "Togg". It was a fitting name for someone like him. The doctor would've continued to marvel at his huge size, if it weren't for the soldier gaining his attention.

Quote
"I'd appreciate it if you to tell this woman what directions we'll be taking; I can't have the Ogryn wandering the streets alone."

Henry replied smoothly, "Was about to get to that."

He turned to address the woman and then gave her the directions to Forest's Compound and what it looked like. But surely they knew what a factory looked like. Right?

"If you don't have anything else, then I think we're ready to go."

Just as he finished speaking, Henry turned on the ignition and the engine purred deeply to life as the windshield wipers pushed off the snow the transparent glass.

Amy – Day 2

The sunlight was shining through the window of the hotel room, illuminating the bed that was currently being shared.

Still next to each other were Fiore and Amy. Amy at some point during the night seemed to have pulled Fiore into a hug as if she was a pillow, Fiore’s head resting against Amy’s chest.

Amy suddenly mumbled something and squeezed Fiore, obviously having a dream of some kind.

“Greetings Grigori, we finally have the chance to meet in the flesh it seems.”

"I must admit that I didn't expect you to meet me in person. You seem like such a cautious person."

The orb containing Morden'fula floated towards Zolgen. "You did say that you wanted a chance to observe the creature. You may do anything to it as long as you don't kill it, however in exchange I would like to know about the sensitive work you have been doing in your workshop. I must admit that I am a little curious."

Zolgen

“I am afraid that it is far too sensitive to discuss, you will see the results in due time, however I must say it is my finest work. The only reason I am even here in the flesh and not currently attending to it is because my side projects required my actual presence to make sure the familiars are properly attuned to me.”  Zolgen explained.

Grigori was correct, he was cautious, which is why he would not share information about the grail, the accidental summoning of servants made it obvious that it was leaving far too many traces already.

The insects moved, many leaving the breeding pit though sewers and holes, while many of his worms ate away at the samples littered though out the chamber, from vampires to werewolves and other mystical beast. Causing them to scream and holler.

It was obvious Zolgen did not intend to use this place again after revealing it. But it was no loss, he had many spare facilities.

“But I must say, something has recently been interacting with the Ley lines. Do you know anything about that Grigori?” He was discreet enough in his alteration and establishment of proper fail safes that it would be near impossible to detect his machination.

He simply walked over to a large stone slab, many channels and circles etched into it. It was obviously a dissection table to some kind.

“You may place the creature here should you desire. We can examine it together if you wish.”

Benjamin

Benjamin’s eyes hardened at her words and he began to look around, activating his magic eye. “Dead Apostles?” He saw something and began to focus, allowing him to see it more clearly, and spoke again “It is odd to see them outside the district they claimed for themselves, especially during the day.”

He then drew one of the mystic codes and aimed it at a secondary story window, a second later a Vampire jumped out with a sword, screaming about vengeance of some idiotic shit.

Benjamin simply pulled the trigger and his mystic code activated. A pressurized stream of water stuck the vampire, completely destroying his entire torso as well as carving a large hole in the building he jumped from, the rest of his body falling to the earth, void of all life.

“Well at least I got some stress release.” He placed the cannon back on its spot on his back, before doing one more scan through, finding nothing else of note.

"I would complete my objective here post-haste, but the sheer frequency of the monsters has made me reconsider my priorities", said the brunette, clenching her armored fist tightly.

Then an idea clicked in her head. A devious smirk passed onto her lips.

"Say, sea dog, this seems like a decent hunting ground. How about this; In the name of justice, we shall have a competition. If you can defeat me in a contest of who exterminates the most bloodsuckers, therianthropes, demons, whatever other monstrous scum resides here, in the next hour, I could put in a good word for you among the Lords. I have connections you would not even dream of, and I am in need of some good sport. What do you say?"

It had been a while since she had had some proper exercise, and as one of two heads of the Clock Tower, it was simply part of Lorelei's job to know who exactly could do what among the Magus families that reside in the heart of the Mages' Association. The Saylors were, as of recent years, incredibly spiteful of vampires, and quite decent in the fields of combat thaumaturgy. He might even give her a mild challenge.

Sakura

Sakura frowned, deep in thought.

A magical construct? No, the amount of energy needed to maintain such a thing would be impossible, and on top of that it produced mana itself. It was far too complex.

The best bet would be that it was an Elemental of some kind, which in all honesty is much worse than it being a Phantasmal beast in its own way.

She sighed, either way it was going to be an issue if it got involved again. She looked up at Rider, “Did you at least get a view of the man who defeated your Sphinx? We should be wary of such an opponent.

"The Father of Terror will never die so long as I live, so that should not put a damper on our combat ability. But yes, I did see the coward. He looked exactly like that golden shithead we beat senseless in the Grail War, hell, it might even be the same guy. If so, it is only appropriate that I battle him once more and demonstrate my superiority as the King above Kings", boasted Rider with great confidence. So long as he was not to fight a full squad of enemies like he had, he possessed all the confidence possible in his own abilities.

"As for the rest of them, well, they are hardly worth mentioning. The knight-wench was so weak that she could barely last against a single Divine Beast, though that Noble Phantasm of hers is infinitely more dangerous than she is. Nevertheless, she's a non-threat. The hairless rat that might've looked slightly similar to a dragon is the same. It had a decent defense, but if my Avatar can put it under as it did, they are complete non-threats."

"Now the green-haired eunuch... girl... thing, that one had some swing behind him. Very adaptive in his combat style, but it too shall buckle under my full strength", he then snickered, "Though if I am to bring out that level of power, you're getting another first-class ticket out of there by whale."

Amy – Day 2
The sunlight was shining through the window of the hotel room, where the bed was being shared between its occupants.

Still next to each other in the bed were Fiore and Amy. Amy at some point during the night seemed to have pulled Fiore into a hug as if she was a pillow, Fiore’s head resting against Amy’s chest.

Amy suddenly mumbled something and squeezed Fiore, obviously having a dream of some kind.

Fiore shook back and forth in her sleep, accidentally pressing her face into Amy's breasts before she tugged hard enough with her upper body to turn around, facing away from the girl in their sleep, causing Amy's hands to fall onto the upper half of her torso. Even though Fiore wasn't even fully awake, she could feel it.

'way...too...earlyyyy'. She had never been an early bird, and today was no different.

A smile composed of both satisfaction and relief shone brightly on Samuel's face. "That is EXACTLY what I was lookin for! Thanks for hookin a nigga up." He graciously accepted the little bottle that must have been hidden behind the napkins.

"Now why they don't put one of these on all the tables is beyond my inhuman comprehension." Twisting off the lid he began slapping the bottom of the little glass bottle to get the red contents onto the patty resting upon his plate. "Mother fuckers be lurin in unsuspecting citizens with the false promise of ketchupy goodness. Now I don't know how shit works here in Nexus but if a nigga tried to pull that shit in LA they'd being spewin some mothafuckin ketchup outta em once the 'customers' are done with em."

Putting the top of the bun onto the burger once more, he took yet another bite of his meal. "Mmm Mmm MMMMM! That is one tasty burger! I owe you niggas one for sure."

Finally speaking up from stuffing his face full of kebab, Caules spoke briefly, with a nervous tinge to his voice.

"You're, uh, welcome I guess?", he really had no idea why the black man had taken a seat at their table, but it wasn't a particularly big deal. He seemed friendly enough. Though Caules noticed something odd about the man. It was almost like he had seen him before. The hair, the manner of speech, and didn't he just say something Caules had heard somewhere else.

Then the puzzle pieces fell into place.

"Wait, aren't you that one guy from Pulp Fiction? I remember a friend showing me that movie, and I'm fairly sure you were in it", Caules spoke up, but he couldn't quite remember the name yet... wait.

"Samuel!", he said with a snap of his fingers, "Samuel L Jackson, wasn't it?!", his voice becoming loud. It was his first time experiencing something like this, meeting a famous person with no relation to the world of Magi, so this was getting him quite excited.

Mille: Day 2
"Ungh..." Mille was an early riser. She didn't mind the first prod of the sun's rays. But even she had her slow days. Blearily, she lifted her head... and saw her two companions in a rather awkward position.

"What are you two even doing? You look ridiculous."

Amy

Amy simply mumbled at the sound of Mille talking, still sound asleep, and pulled Fiore tighter against her like she was a pillow.

Benjamin

Benjamin smiled, but it was not a happy one, rather it was vicious toothy grin. “Sounds good, but if you win I got to get you a place to stay, how about that. Would not be a competition without a reward for whoever won winner.”

His circuits flared to life and his crest became visible over his left lung. His eye glowed as it was activated in full, the world giving way as he could see through all. Taking his mystic codes off his back he held each cannon with one hand.

He then raised one toward a wall, “And that’s one for me” and pulled the trigger. The pressurized stream of water punched through multiple concrete walls before it hit an unfortunate vampire on the other side of the buildings that separated the streets, erasing him from existence. He then simply began to walk through the new holes.

“I hope you’re not a sore loser Queeny. We Saylor’s take business very seriously after all.”

Sakura

“Hmmm” Sakura simply thought, she was sure that Ramesses was just being arrogant in this situation. Without Saber he would have been defeated by Gilgamesh in the Grail War. But she was not going to say anything in this situation. If worst comes to shove she would use a command seal to allow him access to his Reality Marble.

“Well either way, I would be a poor idea to act until night; you have drawn too much attention to yourself. I will attempt to find that servant and her master so you can crush them.”

"Samuel!", he said with a snap of his fingers, "Samuel L Jackson, wasn't it?!", his voice becoming loud. It was his first time experiencing something like this, meeting a famous person with no relation to the world of Magi, so this was getting him quite excited.

The young one came to the realization Samuel was hoping to potentially avoid in LA. True he was Samuel L. Jackson... but at the same time he wasn't. His mouth stopped moving mid bite into the burger as he heard his name mentioned, which led to it being placed on the Styrofoam plate.  "Now I understand why you'd come to that conclusion friend, truly I do. But the fact of the matter is I ain't the man you taking me for." He stopped to dip a fry into the bottle of ketchup, since getting any more out of the bottle was becoming a bit of a struggle.

Swirling the fry in the bottle, he popped the rippled chip into his mouth. They definitely knew how to make good burgers here but damn these muthafuckin fries were salty. The ketchup offered a nice counter to it, providing a pleasurable taste along his tongue. After swallowing, he continued. "I'm Samuel L. Jackson 2: A Vampiric Dinosaur Clone of Samuel L. Jackson from when he was filming Pulp Fiction. That's all. Sorry if I ain't as exciting as you thought."

Karna

As the last remnants of the parasite burned away, leaving the skin beneath burned black from fire rather than the twisted black of the parasite, Karna's hand left Lucas' arm, fire dissipating like he had turned off the gas to a Bunsen burner.

"I am curing him of his parasidic problem, of course. This is naturally the quickest way to take care of it. Are there any issues with it? I understand your concern, but he can clearly take it and then some."
Archer felt his stomach turn a little at the sight of the parasite burning. He'd never liked things like that but there was no doubt that letting it burn was possibly the best method for surely killing that thing. "Even if you can, there's other ways. Besides, you're not just going to be able to burn his impalement better."

EMIYA shifted back a little bit, letting himself relax slightly against a nearby wall. "Speaking of that, what the hell did he take before this? A train to the face?"

Wynn smirked at Kyle and said, "There is quite a bit you do not know about me, Dark Wolf.  Refusing to try new and unusual things can lead to stagnation, and there is plenty of that going around for my people."

She smoothed her suit needlessly with a sigh and said, "As for the Detective, Ashylnn mayhap be more upset than Forest would if something . . . amiss happened to him.  You know my son, despite his loathing of violence, would rejoice to see him come to an untimely end.  As for the maiden's blood you smell, if things go well this night, I might have a grandchild to shape as a proper heir."

Her long fingered hands clasped together as she smiled, almost swaying back and forth with joy.  "Think of it!  After almost a millennia the House of Umbra will have members of note that need not to hide in their namesakes."

******

Lancer eyed Rin's glass, noting that it was half empty.  Noting how intoxicated she was quickly getting he waved the bartender over and asked for a glass of water for her and a Smithwicks for himself.  Without a look towards Rin, the bartender went off to prepare Lancer's beer.

"Then that Bastard priest decides he's going to use her, you, that other Rin, as a vessel for the Grail.  Fuck that.  I told him as much and he commanded me to stab myself through the heart," he said with a shrug before his crimson eyes gleamed.

"He just forgot that I tend to linger and I got my revenge for him killing my true master.  Then I stabbed Shinji in the shoulder, let you go, and then burned the entire place down because Saber was an idiot.  Oh yeah, Saber was your -her - Servant at the time and she didn't even bother to go rescue her.  She was like, 'I have to partake in their battle and blah blah blah I'm a dense cunt . . .'"

He then slammed his fist into the table and said, "Next time you see that version of your Da, tell him to stay far away from a priest named Kotomine Kirei."

Forest watched as Lucas laid back into the bed, his burning arm healing at a remarkable rate.  She pulled her hair back and said, "Well with how fast he healed from Karna deciding to become a twisted firestarter, I can at least do some meatball first aid on him.  Like removing the rebarb and resetting that other arm before the bones grind into paste.  However, I'm going to need something to brace that arm."

She gestured to the cabinet in the back of the room and said, "Karna, there's a plank of wood about two meters high in there, could you get it and cut it into half, please?"

She then looked at Archer and asked, "Could you hold him down while I remove the metal pole sticking out of his arm?  As to what happened, well, I saw the bitch he got into a tussle with.  I'll just say powers on a Nightmare Fuel level.  After that, I'm not sure. From what I know of his personality, he might have pissed off the wrong person again."

"...Seriously? You'd better be ready to get showered with blood if that thing severed an artery. Let me pull it." Archer shifted off the wall, walking over towards the restrained... whatever that was. Even as he watched it, the burned flesh healed like nothing had happened as he took his position. "I'd rather not have you going berserk because you were trying to help someone. I don't know how you handle blood, but being sprayed in the face with it, anything could happen."

Grasping the end of the rebar, Archer got a firm grip on it, despite the blood coating on it. His mind flashed to a similar desperate situation performed in a life that seemed like a distant eternity ago. The artery in that case had been nicked, and badly. The subject had bled to death in his arms. Luckily, he hoped, that wouldn't happen in this case, even with arterial damage.

"Hold him, I'll yank on three."

Amy

Amy simply mumbled at the sound of Mille talking, still sound asleep, and pulled Fiore tighter against her like she was a pillow.

Fiore kept semi-sleeping in relative peace until she felt two hands took a squeezing hold around the lower half of her sizable breasts, at which she opened her eyes with a confuse "morning" kind of look on her face. It took about 5 seconds before it dawned on her that yes, a pair of hands belonging to Amy were indeed feeling her up.

Turning bright red, Fiore thrusted her upper body upright in surprise.

"w-w-w-w-Where do you think you're touching, Amy?!", she almost yelled, hiding her chest with her hands as she noticed the disapproving glare from Mille, which only made her more embarrassed.

Benjamin

Benjamin smiled, but it was not a happy one, rather it was vicious toothy grin. “Sounds good, but if you win I got to get you a place to stay, how about that. Would not be a competition without a reward for whoever won winner.”

“I hope you’re not a sore loser Queeny. We Saylors take business very seriously after all.”

Lorelei could feel them all around her. It seemed like the bloodsuckers and therianthropes of the area had begun advancing on their position. There were dozens, if not hundreds. All lambs to the slaughter of the two competitors.

As a trio of bloodsuckers soared down from above in a leap, wanting to pin the Queen, her armored hand pointed towards them.

Storm of the century
"Θύελλα του αιώνα!"

At the single line of Greek, a continuous barrage of lighting bolts surged out of the hand to completely annihilate the trio, their bodies turning to ash like they weren't even there to begin with.

"You're not gonna win this, sea dog, though I commend you for even taking up my challenge", she said with a smirk of confidence. She drew forth her cropping stick.

"It is natural to draw attention to he who is greatest. Such is the nature of those who shine the brightest", punctuating his sentence with another chug.

I will attempt to find that servant and her master so you can crush them.”

"But that's boooooooooring~, you know I need someone stronger than that, Little Flo-wer. Then I'd rather just wait here, with the beautiful you, instead until you find me a better target."

Rin
Rin sipped at the glass of water offered to her as Lancer continued to talk about his version of the War.

Quote from: Lancer
"Then that Bastard priest decides he's going to use her, you, that other Rin, as a vessel for the Grail.  Fuck that.  I told him as much and he commanded me to stab myself through the heart," he said with a shrug before his crimson eyes gleamed.
Rin sighed, a wry expression on her face. "Sounds like something that fake priest would do." She hesitated to take another sip of water before continuing, hiding her surprise. "So you were able to defy his order to turn me into his little sacrificial lamb?" She smiled- not as brightly as usual, but then the subject was the Fake Priest stabbing her in the back. It was hardly the lightest of subjects. "I'm sure the other me appreciated it. A lot. Even as he was helping us during this war, I couldn't help but always feel wary of him anyway. ...Our War seems pretty odd compared to yours so far, that much I can tell for sure."

Quote
"He just forgot that I tend to linger and I got my revenge for him killing my true master.  Then I stabbed Shinji in the shoulder, let you go, and then burned the entire place down because Saber was an idiot.  Oh yeah, Saber was your -her - Servant at the time and she didn't even bother to go rescue her.  She was like, 'I have to partake in their battle and blah blah blah I'm a dense cunt . . .'"
Rin blinked. "Saber hesitated, huh? What was Emiya-kun even doing to have her just stand around like that? Wait, their battle? Did Archer and Emiya-kun fight each other?

Emiya-kun... Archer. They're one in the same. Archer must have wanted Emiya-kun dead. But why? What would that accomplish?

The frown that creased her forehead as she contemplated her Servant's motives smoothed out with Lancer's next words.

Quote
He slammed his fist into the table and said, "Next time you see that version of your Da, tell him to stay far away from a priest named Kotomine Kirei."
What? Rin's eyes widened. Blood rushed away from her veins, making her pale as a ghost. And indeed she had seen a ghost. Or a man who would become one if she didn't try to warn him.

But what can I do? A different version of me could have my father back. But I could interfere with timelines. But this place proves that different timelines can exist at once, right? Wouldn't I be safe? But Kotomine.... Why did he kill my father and then raise me all that time? To use me? Yeah, sounds about right... No denying that it isn't the truth either, the look in Lancer's eyes is no lie. Either way...

Rin's hand curled up into a fist, shaking. "That Fake Priest... no matter how much he helped Emiya-kun and Sakura, if the bastard were still alive, I'd do everything I could to make him regret every scheme he's ever concocted. What he could have done to me, what he's done to my father..." She looked over at Lancer. She gave him a sheepish look. "A-and honestly, I think I could use another drink. I think it'll help quell the urge to just randomly punch out my anger like Garrison-chan would just a bit."

Besides running the forum, I can provide avatars for people as well~
